Cancel my membership
I talk to manager of king highway she said they still see my account is canceled because of my past 2 dues, but I am an old member me and my Mom we both had a family account, and now she just gave me a deal of $40 per person which is not good for me, I want to keep my old membership which was a $25 a month and upgrade my status on your computer. Please do it anything better for me Thanks

Your sunna and machine doesnt work properly either.we complain lots of time but nobody lesson and working on it Second thing they close my account without letting me the reason .

Very poor non contact customer service
Lucille cancelled my membership without notification and refused to correct their error and reinstate my contract under the same terms. I was give the *** that the plan doesnt exist anymore and it was past 6 mos. Well the plan does exist as I have confirmed with many original lucille current members. So if deception is the only way to force me to take a new contract at a higher cost is shameful.

Fraud charges, using my credit card after membership canceled last year
They refused to give me back 3 months charged to my credit card after I canceled my membership last year 2020 they activated my membership without me knowing and start charging my credit card BE CAREFUL LADES !

I want to cancel my membership and cobtacted the Kings hwt location that days they could not assist. No one get back by email as well. I will have the bank block any transactions if payments continue to come out of my account.

Some questions about guest member or why restrictions at fans at the register people are not cooperative. I went valley stream gym and I open my membership since 2013 and I like it my daughters ,my mother, my niece and my sister in law many family members join this gym.

Rockville Centre Lucille Roberts. I was a member at this gym for a couple months in 2020 and then it shut down for covid. You guys keep charging me for a yearly membership but I only used the gym for maybe 2-3 months before you guys shut down

Lucille Robert sucks b/c they never email that the gym in Astoria closed and they are still charging me $29.99 every month. I been calling 914-347-****, 728-444-**** and 201-555-****... NO ANSWER... this just outrageous. I want my $$$ back. Their customer service is the worst and thats no wonder the gym failed.
