Falsches Hotelzimmer

Sehr geehrte Mitarbeiter des Weloveholidays Teams, wir wollen leider eine Beschwerde einreichen. Wir sind im Urlaub auf Kreta in Skaleta. Unsere Buchungsreferenz ist LOV586****DE. Unser Hotelzimmer zieht leider nicht aus wie auf den Fotos, wo wir das Hotel gebucht haben. Unser Zimmer ist höchstens 3x4 m groß. Unsere Einrichtung ist leider nicht so wie im Internet gezeigt, sondern eher sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Zudem haben wir nicht wie beschrieben, die Steckdosen im Bett Nähe. In unserem Zimmer ist zudem auch nicht die beschrieben Couch enthalten. Unsere Möbel sind leider auch schon größtenteils beschädigt. Im Bad haben wir auch keine Glasscheibe vor der Tusche, sondern nur ein Lacken. Zudem wurde gesagt wir haben eine Badewanne oder eine Regendusche aber wir haben keines von beiden. Das Waschbecken ist locker und beim Mülleimer ist Rost dran, welcher sich löst, wenn man ihn berührt. Zudem hören wir in unserem Zimmer dauerhaft ein Lüftung sehr laut nur nicht bei Nacht. Diese gehört unserem Hotel, welches gegenüber von unserem Zimmer liegt. In diesem Zimmer ist also keine ausreichende Isolierung, die im Internet aber versprochen wurde. Wir befinden uns zudem nicht im Hauptgebäude, sowie es gesagt wurde, sondern in einem Extrahaus, wo nur 6 Zimmer drin sind. Es stinkt stark nach Abwasser außerhalb des Gebäudes. Our booking reference is LOV586****DE. Unfortunately, our hotel room does not look like the photos where we booked the hotel. Our room is at most 3x4 m. Unfortunately, our facility is not as shown on the Internet, but rather very old-fashioned. In addition, we did not have the sockets near the bed as described. In addition, our room does not contain the described couch. Unfortunately, most of our furniture is already damaged. In the bathroom we don't have a pane of glass in front of the ink either, just a coat of paint. Also, we were told we have a bath or a rain shower but we don't have either. The sink is loose and the trash can has rust on it that comes off when touched. In addition, we hear a very loud ventilation in our room, only not at night. This belongs to our hotel, which is opposite our room. So there is not enough insulation in this room, which was promised on the internet. We are also not in the main building, as has been said, but in an extra building, which only has 6 rooms.It smells bad of sewage outside the building. Dispute

Booked package holiday then changed and paid to another destination,£600 taken from bank for flights that no longer existed. Changed with the airline 3 weeks before payment was taken but now won't refund the money for the previous flights that we no longer have booked, looking for more money and cant get us a hotel

We get incorrect room

Hi , we booked executive room , but received standard one . The photos on website were definitely different . Last photo was on website , first three - it's a room which we received . Internet is very very poor . Every few minutes gone . We paid extra £400 for executive room , can we get a refund because our room is very standard. Thank you! Anna Klisiewicz

I booked hoilday for 18-October-2023 flights and accommodation after I paid deposit of 58 I then got email from Ryanair to say that my flight was blocked as love hoilday doesnt have rights as third party to book flights. Now o cant cancel the holiday as love hoilday wants me to pay for full Amount when it there mess up

Booked a holiday on my sister's phone and I used her bankcard couldn't cancel it and I then asked her to ring the bank. They told because I can't get in contact with love holidays I'd have to cancel

So then I try ringing love holidays up no customer service representative on the phone only a Web chat called sindy witch is a lot of nonsense. With that I'd to cancel the holiday now I'm down 87.N

Overcharged

Online booking error cost me an extra £300. An error occurred with Loveholidays 'mybooking' system. My wife and I booked HB at The Navarria Hotel, Cyprus, which some how was altered to B&B when I checked the itinerary prior to going on holiday. The only alteration I amended was the hotel transfer as we had a rental car. I received an email with a £30 refund, which I thought was a generous offer for cancelling the hotel transfer. I contacted an online agent who pointed out the alteration and this is when the agent informed me of the reason for the refund, I explained that I had no idea how the change had occurred and could the hotel booking be changèd back to the original HB. This was going to cost me an extra £200 for the alteration. How does an alteration from HB to B&B produce a refund of £30, yet to revert back it incurs a penalty of £200. Nice little earner for the hotel, yet it cost my wife and I an extra £300 on top of the holiday cost, due to having to eat out every night. On top of that, my wife is disabled, which is the reason we opted for HB in the first place. Most definitely will not be using Loveholidays again in the near future.

False advertisement of hotel.

We usually use love holidays to book majority of our trips, every time the hotel, flights and service is amazing. We are currently in Rhodes we chose to stay in Rhodos palace it is meant to be 5 star the pictures of this hotel looked amazing however, this hotel is nothing like the pictures that are on love holidays or even the hotel's own website it is nowhere near a 5 star. These are just a few pictures below of our hotel room. I wouldn't say this is love holiday's fault, however what we have walked into is most certainly false advertisement. We asked to swap rooms but was told this is what we booked I would certainly not have booked a room knowing it would look like this! My partner and I are very disappointed with what has happened and this hasnt been a great start to our holiday.

I want to leave this hotel unhappy

The hotel Corona roja is a budget hotel but we have found problems with it. Some issues are that the pool area is not clean around the pool the white plastic pool surround is very black and dirty looking. The pads for sunloungers are stained and have to be paid for and kept in your room and brought down each time. We saw elderly people carry theirs up steps to the rooftop solarium and they are not light in weight. The half board evening meal does not include free water or anything free to drink with the meal. The glass surrounding the outside restaurant and pool area are not cleaned and look dirty. The plastic tables at the pool area are all black and stained. No complementary water in room or shower gels or soap at all. I think having this hotel on your list of hotels will give love holidays a very poor rating. I wonder has a love holidays rep ever checked this hotel out

We can't contact them, they failed to provide service, no transfers at airport, hotel is bad

Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online travel agents The issue that I have experienced was: Dear LOVEHOLIDAYS, Me Marius and my girlfriend Stacy have holidays with you from Manchester to cuba Varadero 8th December for 2 weeks . There was no transfer from airport to hotel. We asked everyone we been stuck for few hours till we got taxi and paid 40£. The Hotel Roc Varadero is not even 1 star. Is so bad we need to be moved or sand back to UK. I am not eating meat but I have to, to survive. Bathroom is so bad rust everywhere over used. Corner selling got cracks falling marks of water. Main doors not locking properly, safe not working. Imagine they used a4 paper already used one side to print another. Just imagine how they saving on everything if they saving on that. Our beac towels is marked from many years stains. In eating area doors so dirty and hanging, one spoon for all to put on plate. Is not just one thing everything is so bad. This hotel need to be closed down. Please help us we paid money and we not receiving even half of what we paid.
