Can't place order tried four times really frustrated

Want my money back have voucher for £100 tried so many times to order but will not except it Ive reset password so frustrating

Items not delivered

My items I ordered on 20th July still not arrived and I still can't get in contact with anybody. And I ordered the items for a holiday I'm going on next week. Please can someone find out where the items are.

Order dispatched not received

I have being chasing for my order for the past 2 weeks.I keep on getting generated auto messages reply to my enquiries and have no idea if I ever receive my items or get refunded. Really frustrating chasing after your purchase and have no concrete replies.

About a payment taken from my bank account

A payment of £25.20 has been taken from my account and I dont know anything about this I am so upset we are on holiday and my husband checked our bank account and the above payment has been taken for something I have not ordered would like a refund please

Ordered iconic body Illuminator glow from Look Fantastic. Was sent a totally different product which I opened before realising its not what I ordered or wanted. I know its crap I used it. No contact no apologies nothing from either company and Iconic website info all I correct - SCAM - happy to pay for what I want. Unhappy to be sent something I dont want- I did tell Look Fantastic to send what I wanted and I would pay for it anyway - no reply

Cimplaint re purchase

No one answered phone waited 8 minutes. I tried chat line could not get through. I wanted answers on Tom Ford purchase, scent doesnt linger for 30 minutes let Alone 6 hours. My daughter thinks its fake Very disappointed

Parcel not arrived

Order number49569**** dated 01/07/2003 has not been delivered to The parcel shop at 3, The Hollow, BA2 1LX, although Evri say it has, even though Evri keeps insisting they do not recognise the postcode. It is their AGENT. Parcelshop has not got the parcel. I have been in there 3 times. Evri keep sending me Emails, day after day, to collect the non existent parcel, at the shop, they do not recognise. Tracking number was HZYEJA026052**** Order details MAC extended Play Lash Mascara-gigablack quantity 1 price £20.00 Evri have lost my parcel, so I am requesting my money to be returned AnnePack

I want my package

I'm not pissed, I just need help. So basically I needed my bank ID and other stuff to take my package out, and I don't have my ID because I lost it. Are there any other ways, pls? I want my package. I can prove it's mine, so why is an ID needed? Please if you can make a way for me to take my package out without an ID then it would be very helpful. I wasted a lot of money on my order.

Wrong item sent twice

I ordered a Gatineau shower gelee but received a Gatineau hand wash.emailed look fantastic.i was told the shower gelee was being sent, wrong item sent again.no phone number to contact so had a live chat I will send a QR code. when I went on my account they wanted £2.99 to return.no chance I didn't ask for these items so I am not paying for the return

Shampoo top snapped in package

I want a replacement of shampoo !! It was damaged in the box when I received the order ! It has leaked all over the packaging and the box when I received it with the bottle damaged

Order cancellation still in process since 30th of March

I have cancelled an order I placed almost immediately yet customer service has been unable to do anything to process my cancellation and refund me my money back. I have been writing to customer service for days since the 30th yet all they do is say the same automated response we will process your cancellation within 1-2days but nothing and no resolution. I feel like Im talking to bots the whole time.
