Very bad meal at Terre haute longhorn steakhouse

On Tuesday the 8th, myself,my niece and my sister-in-law, great niece and great nephew went in to eat at noon. I ordered a 6 ounce filet, and it had sinew in it add I couldnt hardly cut it. Also tough. First time ever. But it was 18.00 for the steak, and it was terrible. I didnt want to cause a fuss, although I should have complained.I would appreciate reparations for the meal.

The temperature inside the restaurant

My wife and I went there for our 28th wedding anniversary. We could not enjoy the food due to the temperature inside the restaurant. We both were sweating really bad.

Service and food quality

bad all the way around. Restaurant not busy, 25% full, plenty of help. Most food items cold, 45 minutes from order to food delivery, server very new and not trained in basic service expectations. Most food room temp, 3 of 5 steaks over cooked. Beautiful new building, but i wouldnt go back. Lack of management awareness to what is actually important. Sent fries back twice, still cold and undercooked. I wonder why you would be paying any manager or Director of Operations in running this place.

I want to Longhorn, the Night got married in a customer service was terrible. The manager was disrespectful. The food was terrible and I'm not used that with longhorn this has been my favourite restaurant for about 11 years now never had a bad experience The best Longhorn I've ever met was in Woodbridge New Jersey. John is the best Manager I've ever came across. The food is delicious, the longhorn in Yonkers suck

Plastic in my mouth

On July 17th, around 9:00 PM, I, Junielle Joseph, placed an order for 2 firecracker chicken wraps. My friend and I picked up the order at 9:40 PM. As soon as we started eating, I bit into the first wrap and immediately felt pain in my stomach. Without thinking much of it, I proceeded to bite into the second wrap, only to encounter a strange texture in my mouth. It turned out to be plastic, which is highly unsanitary.

Dissatisfaction

My husband and I went to Lonhghorn in Clay, Ny to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't want to be bothered He forgot to bring the bread out I asked him to please bring me a glass of water for my husband and a ginger ale For me he brought out water and forget the Ginger Ale My husband had to ask him again to bring out ginger Ale. I ordered steak baked potato and I ask to please bring me Olive oil on side which he did. While I was Eating my Dinner I said to the waiter sorry but can you please bring me out an Extra Olive oil because my Baked Potato had dried up he came back with White Vinegar instead of Olive oil I didn't say anything I just put it aside on the table and little bit after we paid and Left. Also when we first walked in and sat down my Husband who has a Heart Condition kindly said it was very Warm in Uncomfortable in the Restaurant and asked if the Air Conditioner was on the Waiter response was "Well I think is Comfortable in Here" my Husband and I were Shocked how he Responded Thank God to someone who was working that Afternoon had adjusted the Air Conditioner to a Comfortable and Enjoyable setting.

I want Longhorn to replace my Airpids that their worker stole from me!! I have spoken with an attorney!! You have camera’s!! Please replace!!!

Im disappointed that the employee kept my AirPods! Our table was cleaned immediately after we left! I will never in my life spend another cent in this establishment! The company upheld their thief!

Bullying by management and staff

The harassment and unnecessary and unfair treatment at your Atlanta Buckhead location. It began with asking (the hostess) for a glass of water after waiting for over 20 minutes for my server to bring it and I never got it. Mind you she came to take our order, came to bring salad and lemonade but still no water. The hostess went and lied to the manager Mr Itis III that me and my fiancé was swearing at her and what he is not going to tolerate like we were children

Poor service and food

The wait staff (he) didnt introduce himself and barely paid attention to us as a client. My meal (the porterhouse with the bone in) was less than adequate and not hot. The wait staff dismissed us (by bringing thecheque),without even bothering to ask if we would like dessert, nor remove my daughters plate. The ball was totally dropped in this event. The bright side was that, the manager was terribly attentive and cordial (kudos) for him.

Overcooked dry porterhouse

I order a porterhouse medium and get home with it which is only 10 minutes away and find a dry overcooked porterhouse!Needless to say it was so chewy and dry I was not able to consume it.

We received a bad service, our food kept coming back not to our liking. Our server was rude like he didn't want to serve us because of the color of our skin . We spent over $100

Take out portions noticeably smaller than dining in

Every single time we have gotten our strawberry pecan salads as take outs, they have been ridiculously smaller than when we dine in the restaurant! WHY?!!!

Complaint

Worst experience of dining in 49 years. Our enter came out after the meal , no bread was even mentioned. Service was slow and we we're pretty much ignored on a very slow lunch day so occupancy was not the issue .

My food was mess it

I have tried to call every time I call they dont pick up the phone or they hang up . I even sent out a email with the picture of how the food was just thrown into the container, and it did not look professional at all, and it wasnt cheap as well Which I never got a response this happened in May 4th of last year I was very patient. They said they were going to send me a gift card which I never received through my email. I even took pictures of the item how they looked and what was missing and again no response I totally understand. It was a very busy day. It was Mothers Day. I decided to order out and pick it up even that took a very long time. The only reason that I am doing this review is its the principle of the whole thing again I know that they had call offs probably and it was very busy, but its coming up another year and I havent heard anything and I feel that that is not a true customer service and I have not returned since then and personally I do not like to give bad reviews because I understand giving a negative review is never a good thing but again I have waited. I tried calling corporate and has been a merry-go-round as well.
