The lady was very rude and nasty. I asked for her name and manager wouldn’t give it to me. I told manager that this lady done this before and manager nodded her head. I wouldn’t eat there again if th.

Employee was very rude and nasty. She had a bad day and decided to take it out on someone. I wanted her name but manager wouldnt give it to me. I told manager that this happened before, she the manager nodded yes.

HORRIBLE NON Service!

I had been waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and I overheard the female worker tell the customer in front of me who was driving a candy apple red truck that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. When I was Finally able to make it to the speaker at 8:45 (15 minutes until close) I was lied to by the same female in saying that they had closed at 8:30 for maintenance. My response was that I had already heard her tell the customer in front of me about the 20 minute wait. Then I was told by the same female worker that I wasn't going to be served by the way I was telling at her. I told her I was going to make a call to corporate. I asked for the Manager's name and was then told by the same female worker that I could find the Manager's name during the same time I was looking up the phone number to corporate!!! What audacity!!! This is at the ljs on S. Emerson and Churchman Ave. In Beech Grove, Indianapolis, IN. They need to be let go! Or at least put on a suspension!!! And while on suspension take training to properly learn to answer the speaker in a timely manner and NOT be telling lies to anyone!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would rude customer service

They have rude employees. They dont want to make stuff they close the inside early early they dont have anything at all gone they dont open the inside they dont have anything you asked for, but they really dude she said no rice and another lady said if you wanna wait 15 minutes for weve already been waiting 10 minutes on our food. Um, she slammed her head at me when I want to ask her to order she slammed her hand on silent. When we asked for family faces I dont know, and hand like we couldnt get it they said we couldnt add a side for five dollars but clearly on the menu it says add a Family side for five dollars right under the family feast but they said we couldnt do it. Ive never hated a company more than this company

Horrible service and bad food and Rude Management

Received cold food while dining inside after waiting for it..My wife then finds hair in son's meal . When addressing situation to manager,she rolled her eyes at my wife saying we would have to wait...food was nasty and we paid over 30$ for meal ticket #1726 Store #7179Hell No!!!

Dissatisfied customers

I was at your ironton Ohio store today we ordered our food like close to 50$ worth and we waited 35 minutes and then found out that they had handed our order to someone in the drive thru and then served the people that came in 15 minutes after we did and when i asked them about it they were extremely rude so I just had them refund my money instead of waiting for them to refry more food just letting you all know the service at the ironton Ohio store is horrible

Very very BAD service

At approx 615pm today I pulled into the long john silvers on 14th and Air Depot in Midwest, City Ok. Pulled to the speaker and waited for almost 2 minutes . No one answered the speaker. After about atotal of eight minutes I kept saying hello with no answer. Finally pulled up to the window and a young white girl was leaning on the counter with her head phone on TOP of her head and had earbuds in her ears playing with her phone. I had to knock on the window to get her attention . She opened the window and I told her that no body answered when I said hello at the speaker , she asked how long I had been there . After I told her ho long I was there she just said what do you want . No apollige or anything say she was sorry . She then closed the window while I was holding my credit card out and the blqck girl had to motion to her about my card. When she finally brought my food I asked for some vinegar and red sauce for my shrimp. I got home and had tater sauc and no sauce for my shrimp. This is the WORST SERVICE I HQVE EVRY HAD IN MY LIFE

Complaint

Ordered lunch in drive thru. 2 pc fish,fries slaw and hushpuppies. Received 1 pc of fish cut in half,2 hushpuppies, and 09 fries in a box. What a rip off. By by Long John Silvers unless I get some resolve.

LJS @ Midway and Trinity Mills Dallas/Carrolton

There are very limited locations around me so I feel forced to go to the nearest one. Repeatedly I have been met with shotty customer service, long wait time and half-hearted excuses and apologies. I was recently refused service BECAUSE THE MANAGER didn't want to take cash. A few weeks later I am in line at the drive through waiting 27 minutes on food because the manager was behind schedule and not available and the assistant was attempting to train a new guy. 6 cars behind me. All waiting. All upset. This is a blyte on LJS and it's not uncommon any more. This is ridiculous. This is shotty. This is unacceptable.

Messed up order

on 6/21/23 I visited Long Jhon Silvers. store on 1901 South Loop 288. I ordered 2- #4 meals with 2 orders od cheese cake. I was asked to move to the other side of the store for to go pick ups. When the young lady brought my meal. I decited to ckeck it to make sure it was compete. The cheese cake was missing. I went in side to get my cheese cake and the girls said it wasin the bag. I may be old but I am not blind. I told her one again that it was not, she replied ahin that it was. The other girl working the counter siad no it is not, it is right hee on the counter. bThis girl made me feel like i was teying to steal another two orders of cheese cake. After she relized her mistake no I am sorry sir it was my mistake. No nothing. I guess this is the way younger people treat us older folks and i tis ok with LJS. Bad service is what looses returning coustomers.

Poor service

hello my name is walter odom i've been a customer at long john silver for many years and each time i visit there now long john service are getting worse my reason for saying that is because on this date 06/11/2023 my wife and i went to long john to get something to eat, as we got there using the drive through there was 4 cars in front of us and other cars pulled in behind us as well we was in line approx: 30 to 35 minutes waiting to be next so we placed our order which was too fish & shrimp platter which comes with 2 pcs. of fish 6 shrimp 2 hush puppys cold slaw and 2 sides, when we arrived home we discovered that we where short of 6 shrimp and 1 cold slaw this is not the first time it happen... this happen at Long john silver 7140 on pendleton pike...

Placed order on app

Went to the drive through in Hays, Kansas waited 10 minutes no answer. Drove to the front of the store to go in, doors locked, noticed small sign to place order through the app. Placed order waited the 25 minutes the app said to wait . Employees coming in and out . After 30 minutes had to walk around the building to get someone just to informed my order was placed at 4:10 pm and they closed at 4pm. Asked for a refund. I was told to Google customer service, so I did and guess what THEY WERE CLOSED TOO!

Bellevue, Nebraska Made a $36+ online lunch order. Received order confirmation on web at time o$ order. 2 minutes later received a confirmation email with order number, pick up time (1:30pm) and instructions to come inside to the counter to get my order. Upon arriving at the restaurant, despite a neon "open" sign in the window, all exterior doors were locked. I drove around to the drive thru where I was informed they aren't doing online orders. Then why the *%$/ did they confirm my order TWICE and instantly bill my credit card if the goods and services aren't available? Asked for my money back, was told I'd have to go through the LJS Corporate website for customer service. Nothing there but a generic "contact us" form. 3 messages left via this form over 2.5 days has not resulted in any communication with anyone at LJS. Trying a couple phone numbers I found on the web, both are answered as "Long John Silver's", one instantly goes to voice mail, the other says it's "after hours" no matter what time of day or night you call. It says to dial ZERO to leave a message, but that only results in a message that I made an invalid selection. Being on the brink of bankruptcy is no excuse for this unprofessional, unethical and according to our state's Attorney General's and county attorney's office, illegal activity.

Gm refused to fill order or give refund.

Placed my food order inside to go. Was waiting for my number to be called. But my number was never called. After watching other customers come in shortly after myself have theirs be filled and left. I was waiting right by the cashier who clearly could see me still waiting, for atleast 30 plus minutes. My food order number was 227, after waiting for such a long time and numbers being called were clearly in the 235 and going up. I realised. My number was never called. I approached the counter where there was a man filling orders, explained to him. I've still not heard my number what happened. He immediately taken my receipt looked at my receipt, then gave it back to me. and started to apologize stating he clearly bypassed my number And then said he would work on my order now. I told him , i can see its busy and not a problem. After about another 5 or so mins, i heard a female tell him not to make my order. That she already had called my number, that she remembered looking at my receipt 227 and gave out my order. I approached where she was. Told her that she never called my number or gave me any food. I told her there was no way that whole time my number had ever been called, that i was right up front close to the counter along with others also waiting . She then told me very rudely. That yes she called my number and she Already gave me my food. I told her where is my food then, Then she said she remembered looking at the receipt, that i had slipped my receipt to another person. That they gave back my reciept to me and I'm trying to fill that order again. By this time. It was still busy in there And after now demanding that she either fills my order , or she needs to give me back my money. By this time she was getting loud, yelling top me. Im getting nothing. So as she's getting more rude. Yelling to me. I started yelling to her, that she has no right to treat me in the manner i was being treated, By then, im now angry, And yes my voice is now louder. I told her several times, she never called my number or handed any food to me, that if i don't get my food or money returned, i was taking to corporate. She again refused to do anything. Her words. She not giving my food or any refund. So i asked for her name, that I'm reporting her to corporate. So she flashed her tag on her shirt and just said theres my name. So i then asked to borrow a pen , calm voice. She just replied, She don't have a pen. When i asked her, what your not giving me a pen so i can write your name. She just said, i don't have one. Then i asked for the corporate number, she said On receipt. It's not. By then i told her, I'm calling the police, that she's not getting away with stealing my money, or demeaning me the way she was either. She just said, go ahead call them. Then i did tell her, im calling my husband first since he used to be a police officer that i needed to find out what to do with this situation. She said i was threatening her. I wasnt, i was shaken up, confused i even told her that too, Why would i be waiting so long up front if already got food. Told her she made no sense at all. I did call my husband, put him on speaker. Told him what was happening, he also heard her yelling to me, He said, call police, that she can't do or treat me in the tone of voice or disrespect. Oviously by now. Im so angry being accused a lier. I was also feeling if i was a different color, i most definitely wouldn't be treated the way she was treating me. I felt she was being racist towards me being white and she black. After calling police, i was told they cant do anything since it's not a criminal act, its a civil one. So after hanging up. I then approached the cashier who taken my order in 1st place, And asked her if she remembered me placing my order, she did, i asked if ive been standing the whole time right by her cash register. She said i was I tried talking yet again to this GM, trying to reason with her, she wasn't having any of it And just told me. She's not dealing with me any more, now by this time. My time stamp on my receipt went from 5:27pm to almost 7 pm. Another customer who was dining in even came to tell her And myself. She came in after me and she saw me standing waiting on food, but she got hers before mine. Again, im trying to tell this employee that, Anna the GM said. Well if she saw me then she would've heard and saw her call my number but didn't say anything. SERIOUSLY, I had to even tell this GM, really!!! Why on earth would that customer be listening for my number, i wasn't paying attention to anyone elses numbers but listening for mine for most part. Ok, almost done here, sorry for this long reason for complaint here. Numbers are still being called out, then a number gets called for order pick up. So the customer that, the number was for, Was already sitting eating, yelled already for my food. The customers who are all in there, started yelling out, see, still screwing up the orders. I just got tired of waiting, I decided to try and calmly talk to this gm 1 more time. Told her i wanted to talk to her. After her rolling her eyes at me, stating she done. She finally decided to hear me out, I just told her in calm voice, none of this makes any sense, that im simply trying to pick up our dinner fire tonight. Why on earth would i want to do any of what shes accusing me off, even after other customers trying to tell her also. Ive been waiting this whole time, i simply just want our dinner for tonight. Since ive wasted so much if my time here now. I need my food. She ended up agreeing to redo my order. Yey, im only a 5 min drive home. Spent over$30 in food, she couldn't even get that right. We both, my husband and myself didn't even get what was ordered in 1st place, plus food was cold, Go figure. I want someone from corporate to reach out to me, and know what's going to happen regarding this . GM there, Bad thing is. I told my husband i so wanted video to be looked at for time stamp, i wanted to call the store back to tell the GM, they couldn't even fill our orders correct either, And food was cold, also All she had to do in first place, was to do her job. She certainly should not be a GM of any stores, She's totally unprofessional. She came across as being racist towards myself. The right way to approach this, Was, to admit, she did not give my order to me or anyone else, That she should've Just said, Sorry... Let me make this right for you. And redo the order. And due to the wait for me Comp, something. Im a cronic pain patient, Along with also having a pacemaker. I know if i called back to complain my order is wrong, i wouldn't have been given the time of day. My husband also advised me not to call to tell her, Check cctv, proof all three. all she has to do was. LOOK @ STORE VIDEO. AND TIME STAMP. SHE WAS OUT OF LINE. I have picks, proof, customers names And their Even their phone numbers, along with my receipt and The customers order receipts, for timestamps, For my original orders, and photos of what i was given. Couldnt even fill our oders correct, was that deliberately done, im sure it was. And, i paid a lot more for what we wanted, to what was given. I have the store number, Her name. Time, ect. Gm..larica Store # 70224-opco teir 2... The cashier who taken my order, her name is, iyahna front counter... Order # 101227... Timestamp my reciept.. 5:38pm... Date... 12/5/2022... Store phone number, 313 291 ****... Address... 10985.. telegragh rd, taylor, Michigan, 48180. The other customer timestamp.. 5:48pm I will disclose her name and number, if needing also. Along with photos.
