Very high prices
way over priced they went from $32,000 to $22,000 then when i pulled out tried to drop it to $20,000 other quotes $10,000 to $14,000 do your homework read there reviews watch the lawsuit video on you tube avoid them at all cost i got 7 different quotes to see where i stand

Leaking in my house
replace roof all new but still leaking in my house my click floor is know puffing up cant put new sheet rock up tell the leak is fixed this well be the 4th time i have thim back out here for leaking in my house what do i do know?

Can't trust the salesman
I contacted the company because they offered to help me with a government grant or the roof because I am disabled, my wife is retired, and we, of course, are on a fixed income. After making his sales pitch, he said they would help with the grant process. I bought the new roof, but after it was installed, I never heard back from him. I tried calling, but only got his voicemail for two weeks. I finally called the main office and found he had left the company, and it was up to me to obtain the grant. From what I have seen, it appears the grant should have been obtained BEFORE I had them install the roof. Now I have to pay back an expensive loan at 25% interest, which will be very difficult, and nobody is assisting me, despite the promise otherwise. I am totally screwed, but at least he got his commission, right?

Had a phone call from someone at Long Roof who said that there was damage to our roof. BUT the roof was replaced 100% last year! The roof is in perfect condition! Long Roof should check before they make these FALSE CALLS!

I have found that my roof was not done properly. I keep finding places that they didn’t repair correctly. It’s hard to get customer service to respond.
I keep getting the run around. I just want my roof repaired correctly. I found that they did not correctly put back the framing around my windows which could let in wildlife.
