Lied about cost
They performed no repairs. Just looked at it and did not know what to do. I decided to do it on my own. They tried to charge me $155 just to look at it when the website says $19 for a general service call which covers their commute and time to look at it. Worst service I ever received.

Way Overcharged
This company advertises a $19 service call and for an office lockout starting at $35. They charged me $65 for the service call and $195 for the office lockout, where he just slid a little pump in the doorway and popped it open. Not a complicated fix. Certainly not $195 worth. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And make sure you get an estimate before they start the work.

I was reluctant with all the negative reviews but I took a chance as I needed the services. The company has multiple technicians and will send one closest to you. I was fortunate with the technician they sent, who charged exactly what he quoted me on the phone. He programmed the keyless fob in minutes. Very pleased with the service and will use him again.

$29 Appointment fee on top of $228 to unlock vehicle
Called at 12pm and requested service. Called back at 2pm and had to pay a $29 appointment fee to get someone to come out. 4:30pm person came out and charged $228 for 5 minutes of work. He spent more time on his phone then doing actual work.

Locksmith showed up on time; reason for 2 stars. Service was unprofessional, curt and overcharged for simple rekeying (I provided hardware). He charged $29.99 (not $19.00 advertised; switch and bait) for service call and $120.00 for simple routine rekey. Usually, service call charges are included if services are rendered. Attitude was rude and curt, when I tried to bring this up, and did not clean up afterwards. Horrible experience. BUYERS BEWARE!
