Could customer service
I tried to contact customer service by phone, constant busy signal, tried to chat with expert no expert wanted to send me to just ask. This a technical group who will try to answer your question for money but are unable to do so because they don't know your site, I just wanted to talk with someone from Locanto. I tried to up grade but wanted questions answered but was unable to contact anyone for help. Could not talk chat or email. They also removed pictures of my cats saying that the pictures were not within Locanto's standards. Those words are mine I cannot remember how they stated it. .

Paid for service which I didn't receive
I paid 8700 ruppee to the agent. Agent name is ayush from udaipur. Number is 77329 6****. He fraud to me. The lady also involved in this and her number is +91 7726* ***79. I paid online to them. After that they saying me they want more money. I already paid the disscused amount online but after that they want it is not sufficient. Please help me.i want my money back
