I ordered a duvet and pillow set, redeemed my voucher and given a deliver date. When the goods failed to arrive, I tried to contact Living Social (impossible- the telephone number does not connect, and there is nothing on site as to how to contact customer service). I googled the merchant contact details and eventually manged to speak to someone who informed me that the the company were no longer trading and the they had informed Living Social that they were no longer trading (also apparently all other voucher companies), and to contact LS to get a refund. I finally got a customer service contact (by googling) and informed them of this. They have contacted me to ask if the merchant had authorised the refund! I am furious and have asked LS for a refund.

The number that was given said it was out of service. My issue has not been resolved. I am unable to complete payment process. I have tried to reach out, but have not been able to speak with a live person. The number that was given through the prompts gave me a wrong number recording.

System will not allow me to put in my credit card number.
Hi - I cannot rate the company at this time because my issue has not been resolved. Livingsocial had a promotion for a spa day for $102 at the Carillon Hotel located at 6801 Collins Ave., Miami Bch., FL. I tried to take advantage of this deal, but when trying to put in my credit card number, the field said "invalid origin" and was unable to complete the transaction. I've reached out several times to have this problem resolved to no avail. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I'd appreciate anything you can do to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

Still waiting to get in contact with customer service
I spent $160 on a boat tour going on in New York City. It was canceled due to weather and they were not able to reschedule before my vacation was over so I was unable to use my vouchers and I still cant get a hold of anyone to get a refund.

I await your help and considerationiI have tried a number of times to make contact but with difficulty... ordered fruit trees from LivingSocial April 24th for a friend and unfortunately received no confirmation or delivery dates. I rang to cancel on behalf of friend but now I have to reimburse money toher, also Klarna are demanding payment. I NEVER RECEIVED the fruit trees and I am in a very stressful state as it leaves me in a very difficult financial position and distraught!!
