Never received product that was bought
TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...bought a product for 54 dollars and still have not received any product. It's been 2 months and NOTHING. NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND FROM THE COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible and never again!!!
Absolutely horrible! I placed an order on 10/17 it's now 12/18 and nothing!!!! I got an email saying the product had changed and the replacement would be sent out but tracking info till this day states "label created" but never shipped!!! So I email them again and get this response: The company is now under new management as of July 2018. New owner, new employees. If you would like to do business with us things will be great going forward. However, we will not pay for the last owner's mistakes; they made a lot of them. I assure you things will go smoothly if you'd like to place an order. Have a Merry Christmas! Thanks, Sam So basically the in knowing took on a company with issues and failed to not only tell the customers that new management was in place but also sorry but your money is gone and please try again.... Not trustworthy company
First of all, count your pills when you get them. My bottles should have been 120 each......instead there were only 100 in each bottle. I notified them of this and at that point, I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming it was their distributors mistake. The next time I ordered......same thing 20 pills short. Their cutomer service department is extremely slow to respond to emails and when they do, they tell you what you want to hear.....not the truth. It's a hit or miss on when/if you will get the product you ordered. Im done with this company.

I don’t know how these people sleep at night when they spend their days sitting at a computer replying to upset customers with lies! I didn’t read other reviews until I hadn’t received my product after a week. I was told 3 times, once by personal phone call that my order had shipped and everytime after I didn’t receive it I emailed and they told me there was a delay from the distributor. I told them I was going to dispute the order and they claimed they cancelled my order and issued a refund which I never saw. I then disputed the purchase with my credit card company and finally the return was issued. Don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them, the only way you will get anywhere is by disputing with your credit card!

No 100% Satisfaction Guarantee despite it being advertised on their website.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a complete scam! I placed an order, and waited for it to be shipped for at least 2 or weeks! When contacting the customer service - only offered "to leave a voice mail", but no one will ever contact! Also, it's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee says that within 30 days I can return the product if I am not FULLY SATISFIED at all! However, when I contacted them re: the return, I was denied and told that only UN-OPENED products can be returned. How am I supposed to find out if I am FULLY SATISFIED or not if I do not even open a product! Complete SCAM! The response I received: Since we are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, we cannot and will not accept returns on opened merchandise. Only unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days. We feel 30 days is plenty of time to decide if you want to return something to us. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will be sent right back to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Hello, I ordered thinking that this was a LEGIT site ( liveleantoday.com) I placed an order on the 8th of May,2017. Today,the 25 th of May & still have not received the supplements. I have called over 20 times ,left voice mails, sent them emails & nothing. I called my credit card company & disputed the charge. I have to pay the charge & they will see what happens! ???? This is a BOGUS site . Do not SHOP from there. They'll take your money & NOT send U what you ordered or even knowledge. I keep checking the status online w/ no change. Looking at it you would think this was legit,but just really good SCAM being ran.

I was actually very satisfied with my recent purchase. It had been a few years I ordered something from then back when they were under a different company name so I was leery with the turnover. I took a chance though. I ordered my Ephedra Sinica on Thursday, November 3rd and received my pills today. Extremely satisfied. I got emails constantly updating me on my order. When it was processed. When it was shipped. Super awesome. I'm actually going to get on there and order another bottle.

These people are scam artists. They charge you $6 for a GD STAMP..and then wait 5 days to ship your GD order even after verification....oh..then you get "First Class Mail" for your $6 and if you get the product AT ALL...you WILL get it late. That is unacceptable with Asthma medicine. If they don't think they are selling ASTHMA MEDICINE they should go sit on a 10 foot pole and spin to the end. Don't order from them unless they change to GUARANTEED shipping for their RIDICULOUS BS stamp charge. Not to mention the price increase to 45 dollars of something that used to be 99 cents in any GD supermarket....thanks *** Feds..and thanks you GD *** cooking bastards.

I am concerned about this product because of the stimulants in it and the toxic reviews that are found in boldo extract .... the reports are not good boldo extract has many side affects when taken in large doses. 2,000 mg. Kills a dog 0.5 mg kills a rat. From resperatory problems It's the only thing I found in livlean formula #1, that I disagree should be in the product. But I don't know that much about it

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I recieved my product one week from ordering it and it was exactly what I ordered. They also answered my emails and phone calls and even called me back. I believe people are mistaking this site for another that is indeed fraudulent. This company needs to be shut down. I accidently ordered the wrong product and wanted either a refund or exchange. They never bother to return the 15 phone calls i made to them, they always have an answering machine on. I wrote them several emails as well, never one response. The product i purchased doesnt even work. This company is a scam.

Beware company does not exist
I live in Arizona so I thought I would drive to their listed location in Gilbert, Arizona to check them out. Not a big surprise they do not exist! They are signed up with AZoffices.com as a virtual office which houses many of these type of companies with no real people there just a way to put a physical address to a company and be anywhere. They have never been to the office and never will be there because they do not want to get caught. No product, no refund
I ordered Silversword on September 14, 2015. I received an email stating the product would be shipped in 24/48 hours. I began emailing the company on September 30, October 8, October 14, October 23, November 16, November 23. I always received the same response: Dear Customer. Thank you for your email. We apologize for the delay. Please note that all orders are scheduled to ship on Tuesday Next Week. We have a high demand of this order from our customers so that is taking the delay only. Again we apologize for this. Once it will be shipped we will send you an email with the tracking id. Regards, Jeff On Dec 7, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It has been sent to the billing department. 10 days later... nothing. I have sent an email to the contact at liveleantoday. I used this company in 2104 and received my product within 14 days.
