Regarding a concert experience

*I dont want to complain again, as Ive already filled this out a couple days after show (through Live Nation email inquiry) Concerns are the goodies, the perks that were expected and paid for. Other concerns were the costs of drinks (not the 2 complimentary as advertised) and vary in cost of 2 tee shirts (same quality/same price of $45). We did not know cash could not be used, so I do have bank transactions as proof, if needed. Basically, I was able to afford the costs last year for the full experience, when tickets purchased, hoping for a better time that unfortunately turned into disappointment. Our getting to the VIP gate was misled multiple times, therefore our official arrival was 7 pm, once show started and VIP was packed and long gone. I was upset, cried a little, out of concerns regarding our package deal, etc. Hoping to still get the promised package-2 signed band poster (Offspring/Sun 41), reimbursement for the 2 promised free drinks (1per ticket) and the misstated amount between the 2 purchased band tees advertised $45 each, but were not quite). Parking and very good seats were the only beneficial part of the entire cost. I have emailed/responded to this similar email and spoke with a human representative prior to this additional correspondence. Looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible about fixing my situation. I truly appreciate the time you will take to correct this, as I know there were others feeling the same, in line with us. And I would like to see shows in the future, if accommodated. Thank you again, in advance!

Because I’m not happy with the way the venues don’t cook food correctly and ended up having to leave the show

Requested a refund 5 days ago..no responce

I asked for a refund on Monday..got 1 email nothing since.. the concert is 8/20/2023. I would like to talk to someone about this issue

Work related

I left in march due to health issues I tried to get my address changed from old address on file to new address I tried reaching out to both former employer but instead of helping both shut me out of both access in application to do so. I have reach out to my former supervisor and they shut her off since Im not employed at that location

Ticket issues

Your web site was acting up so my wife was unable to order tickets for the Doobie Brothers. At that point I order us two tickets and we were good until we find she has another set of tickets in her possession. She contacted some with your company and they refuse refund.

Locked out of my account

I have not heard a word back from Live Nation after submitting forms to them 3 separate times. I have not had my issue resolved.

Presale code didn’t work

I was sent a presale Email & code (PULSE) for Pat Benatar ticket at the Paramount in Huntington. On the day of the presale I was second in the Q. When my turn came I entered the code PULSE. Did this several times. I even cut and pasted the code in from the Email. INVALID CODE !! Every time. Very disappointed in your operation.

Lovers and friends concert/refund

I am writing because I don't understand how some were compensated for the trampling at last years concert and others haven't. I was hurt and so was my boyfriend. Although our injuries were not serious we deserve to be treated as others. I spent almost $2000 on that package to not be able to enjoy it or even see the acts I had hope to see. I guess we also have to consult legal representation. I honestly felt someone would reach out but over a year later and nothing. Very poor business and customer service.

43 minutes on hold then disconnected. No email support

I have credits from covid that can only be used from "some events" When I was given credit it was for any concerts. Now only certain ones. I have used 90% of my credits but still have $220 that will expire. I wanted them to extend the expiration since I cannot use the credits for any concert. They were supposed to get that done but I got disconnected. I already lost an hour at work. I cannot call back for another hour lost at work. Anyone know of email help. Zero customer service. Terrible since they mark up tickets 100% then add 40% in fees. This is monopoly that needs to be broken up!
