I bought my tickets for the wrong day but I want to change it
I clicked on the box for June 10 event and somehow it got changed to Tuesday 13th event and we live in California cant afford the plane tickets to Pennsylvania. We werent planning on flying anywhere. We were going to drive one hour away from our house to this game that we are patiently waiting for a response from Ticketmaster.

I can't find my tickets to Matchbox 20 for 5/28/23
Three years ago during Covid I purchased tickets to matchbox 20 at five points theater in Irvine California. I asked to have them refunded and I never got a response. Therefore I believe I have tickets for this Sunday, May 28, 2023 but I cant find them as my email has changed.

You are blocking my credit card!
My bad, in line for front and centered tickets. I couldnt make the purchase, after 3 call to Citi Bank! They found the problem, the first help didnt resolve the problem, missed a click to removing a contact owner, fraud possibly! I only got a 5005 error message! Sorry for falsely accusing you guys! Lost my place in line and almost everything was taken! You have no customer service available for time sensitive issues! You suck for that! BUT! The waiting in line thingy is way cool!

I have tried for 3 days to request a refund. It gives me an error message each time. I have tried the live chat and have gotten no response in 10 hours. I have tried the 800 number and it disconnects every time. All I want is a refund for the concert that was rescheduled

Won't let me checkout
Live Nation I waited in the queue for tickets to Aerosmith. I chose the first available tickets when it was my turn, went to checkout and got the rotating circle for 2 hours. I didn't want to go back, because I knew it was a popular event and I didn't want to wait in the queue again. I called Live Nation and they told me to start over again. Of course, all the seats were sold except for the ones behind the stage and the resale prices were outrageous.

Problems with order
My tickets were cancelled for no reason.. and I was sent an email telling me I can reorder them, when I went to reorder them they told me I am over the ticket limit. Ticket limit is 8 and I am ordering 7 for a group of friends.. this is rediculous.
