It is difficult to change or cancel the subscription! Would like to cancel! My grand have outgrown the age. Participation is good but expensive for multiple people! Maybe a family project type program for those interested with more than one child. I need to cancel due to the children interest level!

Problem with subscription
Tracy at customer service was wonderful and took care of my concerns 100%. I received a flight package this month as part of science junior. It seemed to be same as earlier package. Tracy answered my concerns.

To continue the subscription
I wanted to continue Chloe Bechtols subscription of World Edition (I think it is called). She had received the first six countries (Mexico being the last one) but would now like the other six countries. I also need to update my credit card number for the automatic payments. Tried for two days to cancel my subscription!! Can't you people understand simple English? I have no complaints about program...but can no longer afford your charges!! I'm gonna go to my bank & stop any future charges from little passports!!
