Ordered seven pizzas for a baseball team and they’re closed

I ordered seven pizzas hours ago for a baseball team for 630 went there and employees are leaving stating they are closed and our pizzas will not be made to get a refund Waukesha Sunset, WI 53188. I would like my refund right away my baseball team did not get the pizzas and Im very disappointed and there should be a complaint filed. A lot of people are waiting.

Ordered pizza and door is locked

Doors are locked and Ive ordered pizza. Cant call customer service no one is locking up. Ive even called the store and no one answers the phone

Received 2 hot-and-ready pizzas when I ordered (and paid) for fresh

7/16/23 Ordered a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza through the app. Received a notification that the order was ready but there was an issue with the pizza portal so I should talk to an employee. Arrived at the store and waited behind 2 customers which took the employee 10 minutes to figure out how to take their orders. After they were dealt with, he told me to hold on and went over to the drive-thru and took someone else's order. He then screwed up something with the register and fiddled with it for a minute, but then walked off to go talk to his manager, (leaving the front of the store empty with the register's cash drawer wide open), and brought her back to fix whatever he had screwed up. When he finally got to me I told him I had an order to pick up. He grabbed a single pizza out of the portal, stared at his computer for too long before saying, "someone's lying to me", and just grabbed a cheese pizza out of the hot-and-ready warmer. At this point I had been in the store about 25 minutes since my order was supposedly ready, and after having watched this kid flounder about like he was high and didn't know what was going on, I decided I didn't have the patience to not only get him to figure how to do a replacement, but spend another 20 minutes there waiting on that replacement. So I just took my pizzas and left. Then I got home and realized the pepperoni pizza he pulled out of the pizza portal must have also been a hot-and-ready because it was even more stale than the cheese. Paid fresh pizza price and waited around half an hour for two stale hot-and-ready's.

Sold a subpar item. Issue not resolved

Ordered a supreme pizza. Took home. No veggies. Charged full price. Got refund but not compensated for inconvenience. Sunday dinner ruined. No appology. Need closure.

I used skip the dishes and wrote twice NO MUSHROOMS. Pizza came with mushrooms

I called Panago Sardis to relay my complaint and after 5 mins of hearing Dawson in the background telling some new girl what to say to me I insisted he speak directly. Dawson specified that there was nothing he can do other than "next time you come in just give your name and we will give you a free pizza", "sorry bout that". I respond "whats my name Dawson?". He has no idea... F#@&*^%$@ YOU PANAGO!!! Customer service and satisfaction are dead. Just ask Panago. Kevin Snowdon

Little Caesars has to be profiting by stealing money! Placed an order for pizza this past Saturday, July 15th. Placed the order and paid online via app, actually watched the pizza tracker and left home when tracker stated it was in the oven. Guess what happened when my daughter went to pick up the order? THEY SAID IT WASN'T IN THE SYSTEM!! She had the receipt that showed the paid order, gave it to the manager and they said they couldn't do anything about it! What?!!!?!!! We had the dated and time stamped receipt in hand so we expected that they would go ahead and make the order since she was there. Did not happen! The manager told them that they couldn't make the order or refund it! So little Caesars took our order and money but gave us absolutely nothing in return. I decided that I would call customer service. I sat on hold for 30 min two different times on Monday July 18th. I'm going to try again because we need out money back or some free pizza! To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened last summer, exact same store, my daughter thought it was a one off situation but from reading these reviews this is a frequent issue. So I guess Little Caesars steals money with a half *** app and store managers that will not fill your order when you arrive with a paid receipt! From now on, we will order elsewhere... but I still want my money back!!!

Haven’t got my refund it’s past the 10 days I was told to wait I called customer service and they never retomy call or even pick up the schedule

CI placed an order online to little Caesars for delivery little uses door dash or Uber eats for delivery and I never received my order kind of sad I didn't get my order that I paid for and it's pass the 10 days I was told it would take and can't get in touch with customer service my kids had to go without dinner and was Told I had to wait for my refund going on almost a month didn't even get a remake my foods or call me back to follow up

I have an extra charge on my account

Hi there, I ordered from my local store on June 16th 2023. I had to update my app before placing my order and continued to order as usual. I received my confirmation email and waited until I got my next confirmation it was loaded into the portal. That email stated I only ordered two items when I had ordered three and was charged for three. When I arrived there were no issues, my order was in the portal and correct. It processed on my account by June 17th 2023 but now I have two charges on my account. My order total was $23.20, which was taken, and a second charge for $1.50. If someone could contact me and explain why my card was charged twice it would be greatly appreciated.

Después de 45 minutos afuera, volvi a preguntar por mi orden y dijeron no hay nada para ti, no sabemos qué pasó tienes que esperar otro 10 minutos o que quieres hacer, sólo dijo no es justo que si ordenas por teléfono pasas y pagas te salgan con que después de una hora tendrás tu pizza, se pusieron a platicar entre ellos y después salió con mi pizza toda fría y dijo su orden, así sin más la verdad nadie quiere esto cuando solo quieres disfrutar de algo que compraste es decepcionante

Absolutely appalled at the employee and how I was treated

Rude employee mocked me for paying with quarters Kn front of my children and laughed at me and I was humiliated. My order was only $6.49. I paid with exactly 6 quart dollars in quarters and five dimes totaling to 650 then they laughed at me saying that that was stupid and silly and he guesses he will take the payment because technically it is still money then he from laughing dropped 3 of the quarters out the window and j asked if he wanted me to get that in the drive-through line and he said to me like I dont care about it and laughed at me for paying with the quarters stating that they work for $1 billion company and that its silly that Im paying that way and I said so what if that silly money is all that I have until tomorrow Friday and then they laughed even more more at me and said oh well I mean I guess its still money I instanstly became so embarrassed and humiliated in front of my children. I cannot believe that this happened, I am like really in shock. That was the most disrespectful thing Ive ever encountered in my entire life. When he dropped it outside the window I said, do you want to get that hes like I really dont care doesnt make a difference and the other associate even laughed super loud then while I was asking whats so funny they rudely they shut the window quickly. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe that was something that I actually just had to go through. I just got home from the drive-through and I was crying. Im so upset from this.

Horrible food purchased

I Purchased 2 boxes of the pretzel pizza, one stuffed pretzel crust and one regular pretzel crust along with the 3 boxes of the cheese breads, and the entire experience was horrible, the pizza was a regular pizza and they sprinkled the pretzel salt on the regular pizza crust, what we received was not the pretzel crust, it was regular pizza dough, the bread of the cheese breads was over cooked it was hard, to hard for them to bite down on,my son and my God - Children did not enjoy it, I am demanding that this gets resolved immediately. Thank you

Store not customer service will answer

Wrong food delivered, lack of care to food prep and lack of filled items. Crazy sauce in cup was filled with the approximate amount of two ketchup packets.

Treated extremely rude and called a liar! Totally unacceptable

Dec 27, 2022 at 3:02 PM, my husband and I pulled in to the Little Caesar's located at 2710 SW 10th Ave, Suite 400, Amarillo, TX 79102 Store no: 03279-0**** Order: 105**** Phone no: 806)414-**** Cashier: Adam P Although, the person at the window was a young lady. We pulled up and ordered two (2) classic pepperoni pizzas. She gave us the total as we saw the sign on the drive-thru window stating store did not accept bills greater than $20 (twenty)! We had a $50 (fifty) and a $10 (ten), so we told the girl we would just get one pizza for now and once we got smaller change than the $50 (fifty) that we would probably just come back thru. We paid the $6.81 total with a $10 leaving us $3.19 in change! We sat at window for a good 10 min waiting for our pizza! Several cars pulled up behind us, so we respectfully pull up to front of store, never leaving the eye shot of the employees inside the store! Waiting patiently! After waiting twenty-three (23) minutes without any indication that they were going to bring our pizza out to us, I, entered the store to inquire about our pizza being ready! I was told by the lady that served us at the drive-thru window that she already gave us our pizza! I stated that we did not receive our pizza which was why we were still there awaiting our pizza that we paid for to come to us! She again stated that we already got our pizza. I once again informed her that she absolutely did not give us our pizza! She then turned away from me and rudely stated, " You need to the *** up *** and go on"! I stated to her co-worker that had come to the front of the store to get involved, that "there was no reason for her to even act like that!" It was then that another female and male come to the front telling me that she said she had already given us our pizza! I once again stated I would not be in the store and still in property if I had indeed received my pizza! I even suggested that they come out to our car and would see absolutely no evidence of a pizza being in our car especially since they were insinuating that I was lying! I told them that all I wanted was the pizza we paid for! I then went to the car to retreive the receipt showing that we did indeed pay for a pizza and that was all I was expecting. What we paid for! They stood behind the lady who was flat out disrespectful, rude, and showing totally unacceptable service! She did not return to the front of this store. The other lady then jerked a pizza (not exaggerating one bit) from the case in front and flat out told me that she was going to go ahead and give me a pizza but that it would not happen again! I told them this attitude they were displaying was not good customer service what-so-ever! I took the pizza we paid for as I as I turned to leave the lady said, " You have a nice day. And that I should be very careful out there because it's a dangerous world out there now!" I turned and stated that I wasn't concerned with leaving the store and that I would damn sure be contacting customer service/corporate regarding such a store that allows it's employees to act in such a way and still have jobs! Then told them to have a happy New Year! I returned to my car and drove off telling my husband of what just occurred! I then attempted to contact the corporate office to file a complaint about the totally unacceptable behavior of the empoyees that work at that particular location! Sadly, after being in hold for over 45 minutes, I hung up, ate a piece of now cold pizza! I am not easily angered and it is rare that I experience such a display of rude & threatening behavior. The world has definitely changed after the pandemic and I am not one to accept such behavior as the 'norm' and just accept it and move on. Personally I do not feel that persons that think they can act out in this way should still have jobs! This company must be desperate if this behavior is even slightly tolerated. The entire incident will also be passed along to the corporate offices of the NFL so they can decide if they want to continue to be associated with such behavior! People should never think that someone they are dealing with does not know the right people to report these happenings to! I was told to contact the local authorities to report the 'threatening' statement telling me that I should be careful out there, but I chose to leave that out of this complaint only because if I were to go thru with that the situation could turn catastrophic for all involved! I will follow up to see if this company decides to accept such behavior from it's employees and if they still have jobs, I will go further than just this complaint. And if for any reason those employees go out of their way to harass me or obtain the information provided in this email, this will become a much bigger issue than it is now. Assaulted by Manager

To whom it may concern, I was a patron at your 4002 Unions Deposit road Harrisburg, Pa location on 11/27/22. I dont have the names as of yet because I am waiting to ascertain them from the police report, but Ive enclosed a photo of the police officer that will be writing the report and supporting receipts. My account of what took place can be verified through the audio and video at that location. I was sitting on the curb that is along the outside outline of the west entrance of the parking lot going through my phone and resting because I had just walked from Michaels on Jonestown road which is several miles away from your companies store location. I figured I would only be in the store for a brief moment so I left my two bags on the curb, and went into your store. I noticed that I was sitting next to a black Jeep which I know to belong to the guy working the register because I am a frequent patron of that location. I was deciding what I wanted to order, and the guy who I believe is your manager at that location was working the register. He asked me how I felt about the word bomb, and then proceeded to tell me about how his grandpop who was in the military and was overseas had experienced real bombs, and how he doesnt like the way the word is used so freely nowadays. He then gave me some brief examples. I thought to myself that he must be asking me this because he saw me in that location on 11/11/22 getting the free veterans meal being that I am a veteran, and very appreciative that your company kindly provides a free meal for veterans. So I responded by saying I thought the word shouldnt be used so freely in public giving the climate of society nowadays. I then ordered a Detroit style deep dish pepperoni pizza, but realized I didnt have enough money to pay for it so I ordered the classic pepperoni. Then a patron that had already placed his order and got his pizza came back into the store with his business card, and handed it to the guy working the register. I said I have a business card like that also, and that his cards design is a template for a computer program to make business cards. After explaining that he makes clothes the patron with the business card left. The guy at the register said show me your business card like he didnt believe me. I then proceeded to go through my phone to find the picture I have of it. He then handed me my pizza, and I stood off to the side out of the way of the other patrons that were trying to place their orders, and continued to scroll through my phone to find the picture of my business card. I then heard rap music which was cursing and talking about shooting people extremely loud coming from the back of the store. I thought that was really disturbing, but I continued because I wanted to show the guy at the register my business card so he would know I wasnt lying. He then made a disturbing off handed comment saying, We fight one customer a night. I thought that was odd, but I didnt pay attention to it, and after not being able to find the picture I stop looking for it and told the guy at the register I couldnt find it. He responded by saying, Yeah. I left the store, and when I got outside I looked over at the place where I was sitting on the curb, and saw my two bags were gone. It then dawned on me that the off handed comment made by the guy at the register when he said, We fight one customer a night was probably indirectly aimed at me. Even though the officer said he is going to charge him with theft, and your probably thinking how is that reasonable when he was in the store it will make complete sense in a minute even though that isnt the focal point of this account. I then went back into the store, and told the guy at the register I know you know who took my stuff so tell them that was corny. I then left the store and started walking away, but became so vexed that I turned and threw the box of pizza on the ground outside the front entrance of your store. I was walking away, and the guy at the register came out of the store and said, What was stolen? I turned and faced him and said it doesnt matter because I know you know who did it, and then proceeded to walk away. He then started to yell, get out of here, and as I looked back he started to pick up two handful of those big decorative placement rocks that are outside of your store. I said to him Youre a grown man and youre going to throw rocks at me then he said, Im not going to throw them at you I am going to punch you with them. Then your other employee a light skin black guy who works in the back must of been sitting in his car which was a grey soul came out of nowhere, and tried to stop him. The guy from the register broke free, and started pelting me with those big rocks. I turned to try and block the back of my head while he hit me in my back, but luckily I had a book bag on. He threw all the rocks at missing only a couple of times. Then when I realized he was out of rocks I turned to *** the danger, and as soon as I was turned around he ran at me and grabbed my right arm and punched me in my left eye which left a cut, and I started bleeding. He screamed again, get out of here, and him and the light skin black employee walked off. The guy from the register went into the store, and the light skin black employee started to walk to his car. The interesting thing is then I said, Im calling the police, and immediately the light skinned black employee walked back into the store. He was there for a couple of minutes, and came out quickly, got in his car, and left. Now if you just witnessed everything that transpired why would you not want to stay, and be a viable witness for your coworker. Its blatantly obvious he was the one who stole my two bags of items, and he must have done this when he was sitting in his car, and I was in the store. Thats how he was able to come out of nowhere when the guy from the register attacked me. When the police arrived he asked me if I was the one who called which I said, Yes. He then asked me if I was the one walking on Londonderry road which is the road thats runs behind your store carrying bags, and I said I dont remember seeing you, but I did walk here so that probably was me. I then gave him my statement. Then he went and got the guy from the registers statement. Then when he came out of the store their was a patron who witnessed everything, and he corroborated my statement which was true. The officer asked me if I wanted the guy from the register charged, which I responded, Yes. I then told the officer I wanted medical treatment. He said an ambulance is going to take a long time, but the hospital is right behind the store on Londonderry road. I said I would walk over to the hospital to get looked at which I did at the ER. They glued up my face, and sent me home. I just wanted to make you aware of what transpired at your store, and see what your companies response would be.
