Held my Jeep hostage

Between June 21st and July; My jeep started flashing the engine light,low oil pressure light and abs light. The jeep started cutting off after driving it a few minutes. All this happened after getting a oil change. I called a tow service to take it to Lithia on grizzly court after contacting the one closer to me on brooks St which was booked up three months out. upon leaving it there I received a text from Justin he said he was the one that would oversee my jeep repairs. from that day on I didn't hear anything else from him I called several times a times a day only to get no answer. Finally I contacted the sales person that sold me the jeep and he went back to the service department to see what was going on. The person in charge was amanda and she finally called me only to say that she didn't know what was going on with my jeep because I didn't have an appointment. After the sales person talked to Justin he said that he had been trying to reach me but I only had 1 voicemail from him and when I tried calling him back I couldn't get him. When my jeep was finally checked I was told it need a oil change and there wasn't any oil in it I told him I just had a oil change and the paper was in the glove box and he could see what had been done. So he said he was just going to do an oil change. The jeep was there almost a month and they told me that I couldn't get it without paying the bill. The people that did the oil change admitted to messing up and would pay for it. They also charged me storage fee for the car being there before it was repaired. Later I found out that a repair was done without my permission. the total bill came out to be 455.00 dollars. The customer service is offer. One day I called 45mins before closing and they answered and put the phone down and I was still on the phone after they closed. Something needs to be done about the attitudes of the workers. I'm 68 years old and have never been treated like this, and I was brought up in jim crow era. Hopefully something can be done about this. Such disrespect. Worst dealership in the world.

Sold me a vehicle with bad engine. Found proof later by investigating that the dealership knew prior before I purchased the vehicle the motor was no good. Now they ghosting me. No response. And when I do get a hold of the general manager he says he working on it. Been 6 months now.

Crater lake Ford

Very unhappy customer, I had an appointment for last Monday and as of today my truck has still not been looked at. I am not Blaming the people at the counter but crater lake ford is very understaffed.

Real bad service

My son bought a car from them with in 3 months had to have 5000 dollers in work on his Motor. Said all good then 3 months later the whole motor blew. Of course they dont want to help . And very rude . We will be getting something done on this matter. Wont go to them or recommend them

Poor customer service

I was sold a car that was newly inspected and rear tires were bald and the dealer would not replace.

Inadequate knowledge of the Acura product.

All the lights on dash board randomly/intermittenty shut off. Then the lights all reboot Themselves. Further, when the car is put in reverse there is a loud thud. Since the dealer can't reproduce the problem, they're saying they can't find the problem. This car is unsafe to drive anywhere as if it shuts down on a highway, we could potentially loose our lives.

Customer service never call back even after I left several messages

My vehicle was vandalized at the dealership while it was there for repairs , rims , tires were stolen , damage to one of the back doors . Dealership never took responsibility for it or help me with the damages, they compared with that will happen if I leave my vehicle unattended on the side of the road , outside Walmart parking lot or a unexpected event like hail or tornado . But my vehicle was on you premises not left unattended it was there for repairs, now it cost me $100.00 more a month on my policy, something that it sure never happened if security was in place.

They put the wrong size tires and wheels on my jeep . And would not admit wrong doing . And had no conversation with me . Just said tires are yours live it .

Trying to reverse a deal and get the dealership take back a vehicle that we don't want.

Got ahold of the general manager to let them know what we wanted to do and we got emails from them saying that they cannot and will not reverse the deal once the vehicle is ours that's it. So we've been fighting with Lithia trying to get the deal reversed because the vehicle is no good we were having problems with it.

MY NIGHTMARE

Hello I need to speak to someone who can resolve my issue please. Its been almost 5 months since I purchased my vehicle and I paid cash. I still am waiting for the title and registration. We are now getting pulled over by cops. The vehicle needs its registration and I am getting no where with the finance manager at the Lithia Nissan. It is illegal to sell a Vehicle you dont have ownership of. The dealer did not have the title so therefore should not have sold it. I need this matter taken care of now. I have no time to wait any longer. The dealership is not assisting me the way it should be. Please please help. Something that should have been an easy buying experience has been a nightmare.

Worst dealer ever

They owe me 3,000 went there to cancel extended Warrenty that I bought I gave them all the proper paper work thats they asked for and then refused to issues me my payment handed me a refund amount that was due payment to me but would not issue me the payment

No communication or response

This auto group has owed me money for a while. It was a refund that they advised me was owed. I have been trying to get the money from February 2022 and have received nothing. I was told by 2 people there they are working on it. Horrible way to do business. I just want my money. Nothing more, nothing less.

Buying a Camry, these things occurred: 1. Several times the salesman asked me to be the sole borrower to get a lower rate. I said absolutely not every time. To get the rate, he apparently made me the primary borrower and not the cosigner. If I had known they were going to do it anyway I would not have signed anything or I would have done it at my credit union where I qualified for a 1.9% instead of the 7.65% we got from them. 2. We were told that if we signed the deal we would get a FREE extended warrantee, when they really added on $3,500 more, and they did the same with CAP coverage, which we also said NO to. Other things include a policy of not filling cars gas tanks, giving only one car key, which we did not know until we were taking deliver. (Yes, the car, like all others, comes with two keys.). I recommend that you go to a more honest place who treats their customers with respect. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back since

They refuse to answer or call back or reply to emails. They owe me money for registration fees that they never used to register my car. It took a year to get the title transferered so I could register my car in another state. Worst company ever!!! They also wouldnt answer during warranty period when they sold me a swollen and leaking battery that caused me to breakdown while moving across the US. Another $250. They owe me a total of $550 now. Snakes!!!
