Front levelers will not retract

The front levelers would not retract. Error said fault extreme angle. Your team identified issue and we found the level controller screws had been installed so hard they not only came through the floor but also widened the hole so that allowed the controller to fall thus causing error. Putin correct screws with washer and unit is safely secured in storage area.

Need a replacement part

Customer Service

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOM SERVICE WITH A PROBLEM WITH A HYDRAULIC POWER GEAR REPAIR AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER ON A CLASS A MOTOR HOME. THE LAST 3 WEEKS OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE I GET THIS GREAT PLEASANT RESPONSE, I'M CONTACTING MY SUPERVISORS, I HAVE ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER FOR POWER GEAR REPAIR CENTER. THIS WAS THE CAKE ITS OUT OF OUR HANDS JUST SOME MORE LIP SERVICE. VERY DISAPOINTING

Awning will not roll up all the way

Awning still doesn’t close all the way but I can’t take it to a dealership because we can’t be without it,we are living in it for the summer,the lady that I spoke with was very helpful and I believe she is right that the fabric is not rolling up straight.it is possible that an arm could be bent don’t know.not sure what to do next,any ideas.thankyou

Most of the underware found in nearly all RVs made here, are supplied by Lippert.

My Thor Highland Ridge is a perfect example of the lousy workmanship, quality of components, quality of repairs and lastly, design. I do not have enough room to put into words the garbage that Thor calls an RV. The workmanship is very poor. There are more places to complain about from top to bottom, front to rear than there is room for. One of the worst ideas that we find in our Thor Jayco HighlandRidge is the design of the floor and its support. There is a foam board that I believe is 2" thick, with a sheet of thin luan and vinyl floor covering on top. It is warranteed a year I believe. hat is about when the foam starts to crumble and develops a soft spot, which once started, spreads like grease in a hot pan. After a year, it's your problem! I can open my rear upper cabinet and see the back of my marker light glowing when the sun is shining. So much for the 3X designation, 3 times the insulation value in this coach. Thor must have used a bare wall, floor and ceiling with no insulation at all to get this value. don't walk away from a thor, run as fast as you can and don't look back.

Three failed on demand water heaters

I contracted with a local RV repair company in Riverside CA to replace an electric water heater with an on demand water heater. They bought a Furrion on demand water heater from Lippert RV Components. When installed it failed. They got another Furrion on demand water heater from Lippert, same model and it failed to function properly. At this point I am with out water in my home for 4 weeks. Lippert sent a Girrard on demand water heater to replace the Furrion and when it was installed it leaked. At this point Im without a properly functioning hot water heater for 7 weeks. The local installer was on the phone with Lippert for 15 hours trying to get a resolution to my problem. At that point I opened a complaint with Lippert to resolve the problem. After speaking with 7 different service techs at Lippert and now over two months the problem has not been resolved. If you are thinking about doing business with Lippert I would strongly suggest that you do not! Their customer service is dismally poor.

Inferior product

Glass RV oven door shattered into a million pieces for no apparent reason. I have seen other posts of this same product

I have seen posts of their Furrion glass oven doors shattering for no apparent reason. well after many many miked on my 2018 rv it happened

We had a vety nice smooth ride today. Went into rv to extend slides and oh no, found our oven door shattered in a million pieces. Lippert will not back it as my 1yr warranty is up but hey there is something wrong here. I have seen previous posts about this same happening

Rv frame broke

2015 grand design solutude frame broke due to lippert not putting weld on frame like it belongs.verified by welder and grand design dealer. They denied our claim.no help so now i'm paying on a $58000 paper weight. Thanks lippert!!!

Parts

My Highland Ridge is a poor quality junker from Thor Junk Inc. Do yourself a favor and dont run away from the dealer! Run as fast and far, do not look back, and keep going! The Lippert suspension, Lippert furniture is poor quality as well. Our floors are sinking, something new every day. Thor, the Yugo of today.

Level system error won’t work. Level app disappeard on display

Hello, I have a 2018 heartland cyclone. I was setting my camper up I hit my auto level and it started doing its thing. It hit an error I assumed it ran out of cylinders. I went into my display and my level app disappeared. How do I get this app back on my display?

Product Not received

Ordered product in early January to have shipment delivered in early Februrary. The date order was to be shipped. We got a call from the young lady who took the order called to tell use shipping charges were not included in original payment. Delivery is promised in 7-10 days 14 days after shipping, product has been sitting on a dock for 5 days waiting for the shipper to decide when he wants to deliver order. Two calls to customer service and two promised delivery dates have passed no furniture. I will be allowing one more day for delivery and if the shipping company Lippert hired fails again, I will have to assume that Lippert is as incompetent as their shipper and cancel my transaction with the bank as manufacturer failed in their obligation after taking our money.
