Eye contacted Lynn gate customer support because I could not get a movie downloaded and they sent me a text back saying they wanted to receive the dispatch aging the dispatching code insert photographs of them and they sent me back the exact same message 4 times. And on this message it says please type your reply above this line. What the *** is your problem? And I want a human being

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST - DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR
I purchased a box set, twilight forever, the complete saga. Finally decided to start digital movies collection and movie number 4 gives a special not found error when switching to vudu. No idea what that means and can't get an answer as to what it means, but the code initially reads as good. Emailing is worthless if you don't have a "receipt to prove you bought it" before they can spend resources looking into it, regardless of the fact of 4 of them worked fine, and the code will clearly show it is a valid purchase and from a box set. Who has a receipt from a movie box-set purchase several years old Lionsgate? Attach your minimum 5-year-old receipt here to prove it to me. Not a single number called gets you a person or a call back and there is never an operator pick-up. I may still go watch a movie, but you can bet I'll never purchase another piece of content that would benefit your multi-billion dollar company in its careless treatment of customers. Never put a dime into a digital media company who doesn't care about the people who keep them open in the first place.
