Cancel my membership
I have canceled my membership numerous times on the website and my charge card still gets charged. This is fraud. I have disputed the charges now for months. THIS HAS TO STOP!!! Quite charging my card!!! I have canceled and canceled and canceled! Other than signing my child over to you I don't understand how to get your company to STOP CHARGING MY CARD??? I have canceled my membership going back to May 2023 and this is August. Honestly when is this *** going to stop? I expect a phone call or email. If I don't hear from you I will find another way! I will start posting on-line how your company just takes advantage of people and now it is like you are stealing. I have had enough! STOP CHARGING MY CARD!!! I had ordered the subscription last month and I did unsubscribe from it by hitting the button on the app and for some reason I was just charged again today 2499 so my bank called me and ask if I wanted to dispute it so I rather than go through all that I figure I could just call the company here link tree and work it out

Took $71 off my card and I'm unaware why!
I got a basic simple $5 subscription for my site and they took the $5 and the $71!!! I only specifically signed up for the $5!

I only paid for my Pro subscription this might be the third day I think I paid on Thursday no I think it was Friday evening and the next day it was banned I don't understand why no one will contact me and explain why and I want my account for this month that I paid for since I cannot get a damn refund
