Im getting charged,for service that was canceled

My account was canceled back in June of 2023.im still getting charges out from my bank acct.but the rep kathy was very sincere and helpful.she has my highest vote.very helpful.give her employee of the month.thx

Ive now explained & written about it numerous times; just check your records and speak to Jamie in billing who was the only employee to care & offer assistance.

Poor customer service & services

Ive now explained it to (3) different people with little to no resolvement. > I used (3) different phones to call three different Lincare numbers with little to no help and was also hung up on by Cameron. The overall satisfaction of this con pop any is zero and that is also reflected by the Better Business Bureau and hundreds of other negative complaints on the internet! I finally talked to an advocate and she told me shed have to pass on my complaint as at 5:02pm..they weee closed and everyone went home? Sad!

Unhappy with local service

I got a portable for when I'm traveling or in the car I never got a cord. I got a corn but it didn't work to keep it on charge in the car so it keeps me from going very far at all because I have to charge it every hour and a 1/2 so I have to go back home. I can't go anywhere and there's been real crime to me at the office and hope it'll me somebody, please call me about this. Michael Jacobs, 863801****. 8 6 3 0 5.

Billing question

According to my insurance company, Aetna, I am being over charged. We have both attempted to contact the billing department numerous times but have disconnected our calls after being placed on hold for thirty minutes or longer. Meanwhile I am receiving strongly worded letters from Lincare because I have not paid an inflated I also wish to report the emergency contact person from your Sevierville, TN office. Your after hours operator tried reaching him for more than ten hours on July 22 before he answered his phone and contacted me. Im certain there were other customers left without help while he failed to do his job. The after hours operator told me that they were calling him every 10-15 minutes for a period of ten hours. Do the math. This person ignored more than forty calls for my issue alone before responding at 13:35 AM. At that point he expected me to wake a family member to travel 45 minutes to the Sevierville office to get an oxygen concentrator. . Someone would have been happy to comply had he returned my call at a decent hour.

Thursday at 3:00 pm. No answer on phone. Also kept hanging up on me. I just want to return my wheel chair.

I want to receive my oxygen from them

I was told to go to Walmart and get a foam pad so my oxygen machine would be not be as load because it is aging and they get loader the older it is.

Failure to provide supplies timely

If you value your life or the lives of your family DO NOT use this company. They do not provide oxygen supplies timely for oxygen dependent patients. It is unclear how they have not been sued for their negligence. How a medical equipment company could treat vulnerable people with such disregard for their health and safety is shameful. Most people should complain to their insurance and maybe our insurance would stop using them and find an alternative that does not endanger the lives of our families and loved ones.

Billing can’t seem to find me but y’all billed my ins.

No one can find my name but yall Billed my insurance then the lady stated I wasnt explaining it right. How can that be I was giving her d.o.a 03/03/23. Brandain M Skelton D.O.B. 04/24/1972. Their Customer Service SUCKS Ive Called NO LESS than 10 TIMES about a Recent Invoice, With No Luck Getting Thru to a Live Person- I dont get put on Hold, its IGNORE instead Ive called the Local Branch Repeatedly to Have Corporate Billing/Bookeeping Contact Me, & am Told Theyd Email Them With My Inquiry, but Still NO RESPONSE !!! NOT happy with service locally (Utica, NY)

Need oxygen tanks today for my 93 year old mother. Our local Lincare was supposed to have delivered them yesterday and did not. Told us they couldnt get them to us until Wednesday, 4/19. They have done this to us more than once. Unacceptable!

Won't answer phone or deliver supply's. And they lie to you

Lincare in Pearl Ms is a joke. They will not answer their phone and will not deliver the oxygen supplies my 81 year old mother needs. I called a month ago and luckily someone answered told them my mother needed nasal cannulas she said will put them in mail today. A month later still haven't received them. Call this past Tuesday told them we needed some more tanks cause we had a storm and my mother had no power so she had to use her tanks they said they would have them there Thrusday which was yesterday no tanks were delivered and we have storms coming need tanks asap. I can't believe how they do their customers. Please something has to be done about this serious problem. My mother is on oxygen 24/7. Please help. Account is in my mother's name Hilda Wright my name is Pam Roberts. I handle all my mother's business and I'm het caregiver. Thank you

Customer Service is horrible

I personally dropped off a new order for a mask, that my doctor wants me to have (last Wednesday) bc I CANNOT use the one I have currently without facial irritation to the point where the bridge in my nose has a sore on both sides of it. And, to this date, I have not heard from anyone in that office. In fact, the person sitting at the desk (as soon as you walk in the door), informed me he couldnt help me at all bc their system was down; no one else was there to assist, but he assured me someone would be in contact with me first thing on Thursday. I tried several times to call on Thursday and Friday. The phone was always busy, and at one point on Friday, I called Bob stop, all the way from my house to Springfield (45 min drive) and I never did get through. I had to hang up to go into my dr appt. This is NOT an isolated incident. I have this issue every time I have had to handle anything at this location. I am going to call my lung doctor tomorrow and let him know what is going on and see what we can do to get my services and Cpap equipment somewhere else. I cannot use the mask I have, and the one he wants me to have will most likely need to be ordered (he listed a second type of mask just to make sure I had one while we waited in the one he wants me to have). We cant call this location because the phones are always busy, from start to close and even when we go in, we cant be helped. This is unacceptable to ppl whose livelihood depends on the ability to have these services and the equip they need to have to breathe properly while sleeping.
