Refund

I paid you in advance last year for my daughter's first year school pictures and you never took the pictures and you never sent me a refund for the money and here we are on the second year and your company is the only company that does school pictures so I'm trying to get my daughter lined up for school pictures for her second year of school without fail how can I get this accomplished in order to pictures will be taken this year for sure

Need to order graduation pictures

Been told they cannot be accessed Please help I really would like to order graduation photos of my grandson Matt Edlin taken on 05/14/2023 at Bucknell University Tell me what I need in order to find and order these phots. They must be somewhere as I know they were taken I have a case # 0898**** I really cannot understand what the problem is

Cannot see py son's pictures on the website

I don't have the access code I do have the Picture day ID but I cannot see the actual picture to order his School pictures

Not Easy To Contact

Why must they make it so hard to reach someone in regards to ordering photos. I cant order my kids pictures online or over the phone.

If there were any alternative to purchase school pictures, they would take over the school picture day market. I invested a good amount of time last year getting my complaints across to Liunbdifficult

If there were any alternative to purchase school pictures, they would take over the school picture day market. I invested a good amount of time last year getting my complaints across to LT about how unbelievably difficult they make ordering pics are. And I felt it was time well invested if I HAVE to deal with them every year for two kids for the rest of their school lives. And picture day is not just once a yr now it's TWICE. It's like making up a holiday to drive bus (Xmas in July anyone?). If I could rate star is the negative for them I would. I still have to order from pics taken in May. And I've given it lots of stabs that clearly were so stupidly cumbersome and complicated I STILL haven't been able to finish it. Plus you have to start all over every time you do try. Omg those friggin Picture ID, Portrait ID, school ID, picture day ID, Access code ID. Where the heck is the School ID??? Why can't I just input the name of school and name of student???

My child's graduation pictures are damaged

Because you shipped my son’s graduation pictures to Oregon instead of the state of maine!

My son's graduation pictures were shipped 3000 plus miles away and I received the other students pictures

Paid for commencement graduation photos

Well we had to pre pay to look at pictures and there is only 1 picture of my son. This is the worse company ever. His graduation pictures had to be redone. Im not the only one with the problems. This is totally unreal on paying before you see the pictures. Im so happy I dont need your company any more. For now on we are using VisonTec

Redund

If I could rate a negative number I would. Over covid I ordered pictures, never received. No customer service what so ever, only a recorded line that doesn't have an option for talking to someone to resolve issues. This year my daughter was absent for pictures day, had prepaid, still can not contact anyone.F

Won't refund me my money

Feb 3 I ordered pictures online. 50 bucks. I spent $100 on the clothes and $15 on the hair. I was told he would take pictures two weeks after I paid. Started an investigation on March 10 took two weeks and they said they found the pictures and they would take 3 weeks additional to be mailed out. Never came so me and my husband called. April 21 is when they said they would start a claim and it would take 4 to 5 weeks because my card was cancelled. May 9 we called again told us it would be an additional 4 to 5 weeks to get a check in the mail. I was told I had to wait till June 1st because they still only process the claim but haven't issued my money back. I still have nothing. I will never ever use there business again. I see them a s huge liars that refuse to give me my money back. Do not order pictures from them. I will gladly pay more money to do business with anyone else other then them. You have been warned.

I have been reaching out for my childs pictures they took back in April school is out and the school told me I had to reach out to them Ive been trying for weeks and I even been chatting I can not get to anyone

Did Not Receive Order

I ordered pics online after the school pics came home. My son is a 5th grader at Osage Elementary School in Voorhees Nj his name is Justin Pomasan. I have the proof of purchase through my bank, but I cant find the order #. Please get in touch with me ASAP as this is my second time reaching out and I havent received a response.

Did not get pictures

I order year book from lifetouch with promotion of one picture free and I never received the website is all together with Shutterfly and I should get promotion/when you order a Year book you get a free picture from lifetouch/and no one know where is my promotion is like when you called from one to order website sent you and they think doing great job!!

Still waiting or images. Inconsistent customer service

I ordered almost 250.00 worth of pictures. I was told that the digitals images would be received after I paid. I was advised later that this is not the case. Also the link to paypal does not work. I wanted to split the payment in 4 using paypal to make this more affordable. It is transparent to Lifetouch. They get there money up front. Using their finance method means that you can wait up to 6 months to pay but they don't ship until the final payment is made. That's great but it would be until December which I need the pictures. Now. Customer service is non existed. I just want my order expedited so I don't have to do double duty on two mailings with the wallets. Balfour and Legacy Studios don't operate this way. I have been a customer for 23 years using lifetouch and this is ridiculous. Perhaps the customer service declined when the company was sold to Shutterfly. I don't know.

Didn't get the pictures I paid for

I've been trying to get hold of someone with Lifetouch for over a week, but I can't get through with anyone. Everything is automated and they give you the questions to ask. What's the point if I can't ask what I want. Not helpful at all. Plus i didn't receive the pictures I already paid for. I want the pictures I ordered.
