Warrenty. The screen on my cover is cracked really bad

I just think a fair resolution is to stand by your product a offer a replacement case. I have no problem with the Company as a whole, as you can see in my ratings of LifeProof. I do think they make a quality product, though sometimes things happen to a product earlier than you would hope or expect it too.

Hello, I was hoping I could get a replacement case for my IPhone Xr. My volume buttons will not come back out and I cannot control the volume unless I keep taking the case off. I bought the case when I purchased my phone at the Verizon store near me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You, Brian Weber

Both cases broke because of stupid design within a year

We bought two lifeproof cases less than a year ago and both cracked with multiple cracks stemming from a manufacturer hole made near the camera lens covering spots. These cases are far too expensive to have such things happen to them. Im a pissed customer. Im bviously if both cases cracked the exact same its a manufacturer issue. Id like these cases to be replaced but I assume its just going to happen again as the new cases would be same stupid design.

Didn't keep their word on warranty exchange!!
It sucks because customer service miss informs the customer about getting warranty replacement cases. They also didn't send no confirmation email. So customer service makes a mistake and the customer pays the price.
