I have been waiting for the money to be put on my venmo for over a month. I completed the surveys and want my money
I have been waiting for over a month to receive 50.00 on my venmo account and the surveys were all already completed. I have had communications with Venmo in email and they advise there was a mistake and I could expect the money in 7 to 10 days which I think is hideous considering the fact I waited 3 weeks already and I think for good customer relations they should have expedited the payment process. I am now again waiting well past a week and nothing. So I go ito my lifepoints dashboard and see that the points were put back on y balance instead of it showing removed and in the process of redemption. then I just received an email on the 9th from Lifepoints telling me that i need to check my phone number in venmo because you can't send the money and that was the identified problem. I just got off the phone with Venmo and my account has no issues and the phone number is corectly in the ap ...so I need someone on your end to do something and get me money. Survey points completed after prequalifying taken back later.
My accountant has been debited three times in a week for surveys taken in the distant past. Customer service is a chat bot that claims to be a human. They do not respond to concerns either via email or chat and do not give a reason for disqualification after the transaction.

It's been over 3 weeks now and I still can't get paid by these people and their customer service is really bad

I like doing there surveys but why wait so long to get paid
It's been 10 days since I redeemed my life points where is my money and I do not want to hear we are working on it you said that 3 days ago all the other survey companies pay me as soon as I redeem my points I don't have to wait 10 business days not counting holidays or even weekends that is just ridiculous they say it's for security reasons but the longer we wait there is more of a chance someone will find a way to scam you out of itpay

I did a survey for 580 points and I completed it. Ive been waiting a week for the points and Ive contacted LifePointsPanel on the app. Ive still not had any response back at all, all I want is the 580 points so I can keep saving. Its not fair on me as a customer to not have any sort of response or help. This needs sorting now please.
