Poor service everything not done or done wrong
They messed up my ctc didn't fix my amended return still haven't recieved one of my refunds I expect to be paid back what I paid them over 1000 dollars

i dropped my 2019 amended taxes off to the plantation office and the young man never did anything to my tax papers and I have been trying to get in touch with him ever since May and I haven't been able to get in touch with him to get my paperwork back he won't give them to me or meet me at the office so I can get them

Bad communication is not happy. I was waiting for a later give me a call back on my taxes for today. I shouldve hold my taxes for a couple of months now and yes weve been playing phone tag but surely you guys could send me some kind of email I just bad experience.

I need my tax information from 2021
I spoke with Tracy about my request to get copies of my 2120 tax return W-2's . She left a email with my tax preparers office . Although the tax preparers office claims to be open for business , I have not received any emails . These W-2's copies are a important part of a real estate transaction .

Won’t return messages or calls.
I even went to the office. Dont have a copy of our return. Noticed the preparer aside we contributed $7K to our IRA. We are both retired and on social security disability and long term disability so we have no earned income and cannot contribute to IRA. I was told that they would need to do an amendment after tax season. Still waiting. Will not return call emails to the owner or even went into the office and was told they would let Garrett know. Still dont have copies of my returns and still waiting for the amendment and copies of the amended returns.

I called to file complaint several hrs ago, vm said would return my call n still haven't. I have been w liberty for yrs n this is first yr I wouldn't have given them 5 stars. Girl who did my taxes was a dim wit then when I found things in my file she missed n I emailed her, she put it back on me n said I was bullying her so would be additional 100.00 to do ammendment. She didn't do her job to begin with. I am furious ncwill not use them or refer anybody else to them again!!!

They charged me and couldn't do my taxes
They charged me $257.00 then said they couldn't help me or refunded my $257.00 that they charged me.

They let someone file my taxes in 2012 that they shouldn't have. I was in a coma. An my mother had power of attorney over me. An i just found out through the IRS. This year.

Over charged on my taxes
We simply had one w-2 nothing fancy or extra and were charged $175 just thought this was alittle high priced. No real costumer service number or real person to discuss this with, all numbers lead back to local number.
