I . Tv is broken.

I bought a tv 2 years ago, and now is broken. I've been trying to speak with a supervisor through customer service and it is impossible. The agents are rude,Because it is out of warrant they don't care. The did a case number and said they will call me same day with a solution, never did. I called them and the agent called Tin is so rude...she didn't transfer me to the supervisor.

Warranty product for customer

A customer of ours has an LG picture frame mini split. We found a leak in the evaporator coil. I called LG to get the coil I need to get the customer back up and cooling and was on hold for over an hour before giving up. Called back the next day but received same results but only lasting 45 minutes this time before giving up. I have always liked LG mini splits. As an HVAC tech, I work on many different brands while in the field. By far LG is on of the best products in the HVAC industry. purchasing the equipment is an easy process. If a part fails on an LG HVAC product and needs to be ordered under warranty or out of warranty is not easy. In fact I have a customer who continues to go without air until I can find another way to get the part I need to make the repair. I do not have time to set on the phone and wait to talk to somebody. Highly disappointed with LG and will not purchase any of LG products in the future.

LG appliances are junk!! And bad customer service.

I bought all new appliances to replace my 20 year old set and after 5 years with the LG's this is my experience. Refrigerator quit working a year ago I was able to get it fixed (after jumping through hoops) thanks to an extended warranty less than a year later after a new compressor was replaced the fridge failed again I was offered a replacement but I need to pay for labor after finding out labor cost I was not going to put that much into fixing a unreliable fridge so I bought a new one NOT LG of course done with them. Dish washer has a crack in control panel I tried to get them to replace it but what I was told was that if it was working is nothing they can do. Microwave the control panel goes blank once in a while and have to unplug for a while to get it back to normal again. Stove. The oven has uneven cooking temp. Washer. Just recently it didn't shut off after drying cycle and had to shut off the breaker try a hard reset and nothing after some Google research if you hit it by the control panel with your hand might fix a sticking switch in the dryer... that did work. For how long who knows. Not a good track record I'm not buying a LG appliance again...poor quality, poor customer service they look nice but that's it I had GE for 20 years with no issues...bad move in my part.

No help with refrigerator

Hi pissedconsumer Well still dealing with lg to get our $1696.00 dollar refrigerator fix or replaced( note we also bought the 5 year protection plan from Lowes). As of today we revived a phone call at 514pm and was on phone with a representative of Lg explaining she was the one setting up the exchange of refrigerator as we were on phone she sent the fallowing text. Inline image Inline image Then with end 15 minutes we revived this text from LG. Inline image Inline image Also on the last text it said please disregard the last. All this happen with in 30 minutes, also woukd like to point out that the last text Says as we Discussed, we never Discussed anything about a refund. So they prorated $891.19 to use the refrigerator for a month and 3 weeks. Of course when we call the extended warranty it goes directly to Lg (LOL). So we are going to see if Lowes can help us out I feel if they sell this product they should be partly responsible to rectify this. Dissatisfied customer waiting 6 days to repair refrigerator! Lost all foods

Frustrating and Disappointed with customer service on LG refrigerator. waited 6 days for scheduled appointment. Ridiculous especially for a 2 yr Lg refrigerator compressor and compute board not working!!! I purchased this at Lowes for my single daughter and my 3 little grandchildren. How and why would LGs service dept make a family of Four wait 6 days for repair in weather that is over 100 plus degrees all this time! Unacceptable !!! Tomorrow is our scheduled day. no time window or confirmation as of yet. Unbelievable.. they better come through. Tried to get tech to come sooner , not good communications. Lg corporate please help!!!

Problem in my window air conditioner

Lost the stylus for my phone. Can't even get someone to speak to me on how to replace it.

No customer service. I have nothing more to add. Can't understand why I have to keep going on and on just to satisfy a quota.

No help

Im sure Im wasting my time and energy writing this message but here goes anyway. On may 5 th we bought a LG French door refrigerator that was delivered on may 11rh. On June 28 we notice the refrigerator had stop cooling the double drawer freezer part was still working but was frosting over. We called LG on the 29th of June to get a repairman out here to fix a less then 2 month old refrigerator,one that is not only needed to kept everyday food in it but also to keep all my insulin refrigerated, over $3.000 worth as I get a 3 month supply. We kept said insulin and Milk for grandkids ages 2 and 5 cold , after a week of no repairman, we decided to go by a small $399.00 refrigerator to keep above mentioned items refrigerated. This is no cheap refrigerator we bought from LG, I know LG has already had a class action lawsuit for no cooling refrigerator, you would think you all would of learned your lesson. We have spent hours on the phone to customer service and as this morning no one after being transferred 3 times can tell us where or even if the part is ordered. To be very honest I am about ready to call my best friend that owns 5 public relations radio stations to have our interactions with LG , we truly are at that point. Also I am not going to be truly happy until the refrigerator is either fixed or replaced, and someone pays for the $399.00 spent to keep my medicine cool, that is sad that we bought a top of the line appliance and had to go spend money to have a refrigerator to keep milk for grand kids that live with us and life saving medicine cool.. We could of went a bought a $ 400.00 cheap refrigerator that would more then likely still be running after 2 months in fact a little less then two months before it quit cooling. Again Im sure I just wasted 5 minutes of my life writing this email, in closing I hope your refrigerator never goes out and half to wake going on 3 weeks and still have no ideal when it will be fix. Awful customer service

Ordered a washer. When it was delivered, they told me it was not possible to get my dryer out of my laundry room in order to put the new washer in. As though my house had been built around the dryer and it had never come in or out of that doorway. The delivery men were rude, the woman who called me to tell me that my dryer would not come out was rude. Especially when I pointed out that this made no logical sense since it had gone in in the first place. They then asked if I wanted them to leave the washer in the middle of my kitchen. I said no, I'll just order from Best Buy as they had successfully installed both a washer and a dryer over the past several years despite the "fact" that the dryer was supposedly permanently stuck in the laundry room as I apparently bought it from IKEA and assembled it inside the laundry room myself. The next day I got an email confirming the successful delivery of my washer. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them explaining repeatedly that I was not in possession of any new washer. Three weeks later I still did not have my refund. I had called multiple times at this point- each person told me there was no documentation of previous phone calls. About a week after that, my refund was issued but they charged me a $55 restocking fee for returning the washer. So let me get this straight. Your delivery people were rude and also unable to take correct measurements. You told me you could not install the washer because removing my dryer was an impossibility. So I had no choice but to return the washer. And now you're charging me for it? I'm honestly astounded at the horrible customer service through this entire experience. I am frustrated and if I can prevent anyone from going through LG, I will do my best. Best Buy delivered my new washer/dryer set today. They had no difficulty removing my dryer and were in and out of my house in less than 45 minutes. Paying them a little more was absolutely worth it and I will never deal with LG again.

Tv stop playing

Turn on my tv blank no picture no sound just a click sound I unplugged the tv for 2mins. Plug it back, showing red light in front nothing tried with remote control new batteries nothing tried from back of tv still nothing

Poor quality ice makers and poor customer service

I purchased a LG Refrigerator (Model No. LRFVC2406, a French door model) on July 25, 2021. The Craft Ice Maker failed 3 times by Dec. 28, 2022. LG replaced it at no cost to me, but their Customer Service department gave me the run around before they agreed to do that. The In Door ice maker on this unit stopped dispensing ice correctly in early July of 2023. I called LG Customer Service again, and they again gave me the run around when I said I felt they should pay for the service call since the refrigerator is less than 2 years old, and it was expensive ($3,640). I talked to 2 Customer Service Reps, Celeste first, then her supervisor Jay. They refused to honor my request that LG pay for the $135 service call given that the refrigerator is still so new. I told them both that I was going to post a negative review of them online. So, here it is. LG refrigerators have poor quality ice makers that are prone to failure. They also have very poor Customer Service. I regret buying this refrigerator, and I will never buy another LG product!

Refrigerator lifespan now just 5 years?

In 2017 I bought a package of 4 LG appliances for my kitchen: stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Here it is 6 years later and I have had to totally replace 3. Dishwasher failed first, got it fixed under warranty once the second failure I gave up and replaced it. The microwave handle, of all things, broke off in our hands and it turned out to be easier and cheaper to just replace the whole unit. Just recently the refrigerator totally stopped cooling. Attempted repair but repairman only succeeded in hastening the end and I had to replace it. I have had it with LG appliances, I need products that are more reliable than a few years of service.

Horrible Product ... Customer Service Even Worse

Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, I have never experienced the level of extraordinarily terrible customer support that I have with LG. After four years dealing with this complete lemon of a refrigerator - including visits from multiple service technicians, at least ten live chat sessions (most of which ended with the representative just disappearing), several hours on the phone, several refrigerator/freezers worth of food going to waste, and being told today that there are no options available to me other than to continue having technicians come out - Im sooooo done with LG. There is no chance in *** that I will ever (intentionally) purchase another LG product as long as I live. ----- Note: The refrigerator had great reviews when we bought it. It wasn't until after it had been on the market for about six months that people started having issues.

Television

LG brand television, which I bought about 2 months before the earthquake, became unusable in the earthquake that occurred in Hatay on February 6th. At the beginning of March, I called LG customer service and they told me to take the TV out of the house for a fee to be repaired. At the risk of death, I went to my house on the 5th floor of the heavily damaged building and lowered the television. I kept the TV in a friend's container, waited for days, no one asked, I called customer service, Osmaniye LG service, which was assigned for repair, but they did not come, they were not interested. My friend's container was getting water when it rained, so I put the TV back in the building in April with the danger of death. The television was stolen from the building in April by the thief, I made the necessary applications. My television was stolen due to the fact that LG and Osmaniye (city) LG service did not take my television, which was taken out of the house with severe damage as a death eye, for days. I have been hurt very badly. LG Türkiye is very ruthless, customer means money for LG.

Item was advertised on sale and wasn't fully delivered.

Cordless stick vacuum was advertised at the promotion offer with: 30% off at checkout and you also will get a free Total Care Kit. I received only vacuum but never Total Care Kit. I was told that I had to put it at checkout otherwise I'm not entitled to get it and they refused to ship it to me. The add was never mentioned this condition, only the main item with 30% promo code shall be added.
