I bought a luxury 2023 RX 350Lexus SUV and nothing has meant my expectations! Ive owned other luxury brand cars and was always treated with respect and as a valued customer. My Lexus dealer in Albuquerque New Mexico is a complete joke. They are unprofessional and the only smart and well informed person is there parts manager. I live almost 200 miles from this dealer. First, when I bought the car,we found what I wanted in Boise ID. There was a distortion problem with the drivers side mirror. The service department told me they would fix it at our local dealer. I drove all the way (6 hour round trip) to the Albuquerque dealer and was told there was no problem with it 2. Of course there is the second key problem. I understand its beyond your control, but you would think someone from your company could check in with us to update us every so often 3. My dash is falling off. Had to drive to Albuquerque again, just so they could look at it. I was told Lexus knows about the problem and I would have to wait for the part. Ive never been offered a car to use instead of sitting for hours at the dealer. Ive had problems with the interface and electronics and was told this was due to no second key. Heres my complaint: Lexus was very professional when we bought the car. Given food and drink and treated quite well. Felt like we would always have great service. After you buy the car you are treated like a second hand citizen. Unacceptable. I feel I should be compensated in-some way for all the money I have spent going to the dealer and back. And at the very least, treated with respect. If I do not get some sort of response from this complaint I will know Lexus really doesnt care about their customers Sincerely Lynn Eckman 575 354-****

Dealer harrassment

My daughter and I recently communicated with Lexus of Concord (California) through Costco's vehicle purchase program about a used NS 300h. We decided against purchasing it. I am now getting repeated emails from Concord of Lexus (John Hurt, sales manager) despite unsubscribing multiple times, and calling Mr. Hurt. Also, my office (a medical practice) is receiving multiple hang-up calls from Lexus of Concord daily. Calls to Mr. Hurt have not stemmed the tide of calls. If these do not stop, I will takes this up with the CA DMV and Attorney General..

Lack of customer service with Lexus corp. and Watertown of Lexus. us things it should of had and didn't have involved in the sale of our 220221 Rx 350, telling us during the sale

Discontinued Enform automatic car starter in 2017 Lexus in Alaska

I purchased a brand new 2017 RX450h in 2018 with an automatic car starter. Now that enform discovered the starter will not work properly in Alaska they discontinued the service to the 2017 vehicles with no other recourse. I purchased my vehicle in good faith and feel like Lexus or Enform need to make good on my purchase. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Manufacture warranty

I was charged 500.00 due to leaves getting through an opening on the front passenger side under the windshield wiper. This caused a constant noise when the car was operating. I was told this is not a factory defect and I have to pay for the leaves to be removed. This is not a customer fault either. My Lexus is parked in an enclosed garage with the door closed every night. I am extremely disappointed with this occurrence in a vehicle that I have only owned for 9 months. Im

I got car out it still like gas is leak fuel

I made two trip to Lexus of Rockford Illinois Love Park, this last trip the smell of gas was so bad its detrimental to my health so the fix it only for temporary status I notice I place a napkins by the leak fill with gas.JTHBL46F97500**** vin# the first trip was in March 14,2023 $562.81 the last trip was on April 22,2023 $369.45 they replace fuel line. However they told me the recall took of in Kansas City why does the have the problems after giving $$$ and not fixing the i personal during my endeavor of the its leaking gas in the bay of the engine I get a temporary fix for a week Im extremely frustrated with this issue gas is deplorable condition they effect health concerns.815 -608****

Billing Concerns

I had my car serviced on 22 April 23 at Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, Va. I am deeply concerned that the cost quoted by the cashier was $2,502.21 when I picked up my vehicle. Service was done to my car that I Did Not approve. I never received this deceptive auto service on my Lexus while living in Texas for the past 16 years. My service consultant would explain any items recommended for repair line by line before the service was done. In addition, I returned to Lindsay Lexus to pick up my vehicle on Saturday afternoon. While in their driveway, I received a text asking if I could pick up my car on Monday. Also, I have a copy of my correspondence stating to only do the failed repairs. I also returned home without a rationale as to why additional time was needed to keep my vehicle after bringing it in for the 0730 appointment. I have been looking at SUVs to purchase at Lindsay Lexus. This will no longer happen at Lindsay. It is apparent that the service agent was deceptive. The last time we spoke I asked for the total. Tony Escalona stated, Im still applying your discounts. The only discount that was applied to my bill was a $50 Senior Citizen discount. In essence, there were several unnecessary repairs that I did not approve. To reiterate, I only requested the failed items in red be repaired. I just moved to this area and I am shocked that this deceitful practice occurred. Tony Escalona had already left for the day when I returned to pick up my car. This was the only time that I had this service consultant. I will not work with him again. This is clearly an illicit sort of practice. I have owned 4 Japanese made vehicles and this underhandedness never occurred with my prior service consultants. My evaluation will be clearly reflected with Lexus Headquarters, public review sites, and within my veteran community.

Need our second key

We were told the second keys would start being sent out in April. After speaking with CS, they will not start being distributed until end of Summer...if ever. I expect to get 2 key fobs when I buy a car.

Delay, delay, delay

When i discussed buying a Lexus last August, they told me March as delivery date. When i sigend the contract 2 days later, it was moven to April. As i didnt hear from Lexus, i contactem them in January and they told me June as the new delivery date. 2 weeks ago i got an email from the leasing comp - it will be August!!! i mean, i can live with delay, but then be transparent about it. They gladly take your money, but service is *** Pissed before i drove 1 mile with the car.

Major engine breakdown twice within 4 months - potential legal action

We bought a new Lexus car in New York. Within 4 months the engine broke down TWICE and the dealer said they didn't know why. They knew it wasn't us but something about the way the engine was malfunctioning electrically. My wife is extremely nervous to ride in the car again especially if with children and the engine dies a 3rd time or blows up on a major highway. If there is another "unknown" engine default causing a major accident it will cause us to file a major lawsuit. I prefer not to have the accident happen nor file a lawsuit. I have been very calm and diplomatic on the phone. The customer service manager Dan has been extremely nasty, belligerent and threatening me on the phone. I just need to speak with a lawyer about these ramifications for both of us and a solution to this situation. Thank you.

Lexus apparently does not want to take care of my defective vehicle, so it looks like I will have to contact my Attorney.

The glass , windshield, back window, and some side window, have a defect in them, that I was told by a glass company Safelite, Lexus did change my windshield recently. But the new glass is worse than the original glass, and apparently they do not choose to do anything else. The company that they purchase their glass from is apparently selling them defective glass, and Lexus doesnt seem to care, WHY?? So thats my complaint, Im not going to live with a major defect in my windshield, back glass or side glasses.

Can I use regular gas in my 2023 es350?

I would just like to know if I can use regular gas in my new es350 Lexus. I dont want to damage my engine using the wrong gas. The salesman told me that it takes regular gas but I want to be sure.
