BC THEY DIDNT SOLVE ANYTHING

They are reporting to insurance companies that I have 3 at fault accidents.. NOT TRUE!!” I have not had an at fault accident since 2002.. I was rear ended by a drunk driver March 17 of this year. 2 years ago;a tree fell over on my Lexus truck!” Then my son had an accident where his wheel came off while he was driving. Needless to say that not one of them was my fault…. They need to straighten my report out ASAP

Nothing good here.

I was "sold" a package of services, none of which accomplished the basics of what I was promised. I have been complaining for months on end and their system is looped so you go back to your rep who gives you no options. Their trainers and research specialists never find what you are looking for and take their time! The people search service is not what it is cracked up to be and you can find much more information online without the use of Lexis's services. They charged me an arm and a leg and have not heeded any of my valid concerns which would actually help them be more accurate with what they do have to offer and be aware of what they need to improve upon.

I had never heard of them but State Farm turned me in to them after 30 yrs of patronage

My State Farm Insurance of 30 years attached this to my soft credit report, and I did not know what it entailed. I called them and against my better judgement was told had to have my data to review files. Then stated no report. Few days later, I got a 444 record report with fictitious or massively duplicate data. I never paid anything nor did I request this. The letter thanked me for the info of which I did not send or request. My call lasted 10 minutes as I was placed on hold. I recorded the call and this is plainly targeting and duplicity. What is wrong with these people are they too diverse for the non-diverse and have to attack people to act out their social pathic tendencies while destroying this country? Do these people believe they are normal caring human beings. They are less than human. Do not bother to go to Church of God. He does not know you for your devious acts towards others and you are not sorry so forget that!

Bad data

Original review Aug 22, 2022
I have been trying to work with LexisNexis since 2015. They have me mixed up with a lady in Wisconsin and are data are intertwined somehow. I have never lived there or even been there but yet I cannot seem to move forward to get my data corrected. I once corrected it in 2016 and then it has magically showed up again. Now they are saying it is accurate. This is horrible. I really do not know how to navigate their system. I continue to get reports with addresses and cars for this other person, submit complaints and cannot get past their supposed 200 sources of data. They provide phone numbers for some of those and you call them and they are large companies that do not seem to have dispute processes. There needs to be a class action suit. There is no way for a single person to get this crap fixed.

Horrible Customer Service!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service!! I tried very hard to understand them before I asked for a U. S. based Customer Service representative. I think they stated it would be at least 48 hours before I heard from them. That was a couple of months ago. Called again, same response. Called again, same response. This is a terribly managed "company" (I use the term loosely).

False Report of At-fault Accident To Insurance Company

I recently learned that 'LexisNexis Risk Solutions' was reporting that I had an at-fault accident in 2019 to my auto insurance company, resulting in higher rates. I was not involved in an auto accident whatsoever in 2019, at-fault or otherwise. Their incompetence is costing me time and money. I checked out their BBB page and found that I am not the only one to have this issue.

Fraudulent information

They sent a letter stating my roof was showing signs of deterioration-3/24/22. We had a new roof placed in 3/24/2021 with inspection by Total Roofing new shingles-as a precaution since our home was built in 2006. We just had a 4 point inspection by Hawk Eye--Our report excellent! The roof is new 1yr old. We have all our receipts too! Something is wrong with this company.

I have a HEART CONDITION THAT PROHIBITED ME FROM PRACTICING LAW PER MY DOCTORS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND THIS OUTFIT REFUSED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE TWO MONTHS I WAS OUT! THEY QUOTED THE CONTRACT!

OUTRAGEOUS IMMORAL CONDUCT BY LEXIS NEXIS IN REFUSING MY REQUEST FOR A MORATORIUM ON BILLING AFTER I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR A HEART CONDITION AND HAD A DR LETTER PROHIBITING ME FROM ANY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING DOING MY LAW OFFICE WORK OF COURSE! THEY CITED A PROVISION IN THE CONTRACT THAT SAYS ONLY IF YOUR FIRM IS DISSOLVED!

Never able to get any information

My insurance Co told me to call to ask for report to prove car insurance claim not mine. Their system took my info and I received a letter with a PIN to access my information. Nothing worked. No Live person to speak to, no access to documents. I trusted Progressive insurance to give me the safe information. The multiple links and phone numbers are a sham!

They Suck

I was approached to extend my existing contract for LexisAdvance which ends January 2022. The price was $159. They offered me "public record" to do searches at a reduced rate if I would extend my contract for three years for a total bill of $200. Apparently I needed to be "credentialed" before they could give me public record which I found out after the fact. After ten days of their software failures and cucstomer service nightmares I decided I no longer wanted their product and revoked my agreement. Mind you, their contract says they accept the contract when they provide me the services (plural). They never provided me with the services. So you think that should be a no brainer for a company that claims to provide legal research but no, I cannot get past my non-lawyer account manager Kyle Stapleton's supervisor and non-lawyer Danieelle McKinniss, even though I have requested that the matter be escallated to someone who understands contract law repeatedly. Maybe their bosess read their reviews. I highly recommend going with WestLaw or any of the free or much less expensive and less drama filled options. Oh, I tendered my payments through my existing contract on November 20th. So far they have no cashed them.

Reporting Errors

Insurance has increased substantially with no obvious justification. Found errors in C.L.U.E. Report. If you all havent heard of it I wouldnt be surprised as it is targeted to commercial enterprise to get the inside scoop on your life. You can order one for free annually. Just Google LexisNexis C.L.U.E. Report. It will blow your mind the information they have on your squirreled away.

Horrible expensive shipping practice

I ordered a Birth Certificate through VitaCheck. I paid more for the service than the Certificate. It was mailed through USPS in a paper envelope that was sealed with only 2 pieces of scotch tape. It was mailed to me in Florida in the middle of Hurricane season. Elsa was pounding our coast just a couple of days before I received the Certificate. We have had torrential rains too.

Worse experience ever

They report wrong claims, claims that were opened by a different person on a different address, they report that under your address. Even after obtaining a Letter of Experience from the insurance company they say I opened the claim from, even after such company writes an official Letter of Experience saying I NEVER had any claims whatsoever, Lexis Nexis still does not remove the claim. Zero logical reasoning, which is ironic coming form a company that supposedly "intelligent" reports. Zero customer service
