Add me to the pissed list

My 8 yr old Levolor vinyl mini blind gave out. Went to Lowes and had a new one cut to width with the sales rep telling me to make sure I go online to find a video showing me how to shorten my blind. In the past, Ive shortened blinds and was thinking that not too much couldve changed. I came home and found a couple of videos and watched them only to find on the instruction sheet that the blind CANNOT be shortened. WTH!! So now I find out that I just blew $65 on a blind that will be way too long and that I cant cut it? Yep, now Im pissed. Its way too bulky to be able to use it properly. This really makes me mad.

They stopped working after 6 months

Never again will I buy spent to much money they stopped working after 6 months bought at Lowes too much money wasted

Over time the blinks fail.

I've had levolor cordless honeycomb blinks on 5 windows. When they were first installed they were fine. But, over time they have all creeper up at the bottom and do not cover the entire window. Some as much as 8". When I called customer service, they wanted me to ship them to Levolor and have them restrung for more than the original cost of the blinds.

Totally incompetent

DOrdered a new blind for back door. Special ordered. They stopped making the color we needed. But found one that would work. This is in the first week of february. Come March 22 we found out they canceled the order. No reason given it was through Lowes. We had originally paid over 9 thousand dollars for all the @1st level blinds. Some one fell and broke the one on the door. We ordered the closest one to match. We kept asking when our blind would come in because we live on a golf course and have an hoa to answer to. I cannot believe what this world and these stores think. They do not believe in accountability. If they think they will stay open and have a job they are wrong. The government had better smarten up and stop paying these slugs for not doing their jobs. Ordered first week of February. Cancelled without our knowledge or being informed on March 22. Absolutlely ludicrous

Resolved: Ordered in September 2022-still no blinds

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The blinds finally arrived & were professionally installed by Lowe's in late January, & so far we love them.

They're beautiful & work perfectly. Lowe's also provided a $100 gift card because of our wait.

We ordered motorized top/bottom blinds in September 2022 for our newly built home. We're getting nothing but a runaround from Levolor & Lowe's as to why we haven't received them, yet you have over $2000 of our money. Then you want a restocking fee if we cancel the order?!! Someone needs to take ownership of this issue for us immediately. We're using temporary paper accordion blinds in all windows-over major holidays & company visiting-GREAT impression you left with our family & friends Levolor. Now who's taking ownership of this to GET US AN ANSWER & SOLUTION?!

Paid $I.000.00 dollars for a lot of trouble

epleated drape separated from the top of the shade, took months to repair shade, then control device would not work. then it took months to repair controller, the shade hopefully will be returned within the next week,

I am dissatisfied with the product made shade, which cost was $1,000.00. took extreme amount of time to repair.

I feel the shade should have been replaced due to all the defects. but thanks to all the supportive people working in this area. especially to one lady named Tammy, thank you.

I'm installing roller shades and there is discussion at Lowes about the correct length to put in the computer cutting machine. Should the inside measurement be minus 1/4" from the inside window measurement?

Poor customer service

Can someone please assist me. I ordered some blinds about two month's ago and they were suppose to been here about a month ago. My delivery time was changed on four separate occasions and no one informed me. I actually took off of work on two occasions and no one even reached out. The only reason I knew the new date's was because I reached out and asked. The latest delivery date was last week and no one showed up nor did they care to call, text or email me. Any customer service other than what I have received from the lady that assisted me at the store will be greatly appreciated.

Installation difficultys

Poor instruction as how to attach rail to brackets. screws are too long with tiny Phillips head making it almost impossible to screw in.

I never received my wooden blinds from Levolor I went to Bail for my blinds

1st experience was in early 2001 the order had to be reordered for the blinds. 2021 2nd experience we replaced the windows having to also replace the blinds on three windows. the order was placed 11/26/2021 PO# 18361**** we should receive the blinds in December 2021. I get a message from Levolor stating my blinds have been shipped and are ready for pickup at Lowe's. Lowe's could not find my order. Lowe's contact Levolor Leveler said they are experiencing a shortage of parts. and they should be ready in January 2022, I called in January the order has been delayed to February, again I called in February they said March, again in April, in May. I said to Levolor I'm canceling my order and ordering through Bali. Levolor said Bail is going through the same shortages as we are. Sir your blinds will be delivered in June. I called on June 18/2022 Levolor said your blinds will be shipped late August 28th. I said *** CANCEL MY ORDER. she said I don't like your language I said I really don't care!! I wen to Lowe's and canceled my order for Levolor on 06/18/2022 also I put in an order with Bali Just received my order through Bali yesterday July 8,2022

Terrible blinds

I brought 5 bottom up, top down. Every time I pull them or down they all go crooked. Sent the company a video but they never got back with me. My daughter got a cordless blind and hers is also not going up straight, and also does not stay up one side. These blinds are all honeycomb.

Corded tilt mechanism broke within 2 years with minimum uses

I bought (2) 72" wide 2" faux wood blinds from lowes for my new house. Within 2 years of install, both corded tilt mechanisms broke within the same week. Cheap pot metal gear teeth broke and wedged into plastic portion of the gearing not allowing the tilt function to work properly. I assume that this is a wide ranging manufacturing defect that Levolor knows about. Yet they have not recalled or offered to send repair parts to everyone who purchased their inferior product. I always assume Levolor was a good brand name, however this has led me to believe they're just cheaply made. I actually used a different brand for the 36" windows and haven't had any issues with them so far. PS, they were 30 percent cheaper than Levolor... I guess you don't always get what you pay for.

I have purchased blinds for my home and I am unable to shorten them. I have windows that are 36" high, but the blinds levelor supplies for my size windows is 72" long and THEY CANNOT BE SHORTENED.

I have a pile of blind slats 3-4 inches deep in my window sills and they look like crap!! What a POOR DESIGN and a disregard for the customer who spends all this money to purchase, have them cut to fit the window, then the job cannot be completed properly. WHAT A JOKE!! I cannot return the blinds since they were cut to the size of the width of my windows. I HOPE YOU ENJOY MY MONEY!!
