Chlorine tabs

Hello, We have owned our pool for 34 years and have been purchasing our chemicals from In the Swim and Leslie's for all of those years. We bring our water in regularly for water tests and take the advice given to us from your professionals. For 34 years, we have purchased the 3" chlorine tabs and have never had an issue with them. This year, upon opening our pool, we were told to stop using the chlorine tabs and only use the Power Powder +73 because our Cyanuric Acid is high and rising. We were told to immediately stop using the 3" chlorine tabs. The problem is, we have a full, unopened bucket of these tablets and as you know, they are VERY expensive. The stores are saying there are no returns. We don't necessarily want to return the product, but we would like to exchange the product for what they are recommending we use. We don't understand why this product is all of a sudden not working for our pool and why no one ever told us to not use this product in our climate. Please help me out with this situation, as this is a very expensive product that apparently we are not supposed to be using anymore.

Pool purchase online and they will not compensate us anything

pool purchase was poor quality and advertised as easy to set also there was a shipping cost that i did not know about.It was purchased online.

Customer service

It was the replacement of the grid in Hayward filter with my own grid. Replacement was done but the filter is leaking know over the o-ring and the pump connection. The technician suggested to replace the o-ring, and I purchased one from another supplier. Now when I spoke with the customer service, they told me that because I purchased it from elsewhere they refused to install it. I consider such treatment of customers unacceptable and discriminatory.

Talk with supervisor

Bought start up kit for 35,000 Gal pool.missing stain and scale bottle tried to call Leslie's colerain and liberty falls at 5:40 no one answers at either store. Colerain store's water tester doesn't work. Uncovered pool stain and sale is first thing you put in pool. I have spent 100's in not 1,000 $'s at Leslie's. Disappointed. Don't know how you can sell chemicals if you can't get your water tested. Will visit store tomorrow to see if I can get what I need!

Complaint

I ordered a product on 4/3/23 to be delivered to my local store by 4/7/23. On 4/10 I received an email that it was ready for pickup. On 4/11 I go to the store to pick up and they said it never arrived so my order was canceled. The store attendant suggested I re-order and have it shipped to my home. I just did that and called customer care asking if I could PAY EXTRA for expedited shipping. I really feel they should have paid for it for losing my first order, but regardless my pool looks like diarrhea so I'm willing to pay probably $50 for overnight shipping. Only to learn that what I need is not "eligible" for anything other than standard 7-10 business day shipping. So it's going to be nearly a month later before I can filter my pool again. If there were any other source for this product believe me I'd be getting it somewhere else. Come on Leslie's you're better than this. I think back on all the thousands of dollars I've spent with you over the years, and this is the thanks I get. Disappointed in Texas.

Trying to reach kara at Leslies customer care arizona

I was trying to reach a particular somebody in customer care to THANK them for replacing our pool blanket that disappeared in hurricane Ian as a warranty replacement. Warranty

Ive contacted leslies pool for a pool cover replacement she says we dont have anymore dont know if or when we will have it so this is 1.5 months pass call to check she say we found 1 and it was with in the swim website then they cancell on backorder than she says i can look to try to find one so i did on the in swim website because leslies is horrible i email them to tell them the item number and she says that's not on our leslies website then i lost it i cant deal with this anymore all stressed out didnt think this was gonna be this way i wouldve bough else where

Disgusting treat people like idiots

i am supposed to receive a replacement filter due to my filter still not working right after a service provider was here and cursed me out and violently grabbed his clipboard from me after i said whats this say on the receipt before i sign he then told me i will switch the filter out next week. no calls no customer service they hang up on you rid people from the philippines not that i have any issue but not in america horrible never go back

Terrible customer service

Went to the store to purchase a solar cover reel system. They did not have it in stock, they would have to order it. The order arrived today and only one of the two boxes arrived. Went to the store to get some assistance and they were no help. They said that because it was a online order we have to go online for customer service. We did not order it online we went to the store and paid for it there. The assistant manager said that there was nothing they could do to help me. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LESLIE POOLS AGAIN. Its a real shame because they are only a mile away. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

Went into Leslie's today with my Polaris.. All I wanted was the guy behind the service desk to tell me what was wrong, I would fix it. He told me to leave my information he would get back with in 2 days that he had people in front of me of which there's no one in front of me nor behind me...he would not give me customer service and told me I had to be in line????WHAT LINE??? I JUST NEEDED A LITTLE ADVICE. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM A NONO SECOND...HE DECLINED. TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ASKED IF HE DIDN'T JUST HAVE TIME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG....HE SAID NO........I SAID ARE YOU DECLINING TO GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE... HE SAID YEP GOTTA WAIT IN LINE......HIS NAME WAS TROY AT THE HULEN STORE............ Troy was very rude, condescending, arrogant just plain disrespectful. I told him I was going to the DM and he said go ahead..... Absolutely pathetic. I was in there to spend money and I just needed a little advice and help. Don't go to Leslie's

Best personality, great customer service and very helpful

I went to get some suggestions on why my above ground pool was not circulating well and Leandro at the Fort Lauderdale store (509) was the best. He knew his products well and was able to help me with my problem. I now have a functioning pool that my family can enjoy again. Thanks again for everything Leandro.
