Fed up of trying to contact via phone

Ordered online, when checking it says the order has been cancelled, I havent cancelled it or have I had the money reimbursed

Goods not arrived

For some reason the original order had my home address for delivery. Have emailed my postal address many times but still no parcel. These are urgent. Could you please arrage this parcel to be delivered within the next couple of days. The address for delivery is EUROWISE, 13 AVENIDA LEPANTO, ALBOX 04800. ALMERIA. MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 64168**** OR THE NUMBER BELOW . Could someone please ring me or email me in english and let me know when it will arrive.

Not received parcels

Had difficulty in speaking to a person who spoke english as live in spain. Have ordered two items which I havnt received. Not sure what happened as put delivery address but they seemed to have picked up my home address.have emailed them but too early to have someone contact me. Need to speak to english speaking person.

Plainte concernant une tronçonneuse

Bonjour Je voudrais faire une réclamation concernant une tronçonneuse que j'ai achetée chez Leroy Merlin à Braga Portugal, qui a une garantie de 3 ans. l'article était défectueux, il ne pouvait même pas couper une petite branche d'arbre, j'ai déposé une plainte à Braga mais ils ne fournissent aucune réponse satisfaisante et ils disent que ce n'est pas couvert par la garantie ! ce n'est pas acceptable du tout, pour moi qui suis un client régulier de Leroy Merlin. Je voudrais demander un remboursement complet et une compensation, car j'ai dû conduire au moins 6 fois pour suivre ma plainte à Braga et ils ne se soucient pas du tout des droits des clients dans les 3 ans de garantie !!! N 12 du 08 mars 2023 Réclamation sur le retour du montant transféré par erreur (montants de l'enrichissement sans cause) Cher Defassier Laurent, Louis, Claude ! Le 09 juin 2022, j'ai remis personnellement à vos employés du département ayant des clients entreprises une demande de remboursement, après avoir attendu un mois j'ai refait une demande, à laquelle on m'a demandé de remplir à nouveau une demande de remboursement, en juillet Le 11, 22, j'ai contacté votre organisme via le site officiel de Leroy Merlin, ma candidature s'est vue attribuer le numéro SLM -2022-07-****834 en date du 11/07/22. Pour le moment, je n'ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement ! Vos collègues de Russie, malheureusement, n'ont aucune conscience de me rendre mon argent et jouent la montre depuis près d'un an. Je vous demande de restituer les fonds d'un montant de 30 009 roubles 00 kopecks dans un délai d'un (un) jour bancaire à compter de la date de réception de cette réclamation. Sinon, je serai obligé de saisir le tribunal arbitral de Moscou pour récupération auprès de Leroy Merlin Vostok LLC : - le montant de l'enrichissement sans cause d'un montant de 30 009 roubles 00 kopecks ; - intérêts pour l'utilisation des fonds d'autrui conformément à Art. 395 du Code civil de la Fédération de Russie ; - les frais de rémunération des services d'un représentant (représentation d'intérêts Demos LLC devant le tribunal arbitral conformément à l'art. 110 APC RF (environ 20 000 roubles); - autres frais liés à l'examen de l'affaire (article 106 du Code de procédure d'arbitrage de la Fédération de Russie), dans ce cas, les billets de train pour un représentant de N. Novgorod à Moscou et retour. No response from customer service

delivery 24 hours late; Waited first day from 1-8pm - no message, no delivery. I had to call the store to schedule another time. Bag with items torn; some packages opened wit items missing. No response from Customer Service.

No response to my message re incomplete delivery- missing items and damaged packages.

Send message to company on Jan 11. But no response to date. (Jan 21) Two of the websites for customer service are defunct. The third message went through but no response. Disappointing. When I return to France Ill have to go to the store to take the faulty items for a refund a nuisance and waste of my time.

Awful online and delivery services

I have to say Leroy Merlin's online service is awful. They are incompetent and offer little regard for customer care. They mislead customers with the delivery dates and with stock they don't have. They overcharge customers for really bad service. Here are my last three experiences: 1. They sold me a product online, with the order confirmed (I received the confirmation email), and then cancelled the order because they discovered they had no stock. I had to call them to find out why they cancelled because they did not provide a reason. The website showed it as available. 2. Another order online which was worth over 1000 Euros, and had a delivery charge of 90 euros! They use a company called AlbuMov (a delivery company that does not deliver, based in Albufeira). And after messing us around four times, and after multiple complaints, most of which were ignored, we finally got the delivery over a week late. Awful customer service experience, multiple calls and a week late delivery - and I paid 90 Euros; what a joke! 3. My most recent order was made on the 18 of November and is due today the 9 of December. After all this time, I got a call on the day due to getting the materials and was told they didn't have it!!! They waited all this time, nearly a month of waiting, to the last minute, to tell me that. When I asked when she would you have it - she said she did not know. No attempt to resolve the matter. It's laughable. Do yourself a favour, DON'T use Leroy Merlin - don't even bother walking it to their stores.

No puedo decirles lo decepcionado que estoy con su servicio, pagué mucho dinero para instalar aire acondicionado en mi propiedad y después de muchos meses todavía no funciona. No solo fue muy difícil organizarlo para instalarlo y luego descubrir que no podía cerrar nuestras puertas de seguridad y ahora, cuando lo necesitamos, la instalación del dormitorio no funciona y, a pesar de las solicitudes anteriores, los errores aún no se han corregido. Los instaladores no han estado en contacto conmigo. Ahora voy a dejar comentarios apropiados y consultaré a mi abogado con miras a una compensación por su servicio. También me pondré en contacto con las industrias pesadas de Mitsubishi y les informaré sobre mi decepción con sus productos y les pediré que me aconsejen dónde radica el problema. Cuando haya pagado por completar el trabajo, mi abogado se comunicará con usted para obtener una compensación. Estoy muy decepcionado.

Bad experience

I have a very bad experience with the Portugese division of Leroy Merlin. I bought a heating system, paid for it, also paid for a mechanic to visit the installation address to deliver a installation quote. On the agreed date nobody showd up.This is a very bad service and a lack of respect for the client. Never again Leroy, and I personally will make sure that all my connections will be aware of this experience.

Damaged goods

I purchased a shower cubicle form Leroy Merlin - Elche. I opened the box the next morning and one panel is smashed. I have photos of it still in the box and I have my receipt - What will you do next?

Website fault

i am trying to buy Bloque de vidrio ondulado neutro basic 19x19x8 cm online from your Adeje Tenerife store but it says an item is 'exhausted' but has over a 1000 in stock ? I have contacted you as their site only has an auto bot and can only give stock quantities, nothing else....
