Tiani 3 device was RECEIVED IN USED CONDITION!!!!!

The device was received in a box that was opened already and the parts had been USED!! They were greasy and clearly not brand new. This is YOUR responsibility and I would like to know what you intend to do about it. Ordinarily I understand that these kinds of devices are not returnable but, under the circumstances, my wife and I are both grossed out and there is no way will will use this product. I know I can utilize the Amazon AtoZ Guarantee to obtain my money back but before I go that route I am giving you the option of keeping this disgusting, unfortunate circumstance out of the general knowledge base of Amazon.com, as I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you agree with us that we should not be forced to keep this USED vibrator.

I had this toy for a year and it just started making strange sounds. I contacted them and they said they could not replace the product, it was more than a year since purchasing it, but they could give me another and I would pay 50% less. That sounded like a bad deal at first so I got really angry. I wanted another toy. Later I realized that the deal they had given me was actually a rather good one. So, all in all, I made a deal with them. I have the old toy but it is a new toy. I should complain, and I do a little, but in the end, it is a good deal. I would have paid the full price otherwise. Pissed, now less pissed.

Information purposes

Okay so I cant say Im pissed because to be honest this is one of the best toys I have ever tried and let me tell you thats a lot of toys . I was extremely impressed after the first time I used it . I told everyone about it and I said I would not care if they charged 5,000 for it I would buy it because its that good . Now the major downfall because its so good you now have high expectations and I understand nothing is usually as good as it was in the beginning but I would expect it to be working at least semi good after a few months but I found that wasnt the case in my situation . I had it maybe 3 months when I started noticing it wasnt as powerful, it was dieing faster, the suction was not as strong and the pulse especially wasnt as strong so I thought maybe it was something I had done .. because I do clean it every time with a little alcohol and warm water and thought maybe I used to much water or alcohol . So I purchased another one and same thing first month or 2 works extremely well , every setting is good , it works with your body and almost reads your body and knows when to speed up and when not too . I mean the whole science behind it is brilliant . I just feel for the price it should last longer then 3 months this time I was super careful about everything I did and how I took care of it the way I cleaned it everything I did I was super careful so I was extremely disappointed when I noticed the pulse not working as well and the settings were all messed up it would go from vibrating at like a level 2 and then push it one time and then all the sudden its at a crazy vibration or like a level 10 so way too strong in the beginning but then you press it again and it turns off .. so I felt like all the buttons were starting jumbled together and then eventually the buttons stopped working it would turn on and off but as far as speeds and settings there was none . So moral of the story .. great toy . Works wonders when it works but dosent last more then 3 months it will still turn on but it defientely dosent work like it should or like it did in the beginning its like night and day .. so anyways I went out and bought the womanyzer and that was good but still nothing compares to the Sonia . I wish there was a way to make them last longer then 3 months for the price you pay I just feel a little disappointed when I cant get it to last and I tried everything

I think everyone needs to know how AMAZING this product is

SONIA CRUISE Ladies if your single ..look no further, this toy will be your new lover . If you have a lover then this toy will be your new best friend . I promise you wont be disappointed . I think everyone women needs to experience what this toy has to offer . I have tried numerous toys but nothing compares . I recommend it to everyone and yes I understand its not cheap but trust me its worth every penny.

I was like the name of this website. A new toy, I really liked it, and then it stopped working. And I hate contacting customer service of any company. Anyway, I did contact them. It was not that simple, I guess they have a lot of work these days. The rest was surprisingly easy. I could not return the toy, which is reasonable. They offered a new one. I am a repeated customer. It was not so bad after all.

Blocked warranty code

I bought a smart wand medium in January 2020, less than 2 years later it stopped working. I filed my claim and was asked for proof that it would not turn on in the form of a video. I provided the asked for proof, I was then asked to send the device back to them before they would provide the warranty code (50% off any items from their catalog excluding certain luxury items) I did this as well, even though it felt, well, icky to do so. Eventually they sent out the code. But, it's been unusable. There has been a sale going on, on the website every days since I received the code. It can't be combined, understandable, but it also does not replace the sale price giving the customer the better discount. So the warranty code in essence is worthless. They've done what they said they would do, provide a warranty code for a discount but they never promised to allow the discount to be used.

Exchange

Purchased and died after the first charge. Almost $200 and I cant even get someone on the phone about it and I have a year warranty (supposedly) trash company as far as im concerned

I want them to replace defective product

Their customer service team is non existent. I did not realize how many hoops you have to jump through to get a claim started. a month ago I emailed but it was so slow. I send a reply then wait a day from a response, then send a response and have to wait another day and be sent a question, and this continued for a week. I was getting no where so I finally called 2 weeks ago and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and took 2 days for someone to get back with me. He told me to go online and submit a claim. So I did a week ago and was sent an auto response about how someone will get back with me within 2 days. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything. I will never buy another product from them again. This is ridiculous.

Non delivery

Package was due to be delivered on Saturday the 10th. I have not received it. UPS tracks for it to be delivered last Saturday but it still isn't here. Status please. Thx Jw

Defective Product’s Terrible Warranty

I currently have 3 Lelo products and only 1 works (for now as it did stop working and starts again) 1: Lelo Hugo-I enjoy this toy very much... now It did stop working for almost 2 months after the first time I used it in the shower so it works for now so no complaints there. 2: Lelo Loki Obsidian Black I have had this bad boy for about 8 months and it is a trooper but it did just recently stop working so I started a claim what I did not know is they would want me to ship it back for a warranty replacement unfortunately my husband tossed it when it stopped charging and a burnt plastics odor. Well now Im out that warranty replacement or even a coupon to buy another. 3: Lelo Loki Wave Now this one is why Im writing this no joke day 1 in the tub and it just stops working after maybe 2 minutes of play so i contact Lelo Mail it in now they cant find my package and they cant help me with a replacement. I even let them know that I am hard on toys and would happily just accept a coupon for a discount on buying a new unit but nope burnt we are out $400.00 in toys that I felt guilty about buying in the first place but assured myself the quality would be worth the price

F1S Red Defective

We have bought a couple Sonas and a Sona Cruise for the wife. Lots of use, insomuch that we bought new ones after the first died six months in. Anyway, I ordered the F1S before it was finished with trials, etc. I believe it got shuffled away in the months it was delayed. Recently found it and unpacked, charged, etc. It literally does nothing. My wife laughed and said, "my stuff works great, sucks for you." Anyway, I would simply like a replacement. I will attach a short video I shot of it. Hard to find where to send the email. Looked like a Russian site. I will happily remove this upon completion or replacement.
