Need legal services ASAP please help

Called the 24hr atty line, wasn't much help at all UNLESS YOU'RE BEING arrested or detained. So unless your'e being arrested or detained there;s no use for the 24 hr line.

Insurance claim on condominium not being addressed

No contact

Have been unable to reach anybody in customer service. Ive been paying my premiums on automatic debit for approximately 20 years. All of a sudden we automatic debits have stopped. Cant find out why theyre stopped. Whats the status of my account is how to resume the automatic debits hopefully this will get me contact somebody call me or email me please.

I can’t review I got no response. I told you what my problem was and I heard nothing. I’ve been a client or customer.

Ive been a LegalShield member for over 20 years youve been debit in my account faithfully for 20 years that stopped last month. I got no debit. Im just trying to find out what happened and get it reconciled so that I remain a client of legal shield. Please call me or send me information saying that you have reinstated the automatic debit on my account and that I am reinstated in good Faith

I'm trying to register for a class and my username is too long

I can say that Legal shield is the best. They answered my question within a few minutes of the call. So I was able to successfully register for the class. Their customer service skills are a A+ to me. I look forward to learning everything that I need to know to become successful in this company. Thanks Legal shield, you're awesome!!!

Need need help finding a lawyer to sue police department legal help

I left a party drunk to drunk to drive so I pulled over at a store and called my nephew to pick me up while waiting the police arrived asked me where my keys were at and I told them on the passenger seat the cop then gave me a direct order to put my keys in the in twice so I tried to but was to drunk to do it then another cop showed up and then the first cop tells the other that I just tried to put the keys in and then he arrested me for trying to do what he ordered me to do

Dissatisfied Customer.....

First off, I went against my gut feeling and purchased their membership. The offer for a "free" will was a big draw. The attorney's for the main firm and the one I ended up PAYING, really pushed for a "Living Trust" which I ended up paying almost $2,000 for, based on their recommendations. But, I told them my circumstances and I didn't require a lot. I just wanted a basic will to cover my house when I pass. When I complained, I was told I was given options and I made the selection but my selection was based on their opinions by both attorney's Yet, in their presentations, they really push FREE will...Not a happy camper. I cancelled my membership.

Bad experience

I sent them a demand letter thatvi created. I demanded a fraction of the value of the contract be paid or I would take them to Small Claims Court for $3500.

They got a lawer to contact me and harassing me since then. I am still deciding but glad I got their attention...

They may just take your monthly insurance premium but cancel your membership if you make too many claims. Scam. I do not recommend buying in to the apparent scam.

Poor service

This is in relation to the North Carolina office. Talking to them was unpleasant and a complete waste of time. The first attorney I talked to began yelling at me because I was trying to get him to let me explain my issue. He treated me like I was poor trash. I disconnected the call and began searching for a real attorney. The whole thing was very upsetting. Later in the day another one of their attorneys called and was more of the snake oil salesman type. He very clearly wasn't interested and wasn't listening to me. I'm trying to explain my issue and he's just talking over me. I could have just as easily looked up his meager "advice" on my own. Then he suggests he could help at a higher retainer rate! I'm canceling this subscription.

After many phone calls and emails Legal Shield finally cancelled my membership and refunded $29, the price of one month. I called my bank and had them put a stop on all future payments for Legal Sheild.A representative from Merritt Webb gave me a call and said that...

June 1 I contacted Legal Shield. Over the course of the last 1 1/2 months I have tried to get legal advice from Valerie Dance of Merritt Webb in Nashville.

She has not answered one question for me.

She didn't even advise me to call Code Enforcement. I had to figure...

Stay away from this company. They are complete frauds. They take your money and provide no service. Not only that, but my assigned attorney Valerie Dance is actually working against me. She has become big time friendly with the other party because they have so much in common. She and the other party have worked out a deal where I can move into an apartment 10 times worse than the one I am in, and Valerie is so stupid she thinks she is doing me a favor.

Legalshield absolutely refuses to take responsibility for taking my money. They will comment with the same copy-paste message wherever I seek help. The BBB did absolutely nothing.Legalshield stole my money and refused to provide legal assistance when I asked.

I had been a legalshield member for 3 years when I attempted to use my membership to get legal support. I submitted the form to get support several times to include- 6/12/2021 7/19/2021 8/10/2021 Neither Legalshield nor my assigned provider ever contacted me. I finally attempted to get support for a different issue in March 2022. For the first time, a provider actually called me. I gave them my information and asked to escalate. Then they went silent again. On April 19th 2022, I received a survey from Legalshield, which I rated as very low. Their loss prevention people began calling me. I asked for another provider but they said they cannot do that. At this point, it was clear that Legalshield had no intent of ever providing me a service.

Services not as advertised

Only for credibility purposes, I am a Professional (i.e. Notable Physician). Read the email thread below between myself and the leadership of LegalShield, it speaks for itself. My first Consultation with LegalShield was accidentally screwed up by them; I had to complain after they wasted my time and energy and the Partner of the Illinois Law Firm eventually intervened but then would not provide the legal services requested and available under the benefits advertised by LegalShield. This email thread below was regarding my 2nd Consultation with LegalShield with their California Law Firm. Summary: Based on my experience with them, Legalshield is a scam and the leadership of the Company does not care about providing the services as they advertise to rope you in. They want people to pay the recurring fee and forget about it like some gym memberships out there and to not actually use the services of the membership.
