Not able to contact eadily
I waited on the phone 20 minutes. The music was very irritating. Then a recording came on saying they could take my call and to go to The website. Then they wanted my credit card info to charge me $5 ( which would be credited back). Not going to jump through all of those hoops. Not giving them my credit card info either. Then I read some really poor reviews. Wont be doing business with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Can't get through to customer service, horrible experience. Have had our VHS tapes for months and haven't started!

Had 25 tapes put on stick. Found 5 more tape and want to add to stick total. No help from CS. Told order was complete. Start another order. Too bad!

I want to order a link to an old order I had converted a few years ago by legacybox to google drive. I was told, when I called a few weeks ago, that I could buy the old link for two payments of $19.99, which I want to do now, but I cant get anyone to answer the phone! I have tried every day for a week to get someone to help me and it is just an automated call that says due to staffing and high volume, nobody can take my call. I have tried the text link twice and havent received any help except for two different people texting me back asking what I needed help with, which I responded with no answer!

My account was charged, and I never received the box
On June 15, 2022 I applied for the Fathers Day discount legacy box. My account was charged $132.49. Nothing was ever mailed to me. I had a friend go ahead and do this on her computer and it went through. It showed it went through. It went through on my account, but I never received my box.

Paid $278 for their 20 item box. Didnt receive an email for instructions. Tried to cintact them & no response to email. Called the number & could not get a hold of them!! Grrrr!! I decided this was off to a bad start so I emailed them to cancel my order & provide a refund. They gave me a runaround on that. Took 3 weeks to get $206 back & I was furious!! Contacted them as to why I was shorted $72 & they said it was a restocking fee!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! DONT USE LEGACY BOX!! ORDER L104****

WORST COMPANY ON EARTH
I sent in my irreplaceable tapes and vids over 4 months ago. They never communicate or respond to emails or voicemails. If you choose the callback option they never call you back. It says 10-12 weeks on the worst case to transfer and return materials. They only responded when I contacted the BBB and offering me rush priority service after almost 4 months with no contact whatsoever except daily marketing emails. They made excuses about being short staffed. When the DVDs and USB stick arrived half the videos these incompetents sent back were blank and many videos like my wedding video I know is good were missing. Many videos are recorded in quick scan mode with nothing but snow and static. You can see how the operator is holding the wheel. No quality control was done. No pre inspection of the tapes was done and of course they charged me 100s of dollars for blank videos. I am reporting fraud with Amex and demanding a refund. You would have to be insane to send these people your legacy irreplaceable family treasures and videos. Go to a local place you can get them back at least. This is a factory making McDonalds quality transfers that take forever and then the work is rushed. I would like to see this company shut down.

It has been 11 weeks since you received my tapes and I think my order is being pushed back for all these people getting tapes for $7.99 when I paid $20.
You received my tapes 11 weeks ago. I paid $20 per tape now they are 7.99. I feel my order was pushed back for people placing orders late and only having to pay 7.99 they can afford the fast delivery. We wanted the tapes for Christmas. We just lost a family member and were yearning to watch the tapes together.
