Ngayon nasa cagayan de oro city Mindanao na po sya.. Gusto niya bayaran nmi na gasto niya lahat padla sa amin.. Okay nman po sa amin kaso wla na po ang mga recibo bah.. Gusto namin malaman lahat ng amount na npa dala niya sa amin.. Pwede po ba maka hingi ng print out sa mga recibo na npadala niya sa amin? Mother name. Customer service are very poor
You have to wait in a very long line. Only one person working. The transaction take 30 minutes every person, that's very poor. Why hold line, LBC could make more money if their counter is fast enough. Is very crazy.

My parcel is not yet arriving until now
I hope my parcel will be delivered early because it's a week away. Until now it's still in transit. I think it's about 4-5 days before I can claim it.

Crumpled Important Document
I sent a document - PSA Birth Certificate to be exact last Tuesday. And just today, it has been received by the owner yet the document was really crumpled as if it stayed with them for a month. My relative who owns the birth certificate wasn't able to use it in DFA since they don't accept important documents in that kind of state. Tried reaching out for them but I wasn't able to do so.

GOT TIME TO WASTE? THEN USE THESE CROOKS.
I have used LBC several times. Until now. We send to/from the Philippines and it's generally ~60 days. My small parcel left my hands December 11 2022. As of March 25 2023 it still has NOT reached the recipient. I keep asking LBC to explain the delay and they provide me with another updated and WRONG arrival date. No explanation. The latest parcel contains items for international travel (cell phone, US SIM card, reloadable PayPal card, etc.) needed for her trip on March 8 returning March 17. So, we spent a ton more getting things at the last minute and the expenditure was exactly $692.77 USD because LBC has somehow come to the determination that nearly FOUR MONTHS is an acceptable timeframe for delivery. NEVER AGAIN! So eventually the recipient will get a box of things that can go into the garbage.

Bad service. Box was ooened when received. Not a trustworthy company
Wrote an email last January 16. 2023 and attach all details and the picture of a slashed opened balikbayan box, but nobody reach out to settle the complaint or even said something on their behalf. A lot of stolen items was found out when i did the inventory of the items in the box.

Why can't trace the tracking number of my boxes ? It's says always nothing found ? I send 6 balikbayan to Philippines . Before I ca trace right away whre my boxes goes ? Now you just answer nothing found ?

Paid expensive for shipping yet took more than a week
Paid for expensive shipping they said it was sent thru roro and their lead time says 7 days yet take a look at my photos, took more than a week. And it's not yet delivered as of this moment. Never again.

Most disgusting experience sending balikbayan boxes
6 to 10 days air cargo parcel in their time table!! Pay their asking fee which is not of course the cheapest only to find out that it's not 10days but almost 20days!!! And its not even guaranteed!!! Site is never updated to track you boxes.. The worst services ever!!!

Staff not good dealing with pick up documents
my pick up documents in dinalupihan branch bataan was ready to pick up status but dtaff told me was not yet idelivered even i had medicine loads in my for deliveries they put on waiting numers list waiting almost 2hrs in the line. then told me my pick up documents was not in there..my delivery was ruined my medicine delivery was damage due to waiting time gor nothing hoping this staff of dinalupihan bataan branch knows whos gonna be in priority in line

Disrespectful Customer Support, Delayed Shipment
Your agent Ange is very disrespect full. She left the chat without resolving my concern. I chatted back, I know she is still the one assisting me (my concern is about the delay in my shipment) is she keep chatting like "stock price is level 9999"? What the *** LBC is a logistic company, not a stock market broker. I received very poor service and received no help from their support.
