I have been charges for an item and it was cancelled and I have still been charged
Well I tried to pur have a fridge freezer through amazon paying with laybuy but it came up check payment detail an issue so I tried agin and still a issue so I cancelled the fridge freezer, but when I went into my bank I have had à first instalment take and my laybuy is down £500 and it has not been put back in yet as the item was cancelled straight away so I should not have been charged

Absolute joke
Ordered something from Superdrug which never came, its been 3 months since the order and I still havent received my refund from Laybuy, constantly being ignored and still trying to take money from my account even though I dont owe anything!!! Theres no contact number, no one emails you back & their chat on the website never gets a reply either, unable to use my account as its suspended due to my account having outstanding payments as im not paying for something I didnt receive but refusing me a refund! Disgusting

Someone has purchased 2 items from wayfair using my laybuy account! Ive no idea what these items are and how they have been able to do that! Theyve taken 2 payments from my girlfriends bank account without either of our authorisation. Its pretty poor that someone is able to access my account and use my saved bank cards without my consent! Id have thought my saved bank details would be kept confidential!! Further payments are expected out this week and I need this sorting asap! Refund of payments already left and future payments stopping then I want all bank cards removing and my account closing. No longer want to use laybuy if this is what can happen!
