No service, liar

Great service! Know no service! Lawn mover not show! Operator lied twice about service! No show! Help

Cancellation

I am on a fixed income and I could not afford your service. But Josh was excellent. He had done a great job on my lawn (weeds). I hope my leaving your program does not hurt Josh. Thank you for the service you provide. Sincerely Brenda Lenertz

No service as promised

They spam you with text messages about crew coming, no one ever shows up. Stop wasting peoples time with a bogus business model. i am not sure if they do not have a steady crew or if independent landscapers are voting on the jobs. whatever it is, it does not work. close down and regroup. write a business plan and get it together.

Cancel service

This company has the worst customer service there is .this is my second attempt to utilize this company for lawn care and both times were a terrible experience.they repeatedly post pone your service date.you can never contact customer service.and the crew that you repeatedly message will not message you in return.you all need to hire dependable crew members or new customer service staff .you business is the worst

Lost touch with crew

There was some miscommunication bit when we finally connected the service was great. I am not sure whether the disconnect happened.

NEVER PROVIDED THE SERVICE ON THE SCHEDULED DATE

I set up service for my elderly neighbor. She canceled with another lawn service because of Lawn Loves appointment. They sent 2 confirmation emails with the dates they were coming. One day they said leaves were wet . They never came back on rescheduled day, but kept sending emails to confirm dates that had passed. Her leaves are still in the yard and we have had at least 3 DRY DAYS without rain! The appointment was set up over a week and a half ago.

Terrible company

Only came 1 x, they couldn't find workers didn't notify us till the last minute! We were suppose to get a minimum of 3 cuts

Just don't.

I got a quote for bush trimming and lawn mowing. The first contractor canceled and I didn't know. The second contractor mowed all the yard, trimmed HALF of what I requested, and said he was coming back the next day (Monday). He did not come back all week, so Friday I reached out to support. Support's response was to take his entire payment away (including the lawn which he finished), leaving me with a pissed off contractor that knows my address and phone number. They send a third crew who did a perfect job, finishes Friday, all is well. Then they try to send a fourth contractor 4 days after the last lawn mow. I contacted support and asked them to cancel because it doesn't need to be mowed yet. One customer support agent said that they can't cancel it and the other said that I need to cancel it myself.

Horrible

would give negative stars if I could. I have used them since July 6 (since I have to use them 3 times) all three times my lawn was not cut properly (this last time, the entire back yard and side was not cut at all) It was supposed to be cut between the 4-5 of Aug, they didn't show up til the 6th. Only cut the front yard, I called to complain. Lawn Love said give them 24hrs and it would be fixed. I recieved a text at 0654a on the 7th being told that the guy could not cut it that day due to religious beliefs (too easy) they didn't show on the 8th either. I had to call again and was told that the lawn provider came out on the 7th and fixed it (which they didn't) Finally customer service said they would get a different provider and they would be out here the 11 or 12 of Aug. I said fine, but I didn't feel like I should be charged extra for long grass since it wasn't my fault. The customer service rep agreed and said I wouldn't be charged extra. Found out who my new provider was, texted them to warn them about the long grass (probably almost a foot by now) and they sent me a new quote ($109.17) and wouldn't be able to make until the 15/16th Aug. I have been on the phone with customer service not stop since the start of this process and still no resolution. The newest customer service said that they will fond another new provider but the soonest would be 13/14th Aug. I am now awaiting a supervisor to call me back to give me more BS information. This is one of the worse services ever. I see why they make you agree to 3 cuts, because if you didn't have to you would definitely stop after the 1st cut. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am still here with grass in my backyard that you don't want to walk thru for fear of what could be slithering in it

Complain

I have given this company the care of my gardens over a year ago my backyard was cut two times!! The grass and weeds are up to my knees . No one has shown up it has been 45 days by now. Last time they came they broke some stuff I submitted paperwork and hit s reply saying that they do not have insurance . NO INSURANCE!!!

Poor communications

I am trying to log into my lawnlove account. Nobody could help.they all seemed like it was my fault. List the address.every time i call it is hard to communicate..all they want to tell me is my next appointment.

Refund on service, closed acct

The lawn team notified that they would not be able to make it out until the following day i agreed but not long after message that they completed the service came but there wasn't any sign that anyone came by or i would have heard but more obvious no apparent visual signs. I have provided the image of the charge made on my account for the expected refund of the charge made on my account; expected refund of the full amount. The account with lawnlove has been closed. Thank you.

Lack of notifications

When I signed up I was told that I could be expecting to receive jobs within the next 24-48 hours. Its been over 2 weeks & nothing. Even though its hot our mostvpeople are watering their yards on a daily basis & so they will be needing lawn care about every 2 weeks

Cancellations and Fraud from their "pro"

I created a new account with them and schedule someone to come out within a week. I got a cancellation so waited until the reschedule date and got another cancellation. I emailed them about this with concerns that the grass will become overgrown. They told me they are sorry and want to ensure things are done correctly and gave me a discount on the mow. So I wait again the reschedule data. It rained for about 10 minutes, and other mowers were out that day but I got another cancellation. So I wait again for the reschedule and it has been several weeks at this point. I get another cancellation. I email them about this and they said they would talk to their "pro" and make sure the grass gets cut. They never mention my concerns about an overgrown grass at this point that stated clearly. I get another notice on the reschedule date that the lawn pro is on site! Nope, I am working from home. No one is at my house all day. I then get a bill for a mow that just didn't happen. So I email them explaining everything to this point. They said once again they would fix everything and send someone out. My lawn is quite overgrown at this point being weeks after the initial attempt to get my hard mowed. My next email from the company explained that my yard was overgrown and they wouldn't mow it without paying $122 from their "pros" quote. Ignoring this absurd situation, my yard was not worth $122 even being overgrown. This was a "go away" charge to get rid of me as a customer because their "pro" didn't want me. This wasn't even close to reasonable. So they cancelled on me 4 times. Fraudulently charged me for a mow that never happened. Then they tried to get me to pay more money. I am sure that some people have good experiences with this service because there are probably "pros" that do good jobs. But, if the company doesn't care who they are hiring as "pros" then you are entering a gambling game. My "pro" wasn't remotely communicative or professional. I was lied to at every point. They should pay attention to who they hire and work on being honest providers. I would stay away and just find someone local to trust.

Refund not given ,and change prices on me

These are a bunch of deceptive scammers lawn love are greedy bums.they gave me one price, after looking over work however their screening contractors gave me a higher price and I mistakenly paid those greedy bastards cash cause they looked so hungry and starving,. Don't recommend this outfit to anyone, they are badd as trugreen company, both are badd.stay aways

Terrible Company

I asked for a Friday mowing - they came back and said they couldn't do that. No problem. Then they kept asking to schedule another day. I ignored them - Friday or nothing. Then they had some guy show up on Tuesday, unannounced, to mow my lawn. Didn't need mowing, sent him away. Who do they think they are to send someone to my house without conferring with me? Very disrespectful company. Totally ignore the potential customer.
