Harassing the wrong organization
If someone owes a debt, they tend to harass any organization that person has listed as having any contact with in their social media and other feeds. The person you are trying to sue has had one interaction with us, and they continue to harass US!! Of course, it's a law office, so they are ruthless, but I'll be reporting any calls to our organization as harassment. The person you are trying to reach has nothing to do with our organization.

They have not contacted us as far as the phone calls but they do continue to leave threatening messages on her phone

They have been calling my sisters cell phone which we are using for evidence in a case. She was killed over a year ago by her husband and they still won't let her rest. I have yelled and screamed at them and even invited them to go visit her grave site. I am fed up with them but good thing everything on her phone is recorded because we are suing this law firm

Con Artists - Non-Stop Harrasment
They have constantly harassed me over a loan from 23 years ago that I DO NOT OWE. When asked of documentation from the creditor on claim of debt, they've refused to provide. Every time I receive a letter, it's a drastically different amount - varying several thousands of dollars with no description of debt. When you block their phone number, they use robodialers to create fake phone numbers. I've blocked at least a dozen phone numbers from them. They've now taken to harassing family members who are not my parents or spouse, which they are not legally allowed to do. They're con artists. If you answer, demand they stop calling and send them a cease and desist letter. I don't know how they are even legally still in business.

I have blocked this number (614) 674-****, they say they are affiliated with the law office when they left voicemail but only referred my first name and when i looked the number up online it appesrs to be a scsm, and this law office has a different number listed, i believe this is a scam

filled out and returned a dept. of justice financial statement of debtor tothe offices of ROBERT A SCHUERGER SATURDAY 31st 2019, and awaiting a responce from them.

I was already being garnished by this law firm from my SS check, but they stopped that and in an effort to get more$ they froze my checking account and said they would send me a letter to look over and agree or disagree with this murning at 9:18 08/06/2019 in a phone interview.

Total incompetence
Refused our calls before starting their garnishment. Matter could have been resolved before they started taking money from my disablilty check. The federal government declared the debt a fraud after I did all the leg work. This "law office" has been seizing my money for 6 months now despite repeated phone calls and me personally sending them copies of the same letters they have received from the Department of Justice. Kimberly Pinto, if that is her real name, is the person in charge of the whole matter. She does not return phone calls in a timely matter, blames the people in her department, and is honestly very useless. Another employee didn't even know of a Kimberly being employed by the law firm and could not find my account in their "system", then preceded to hang up the phone while pretending to put me on hold.

Was recieved a letter to me about the balance of my cochlear implant bill I got the surgery from OSU in columbus ohio in 2012, still paying them around 25 to 50 dollars a month depending on my paycheck. They were fine with my pay rate when I have other things to pay. but When I got a letter of my remaining balance of $400 dollars, I decided to take out a loan from my 401k of 9 years at meijers to pay it off..... next thing they told me theres still a remaining balance on the other mail they sent me the next day of $1,200 dollars...... Why not send out a combined bill on one paper instead of getting one person dream of paying the bill off without cheating on spliting the pay!?! When I finally will pay this off with my ohio tax being offset and my other 401k loan is takened out along my federal tax, this will be paid off for good and I will ask to get copy of payment and agreement to close payment. If not, I will sue.I hate these lawyers. except the one that helped my family.

Repeated calls.... harrassment
This office calls my home repeatedly looking for someone that owes a debt. They call every day and some evenings. It is a recording...soon as I hear the recording I hang up.

Calls for me for my son
Terrance calls me asking if I was my son. I declined to give Terrance any information. So then he calls my mother, my sons 85 year old grandma asking her questions in a very stern voice. I have no idea if my son has an outstanding debt. Do you think I would give this aggressive, *** law firm any information? Why do don't you contact him by mail? Why do these law firms think they can be so darn *** and pursue a questionable debt to an questionable collection. I say Schueger get your *** together and start contacting these people by mail. Oh wait, you don't have an address for this suspect with a possible debt, which you probably bought because you have nothing else to do with your skills.

Some guy calls me on the weekend and yes I do owe money and not able to make the full payment this guy never gave me options and was so rude and actually hung up on me and I called back and he stated we have nothing else to talk about then I called the office during business hours spoke to someone else and the guy was just as much of a *** but I got put on a payment plan and proceeded to tell him about my last call and he laughed and said he must have been having a bad day smh whether someone owe money or not as a business you are suppose to be professional at all times and they are complete ***

Got a call from a 631485**** number first and the message that his law firm “Bryan Harris “ left said I needed to contact immediately and that it was being followed up by the previous number who I filed a complain with FTC and donotcall registry

OSU meets & is mated by this office
I continue receiving sporadic often cryptic contacts from them identifying as clinic A/R agents to whom I allegedly owe outstanding funds. Concerning: My recurrent attempts to contact them at numbers they left have commonly been unsuccessful despite intermessage verifications. Not good: I fully paid all clinic bills but continue getting probing/phishing calls from people stating work with that office then asking/demanding personal- & billing data known already to legitimate clinic affiliates. Bad: Clinic Patient Accounts effectively denied knowing about/affiliation with that office then suggested this may be fraud when asked ago. Worse: I contacted OH State Bar Association but was unable to verify this LPA, whose name is on these "Law Offices", also had a Law degree.

Received call from this company, regarding a bill from osu. Idont use osu, I also do not and never had a neck injury. Bogus call/for skip tracing. LLC that!
