Judgement filled 12/27/2007 Garnishment wiped out my bank account with minor children receiving sos benefits from their father because I was unaware you should set up a trust account for minors if your receiving money to support them so some dirty lawyer could not touch it who would..? This happened 2013..6 years later let's revive a dormant debt to get the balance.but wait the magistrate judges that handle your cases are appointed by a merit selection panel of lawyers and are appointed 4 - 8 years...imagine that...it makes me sick we appoint crooks and theives into our court system when we are already guilty going in because our judge to an oath to get in that seat and call everyone else out ad guilty because the magistrate judges is guilty from the get go and got in that position defending the crook who is trying to make you guilty.....I'm going to get you all on my own you stole from my you took from my kids and your not getting nothing else from me...single working mom of 2
