Thief

in september in 2015, we order parts for 475US $; we haven't received anything but the money has been debited. my brother in law want to rebuilt an old mustang but with this troubles we had to stop this story and maybe to sell it with a loss. What can we do from france? we need help to try something. can be with the district attornay or other legal proceeding ? until now we had another image of the united states et nous apprécions le proffessionalisme and we appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of our American correspondents. thank you for your help. bonne journée

Laurel Mountain Mustang - Mustang Grill Molding Kit Review from Tucker, Georgia

Back in 07-11-2015, i ordered a grill and molding kit for my 1969 mustang that i am restoring. When i ordered it i recieved an email saying it was on back order. About a few weeks later parts would show up to my house but not the full set and they were weeks in between. I waited a while but still did not recieve the hood molding, so i emailed them asking about the part. Three days later they finally respond telling me it was still on back order. So i called and they informed me that the part had just shipped from the warehouse and it would be sent to my house in about 14 days. So i wait a month and still no package, so i try calling again and the answering machine answered even though i was within business hours. I check their website and check the hours and call again for several days but no answer. At the time i was in high school and didn't have a job so i got money by mowing lawns. I am glad they are out of business because of all of the people they screwed over but i still feel that they owe me for the part i worked hard to get.

Ripped off!

Do not, under any circumstance, consider trying to buy something from this so called business. There is a good likelyhood you will lose money and sleep over snake oil sales here. I have been fortunate to never before run into this kind of treatment. I ordered and paid for a 1969 Torino rear anti sway bar June 29,2015. I also was charged for shipping! They gave me an official looking order #R84041****. It means nothing. They have sent me nothing. I have repeatedly called them, emailed them, and faxed them. They don't answer the phone or reply to faxes or emails. I believe them to be a total scam! The Better Business Bureau has it's work cut out here!

WRONG PARTS

I ORDERED RADIATOR HOSES FOR MY 66 MUSTANG WITH SCOTT DRAKE LETTERING I WAS SENT HOSES WITHOUT LETTERING CALLED AFTER FOUR TIMES CALLING WAS TOLD THAT WAS ALL THEY HAVE. BUT THEY ADVERTISED WITH THE LETTERING TOLD COULD NOT RETURN THE HOSES.NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NASTY ON THE PHONE AFTER SPENING OVER $1500.00 BUY ALL MY PARTS ELSEWHERE JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER MUSTANG AND STILL REFUSE TO BUY FROM THEM THEY GIVE THE HOBBY AND BUSINESS A BAD NAME

Laurel Mountain Mustang - the no service company, no care company

Once they have your money they take as long as they want and if you call them as often as I did they block you out. If you get through on another number the minute you give your order number - they hang up and block that number. Any one got any ideas how to warn everyone else before they get screwed!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I ordered over the phone - the phone seemed to know what I wanted or needed - the 1967-70 MUSTANG POWER STEERING CONVERSION KIT was or seemed like a common order. I got an email message 2 weeks later saying something about a delayed shipment - see attachment - but the message didn't make any sense at all. I began calling them and waiting up to 45 minutes on hold to find out the order was pending - call back. Several inquiries later and a screaming match because I wanted my money back - suddenly it was shipped and the person I talked to was wrong. When the package arrived it had not been shipped that day or the day before, but not for 5 more days. The shippmand the parts - the pulley wasn't in the shipment and the cylinder bracket was for ... maybe a Fairlane. I tried and tried to contact these people and the phone is mysteriously busy all the time. stay away from Laurel Mountain Mustang

NOT WORTH THE RISK

placed an order three months ago didn't receive it and they don't return emails.you will not save any money ordering from laurel mountain mustang because you will have to pay when you order from them and then pay when you have to order from a different company that will actually ship you the item. this whole experience has been horrible. the phone numbers that i can find are either out of service or i get a recording that says call back during normal business hours

67 Mustang GT FORD tooling hood

it appears I too have been taken for 579.00. I ordered the hood on May 11th 2015 and was told it was backordered . I know that it was because other dealers said the same thing . These guys had the cheapest price so I ordered the hood . They had to charge my card for the cost of the hood $419 and trick freight $160 . I emailed about every month for a status and was told it was still back ordered. No problem since the car is not ready for paint. I emailed Kevin again early this week and no response. I emailed again and no response . I Googled laurel Mountain for the phone number and came across this bulletin board. I called them yesterday and the recording said they were closed since it was after hours ( at 5 PM ) however the recording also said there hours are 9-9 M-T and 9-5 on Friday . I called again today at 11AM ( Thursday ) and they are still closed. I have to assume they have closed up shop with my money. I called AMEX and they cant do anything since it has been too long. What a mistake this was ... I have always dealt with NPD or Branda with zero complaints

Parts ordered and not shipped

i ordered parts for my 65 mustang on 09-14-2015. I got 2 of the 5 items I ordered and now they won't respond to my e-mails nor will they answer the phone... they said they would ship 2 of the items and the rest would be shipped around October 1st. it is now the 18th of November and still no parts. they say regular business hours on their phone are such , but when I call their pre-recorded message says I have called during non regular hours. I have called 25 times and sent 5 emails and still no response from them. Charles Emory

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I ORDERED OVER $18,000 IN PARTS, RECEIVED ABOUT 75% AND THEN THE LIES STARTED, BACK ORDERED, GOING TO DIRECT SHIP, WE SHIPPED IT, IT JUST CAME IN, ETC. WAITED 4 MONTHS AND FINALLY HAD MY MASTERCARD BACK CHARGE THE SHORTAGE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY. KEVIN AND TIFFANY BOTH REPEATEDLY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING, AFTER A WHILE THEY DID'NT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!! I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINSS, AFTER READING THE REVIEWS, I DOUBT IT. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE, FIND A DIFFERENT ONE. I HAVE USED KENTUCKY MUSTANG AND MUSTANGS UNLIMITED, BOTH WITH GREAT SUCCESS AND FAST SHIPPING.

Ripoff

I ordered more than $6000 in parts and received 70%. No answer at all. They won't reply Emails, phone calls. No tracking numbers. Laurel owes me $1400 plus in parts. I paid in advance with my MasterCard and now I do not know how to get my money back. If anyone can help please do so. They disappeared. Are they closed? Anyone knows how to reach them? It seems from the reviews that these people owe parts to a lot of customers and dissapeared 3 weeks ago. If anyone files a law suit please share it so that we can fight together. they have to send us the money back!

Damaged Product

i ordered over 1400.00 dollars in product (quarter panels and hood) for my Mach 1. While unpacking the pars I noticed that the hood had a corner bent over. I called Laurel Mustang right away. They blamed me for this and said I needed to inspect the product when I received it. The parts were packed in heavy boxes and banded. It took me almost 40 mins to unpack the parts. No driver is going to wait that long for me to unpack the parts. laurel Mustang policy states that you need to report any damaged products within 72 hrs. I reported in about 2 hrs. After arguing with them they said they would file a damage claim with UPS and contact me in a few days. I have not heard from them in two weeks all attempts to contact them gives me a recording saying that I am calling after business hours even though I am calling during their normal business hours. Either this part was damaged during shipping or they sent me a damaged part. I also sent them a email but still no response. Be aware dealing with this company. I paid almost 400 for a damaged hood.

Deadbeat

On Sept 4, 2014 I ordered a car part for my 1968 Mustang from Laurel Mountain Mustang through the internet. Later that same day, my son informed me that he had already order the same part several months ago for my upcoming birthday. The following day, Sept 5, 2015, I called Laurel Mountain Mustang and explained the circumstances along with requesting an order cancellation. They told me that this would not be a problem since the order had not been shipped. I also informed them to have the purchased amount credited back to my debit card and did not wish any kind of an instore credit. Again, they said no problem that a credit would be forthcoming. After about a week, I visited my bank account on line and discovered the credit had not been applied. In calling Laurel Mountain Mustang, the owner Kevin, stated that it was overlooked and the amount will soon be applied to my debit card.. After several days, again I noticed no credit to my bank account. In calling, Kevin stated that the amount was mistakenly placed as an instore credit and that he will take corrective action. Afer a week still no credit. In calling the person, not Kevin, said it will be applied at the end of the week. After a week, still no credit. In subsequent calls I just receive a recorded message stating their business hours. I called over a dozen times during their business hours with the same message. I have come to realize this man is *** artist, a user, a dealer off the bottom of the deck. In closing, I wish to state that I have met some of the most interesting, honest and generous people in the car restoration hobby. I have been involved in this activity for thirty years and have dealt with people from Florida to California and in Canada. We all have a love of our hobby and there is just an unbelievable comradery and trust amongst car nuts. Then all of a sudden along comes this parasite that crawls out from under his rock and bring us to the reality that our common trust and integrity in our dealings can be invaded. The Internet has been a wonderful communications tool but apparently it also has the capacity to bring out undesirable and unwanted elements.

So Pissed, lets all stand together and make this right for all of us and get back what we have lost..

I ordered almost 3500 in parts for my 69 mustang, got a lot of the parts and several were back ordered, tried calling the last 3 weeks and says it is after business hours. I called cc company and the DA in WESTMORELAND county PA. they are working on it I'm currently out about 1350 with shipping. Anybody else that has these kinda problems please contact the DA there. phone number 724-830-**** I myself been building this car for the last 15 years and been on a budget to build, so it isn't like I have money laying around to throw at it. So I take this very seriously. I have been doing business here since 2000, but I guess all things come to an end when you start screwing people over. PLEASE ANYONE ELSE THAT HAS THIS SAME ISSUE GOING ON ALSO NO MATTER THE AMOUNT PLEASE CALL THE DA IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY PA, ALSO YOUR CC COMPANY.

Got me for $299.95. RIP OFF!!!

Ordered front suspension with spindles. No spindles. Was told they were on the way. Month later said they had to make more, will be a couple of days. Month later said looking into it. Three and a half months later no email answers and phone calls say I called after hours when it was not! I do not make much money and could not afford this set back. I have entered a dispute with my card company. This guy is a very bad man. Do not deal with him. One of these days he will get paid back. Rip Off, Liar, Cheat, Swindler, are good names for him!!!!

The forever Refund

This has been an on-going process just trying to a refund for product that was delivered 4months late and now I have spent 9mnths trying to get the refund? I have spoke with Kevin is parts a few times and he is always working on it? I was email in Dec, 2014 that the order was canceled and a refund issued, the part arrived April, 2015. As of today I'm still waiting for the refund. I was told I was issued a gift card then told they needed mt CC# which I gave them multiple times and I have checked on a weekly basis and still no credit issued. I refuse to purchase from this business again.
