Cannot get in touch with anyone from Ryan scanner, USA

I purchased this launch used I accidentally reset the tablet trying to reset the program but need the email and password from previous owners I lost it I have all the paperwork from the purchase but wen putting serial numbers and code get a message that its all ready set up to another account what can I do

My device was stolen while I was in Reno and would like to see if you can put a stop service on this device?

My Launch USA Code Reader was recently stolen out of my vehicle in Reno, NV. If you are contacted for tech support for this unit would like to find out if you can flag it or stop service for it. Serial Number 979392****39 Cread@r Professional Elite stolen on the 09/14/2022 Reno, Nevada. I realize the answer is likely no but as they say you don't get anything if you don't ask. Thank you for your time and I will be replacing it as it worked very well for me on VW transmission faults. Which oddly enough I fixed. Thank you for your time. James E. Canada

My Launch professional diagnostic tool isn't working

They couldn't help since this product was direct from China, Amazon Seller wouldn't even respond. When I'm trying to get help, it shouldn't be this way when you are trying to get technical support they are not there to help. You ust have have direct support from the seller from where the purchase was made.

This tool doesn't come with a manual

Certain functions cannot be printed - from the REPORT section- but have to go through e-mail to print from a remote printer. There are 6-8 steps to send it to an email to print in a different format than the tool format looks. This tool, X431, has soooo much potential, but it is non-intuitive and has to be fiddled with to use some of the functions beyond a scan. Perform a function, send it to report(s) and you cannot find it again to print. Cannot print photos, some reports. Come Launch - fix the basics and quit adding gee-whiz stuff.

Discord between smart box and software

I couldn't get my x.431v4.0 to work randomly one Day it said discordance with Smart box and software please see dealer. I couldn't figure it out so I factory reset my tablet and now my launch icon is gone also. So now I feel like an idiot

Still no actual person has called me

My scanner crashed and now its useless.. if someone reads this please contact me to help reset it I lost all my firmware and now it has absolutely nothing.

Transferred account

I lost my VCI ,and I had to buy another one, so I call customer service for help , when the representative answer my call. I explained what the letter said about transferring account, before I started using the VCI wireless .after exchanging information to customer service . He told me that it would take about 48hrs before I could use it.

Need help and couldn't get it I dk why I didnt buy different one. Seems as if I waisted a bunch of money on a product thats moreless worthless
