Change my flight

My ticket iD is 246231**** I bought ticket for tomorrow from London to Stockholm on 03/09and return to London on 06/09 but I will change my ticket because I have got special problem for my son I checked and I couldnt find a Corect contract number to call to last minute please can you contact me by 0784621**** and change my ticket .

Unknown charge on booking

My booking seems to be £100 more than it should be. On my email from you it states 'premium service package' is included. I didn't ask for this. Can you explain what this is and why my booking is £100 more than it should be. The total cost with Ryanair should be £296 but I've been charged £397.

Couldn't confirm my booking but took my money and won't return

Couldn't recommend them any less. In a nutshell booked a flight home to the UK from Madrid. En route to the airport to fly I recieved an email saying sadly they couldn't confirm my booking and would refund my money. Naturally I then booked another flight at the desk of the airport operator. Upon contacting lastminute.com I was told they had infact then confirmed my booking and wouldn't refund my money. Although they did not tell me this at all and also emailed me saying they would process my refund. Bonkers.

Goedemiddag, ik heb op 22 maart een reis geboekt onder het boekingsnummer 231891**** en reeds een voorschot betaalt van 214,40 euro. Op 21 april zou men opnieuw 860,55 euro hebben overgeboekt van mijn rekening en op 8 Juni nog eens 857 euro en ook op 8 Juli zou men dat doen. Dit is allemaal niet door gegaan, en heb hier met mijn bank contact opgenomen, maar er scheen niets mis te zijn. Ik heb dan zelf geprobeert het volleddige bedrag in één keer te betalen, namelijk 2574,55 euro, maar krijg telkens een sorry dat dit niet gaat en ik eventueel een andere kaart moet proberen. Dit heb ik ook gedaan en het werkt noch niet zowel met Visadebit als met de kredit en debet kaart. En als je dan belt naar Nederland krijg je iemand aan de lijn die zeer gebrekkig Engels praat. Wat een service ! Refund update

Lastminute have been sending me emails very cheekily and asking me to provide bank details online, however, they would not provide me online access until I close dispute with my bank. They are currently acting as bullies. They have denied me access and not letting me...

Lastminute sends me an email that there is an update regarding refund on my account, please login online and check the details, however they have taken my online access away and after chatting to customer advisor, she was repeatedly apologetic that she can't provide me...

I tried to chat online, but my email and booking ID is not matching and there is no one to speak. My refund is pending for last 6 months. How do I speak to someone?

Refund The fligts cancelled

Good afternoon. My flights were cancelled by British Airlines without any annocement. I had to go back, so I need to help with money spend on tickets because I didn't go anywere. It's about The flight Bucharest Otopeni to London Heathrow at 8:20 (from Bucharest) on 13 June and back London Gatwich to Bucharest on 15 june at 21:55, 2 persons: Giuvlete Liliana Gabriela and Tudor Anastasia Teodora. Request of full refund plus damages plus reimbursement ( we had to re buy as no luggage)

We and the hotel last minute.com booked us into have tried and tried to get some answers from last minute.com and/ or wizzair. I have now sent a final demand as weve booked alternative flights home( theres no way wed risk another 26 hr journey- and we dont think last minute.com should put their clients at such risk) We were told on Monday at Gatwick after no warning before or after check in ,that boarding details 9.35 we were supposed to be at our hotel in portugal for a 60 th celebration by that time. We finally took off at 11.30 pm (6 hrs late) and the crew and captain assured us we were on our way to faro. It was obvious faro airport would be shut at 2.30 am and wizzair just wanted us out of Gatwick to avoid hotel accommodation for the 250 passengers. At 1 am the captain announced we were landing at Malaga. We were dumped there with no assistance at all ,just passport control. No water,food,or advice re ongoing flights and our luggage. At 3am we were hounded onto coaches( no water food toilets) for a seven hour drive to faro. There were seriously ill passengers onboard and apparently no possibility of help At 10 am we arrived at faro. No sign ago anyone from last minute.com or wizzair or our luggage. It is now Friday evening. We have had to pay for another car( Goldcar had us as a no show as last minute contacted neither them or the hotel as promised)alternative flights home - nothing from last minute.com or wizzair and we cant risk another 26 hr journey ( I had hospital treatment up until last weekend for my heart problems)and clothing,sunglasses,sunscreen and cosmetics,golf equipment and shoes,clothes etc, electric toothbrushes plus a replacement 60 th birthday present ( we were supposed to be at dinner on the 12 th for this and a further celebration reorganised due to our absence ,tonight. We have no luggage/ the ( expensive) present is in the case. Most importantly my medication is in the case and despite efforts from everyone its impossible online by phone or at Gatwick Malaga or faro to speak with anyone from last minute.com or wizzair. Ive contacted the uk press about this as well as our lawyers and instigated a legal claim for total refund, reimbursement of all costs ,and damages of 2000£. We are determined that this doesnt happen to other innocent last minute.com clients. Whatever they say ,it is their responsibility as they have our payment for flight hotel carhire and luggage. They should never use firms like wizzair either.

Last minute are unable to give me back my refund and asking me to contact directly Vueling airlines despite I booked through lastminute. vueling dont want to deal with me as I booked through you and I am waiting for my refund since July 2022!! I want to get my refund back as its not logic to keep it for almost one year!! I am a regular customer and I am fully surprised of the down grade of customer service and I am really thinking you are keeping my refund and dont want to give it back to me. I paid for it and you changed my flight and I booked another one with you but I didnt get my refund for the previous one.

Worst customer service ever encountered

Booked 2 flights with them and no issues... However the airline made a major schedule change and caused a layover from 4 hours to 40 hours... Contacted they got me an alternative which was 30 hours which I did not accept. I then called Ethiad direct who told me Lastminute.com had never contacted them and they found me flights on alternative dates with a 6 hr layover... One catch Lastminute.com had to contact them to do it. You guessed they didn't still haven't so I asked for a refund they are still processing it and say the tickets are cancelled but strangely enough I called the airline and they sent me 2 very valid tickets and say they have never been contacted... So I'm over a thousand euro out still... Most unhelpful company I have ever encountered

Cancelled my flight home from India with no explanation could not get hold of anyone. It was either the robot which could never find my booking I'd then hangs up,got hold of live person who then gave me bogus email. I ended up buying a new one way flight. Costing £700 and already paid last minute just short of a grand. Can't get in contact with them. They have offered 400 cash back not a happy bunny.

Horrendous ongoing experience

Horrendous experience. I initially booked the package in my sisters married name. Having spoke to her she advised me that she had not changed her passport yet as she was waiting for it to expire (due to the financial cost of changing it). I contacted last minute.com with in the time period required to advise that I had made a mistake. I was advised that no name changes could be made however in the case of it being due to a marriage they would make an exception. The customer service agent then went on to advised me that we could not travel anyway as our middle names were not on the booking. I explained that the booking form did not give the option to provide a middle name. The agent then advised that 'all customers know to put this information in the FIRST name box'. I disputed this and explained that if this was a requirement in the UK the request would be 'FORENAMES' or there would be a sub note requesting the information. He was so rude, I could not quite believe I was talking to someone on a professional level. When I came off the phone I researched TAP website which stated that they did not require a middle name. I then called Last minute.com back to request the name change due to marriage. That was on the 27th Feb 2023. Since then they have requested a copy of my sisters passport and wedding certificate on five occasions (all of which have been provided), we have been sent three quotes for the name change (all of which we have agreed) and we still haven't had the name change! We have called TAP directly who have advised that they would make the change in this case however as we booked through last minute.com it had to be completed through them. We have now been told that it can not be changed as my sisters married name is not on her wedding certificate?! I have researched many marriage certificates and I cannot find one that has the wife's 'married surname' on it?? I have asked throughout, if they do not feel this can be resolved please could they just be truthful as we have brought tickets for a work conference and we would need to explore other alternatives. I have never been spoken to by anyone, they way 98% of these agents have spoken to me (not even my teenage children). They refuse to advise me what the complaints procedure is and they refuse to advise me how much I will have to pay if I cancel. I have to cancel first, then they will advise. I appreciate there is nothing I can do about the unethical way they work but surely there is something that can be done about this company! There are so many negative reviews like mine, how are they getting away with it? Its like dealing with some kind of mafia and it has made me ill. I am a single mother who has saved hard for this as want to educate myself further.

Cause my flights are cancelled

I booked flights with last minute.com to fly to Korea. I got a notification from last minute stating that my flights are cancelled. They offered me alternative flights or to cancel so I decided to go with alternative flights options. However over the course of 2 days I never got any information on any alternative flights even though my flight was in 5 days. When I contacted last minute.com to ask them what's is happening they told me one part of my outbound flight was canceled therefore everything would be canceled. They couldn't tell me when my alternative flights would be or on what date I be flying back so this became very frustrating. Eventually I got an email from last minute.com telling me that I had been emailed alternative flights and I was to choose whether I wanted to go with these alternative flights or to cancel. However, I did not receive any email about any alternative flights or any details. When I contacted last minute.com to tell them I never received any alternative flight information they told me that they were working on this. They couldn't tell me my alternative flight information so it became even more frustrating. In the end with lots of talking with bots and also with their customer service on the chat and phone, I decided that this was not going to work because I needed to know when I was going to be flying out and when I would be flying back from Korea. So I contacted last minute.com again, but the phone number didn't work so I had to chat online and requested to have my flights cancelled with a full refund. Now I don't even know if they're going to fully refund me, because they said it wasn't their fault, but I will bring them to court and go to the EU courts if I have to. This company is an absolute joke and their customer service is absolutely terrible I've never experienced anything like this in my life before. I will never book with last minute.com and from now on I'm going to go with the main carriers when booking flights. I have now got alternative flights with Etihad airlines and these flights are even cheaper than last So lesson learned go with main carriers and don't go with cheap third party websites

Terrible experience

I have never reviewed anything before, but the experience was that bad I felt compelled to. We booked a holiday to Amsterdam for a few days, 12-15 of February. It was going well until Fly be went bankrupt. The only flight that was effected was our outbound flight. We paid for our own flights and let Last minute know that no need to cancel hotel or return flight Via website they confirmed, Then we got an email stating that if no flight could be found then it would be refunded the whole holiday, again we phoned and confirmed that we don't need the holiday refunded as we have bought our own additional flights, again this was said to be no problem. THEN 2 days later we got an email that no more flights could be found (we found 2 flights the same day and airport ourselves) and a refund would be made. Perplexed we called multiple times to talk to a competent person, passed pillar to post we were told that within 3 days we would hear back 3 days before the holiday. THEN. They offered us a refund £100 pound less than what we paid for admin fees?! So after all we decided to cut our losses and never use this sham again all they had to do was not refund and leave it as it was, we didn't even want a refund for the flights. Extremely dissatisfied and wont use this service again
