Am still waiting
My package was supposed to be delivered last month on the 18th and here it is the 4th and I have finally got some short of tracking information 2 days ago when they notified me to contact cause they can't find my address( meaning must not know how to use google maps) but i still don't have my package and counting the days

I had a package that was delivered by Lasership
My package was delivered on my doorstep by Lasership. They took the picture but by the time I came from work my package WAS NOT THERE!!! I asked my neighbor to run her camera and the delivery guy THREW MY PACKAGE ON MY STEP TOOK THE PICTURE AND RAN BACK TO HIS CAR!!! DID NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR!!! I have a storm door SO HE COULD HAVE PUT BETWEEN MY TWO DOORS WHICH RESULTED MY PACKAGE TO BE EXPOSED TO ANYONE!!!

Said they tried to deliver my package at 7:45pm and they stated no one was home. My family was home! I also have cameras to prove no one showed up. I dislike liars more than lazy. If you didn't want to deliver or couldn't just say so. Don't lie.

Wrongful delivery
My shein package was claimed delivered but i have not received it. OnTrac states that its been delivered to my door, it is not there, not at my mailbox, nor my neighboring houses. My address was CORRECT, yet OnTrac photo of delivery shows a house that does not at all resemble mine or any in my neighborhood. Meaning my package is at the wrong house.

Horrible horrible horrible service!! My package was claimed as delivered and “recieved” with a photo showing someone elses house, tried to call and no customer service whatsoever!
I tried calling to talk about my issue and there is no one to talk to, they simply apologize for any inconvenience then make you hangup! These people are horrible scammers!!!

Ive been waiting on my package for almost 2 weeks theres been no update on my shipping label on the LaserShip app Temu says that it arrived at the airport on July 17 around 10 AM. Im just trying to figure out whats the process on my package. have you guys not received it whats going on? I would just like to have a little update on it so I can be satisfied.

Hello my name is Chris. I ordered off of the crocs app no problem but they never came. So when I told the crocs employee about it they told me that I have to message or call the people delivering it. My delivery was supposed to be here yesterday, they said they tried to deliver, I have a ring door camera there was no delivery truck arrived at my house. Called customer service what big wast of time.all you get is a big runaround. I ordered damn near $50 worth of items my address says 1527 Liberty st, Easton PA I have no clue why the Allentown zip code is on there but its not mine. I went to the Allentown PA address and the package was not there

Claim to have Attempted a delivery. Sent my address again and no response and no update on my order. You are delivering for walmart they have mya dress on file I order all the time. This is also an inconvenience because I was expecting the order to be here by Saturday. Here it is Sunday. When someone call yall need to have people on stand by to talk to an actual person because now my package is not found and still has no update on delivery

After all of this my blouse was delivered today July 8,almost a week after after they insisted they delivered it on July 3!I had bought from Shein a similar blouse not long after my Fashion Nova blouse wasn't delivered and I like the look of the Fashion Nova one...

I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership and I just sent it to my state attorney general too. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter.So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons. I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc. Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today. Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back. On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed! I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership! This And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered!

Horrible customer service
I have been waiting for my packet for almost two weeks. About 5 days ago, I got an update that my packet was routed wrong. I have been checking every day and there's still no update. HI have been trying to communicate with laser ship and no one has given me the reason of why it was routed wrong and always answer with the same email every time. I want my packet, and it feels as if I was robbed. I'll be waiting a few more days to see if I get my package. If I don't, I will be taking this case farther.

Unfortunately all interactions are forced interactions with this company - lately Ive been getting a lot of orders shipped with them and I would pay extra to use another carrier because I absolutely despise this company! I ALWAYS add additional delivery instructions through their website, and for whatever reason with this package the delivery driver just chose NOT to read the additional instructions. They actually stated that they did not have the access code for my location, but there IS NO access code for my location! So where did they attempt to deliver to?? I added the delivery instructions a second time on Friday night and there still has not been a delivery. I called this morning and the agent I spoke with obviously did not care - had a poor attitude and said my package will be delivered in 2 business days which with the holiday means more like 3 or 4. They have had my package for 3 days now and its definitely their error so why does it take so long for redelivery? If you have any choice in the matter, DO NOT USE LASERSHIP. Unfortunately I have 3 or 4 other packages coming via lasership, so we will see what happens with those.

Package never received
My package is 10 days late. On the website it keeps extending the delivery date but no package. I'm becoming frustrated with the seevice. My purchase was 200 dollars and 17 items in total purchased.
