Loose Screen

Larson says it's not their problem and they don't want to do anything to make it right. This is a brand-new door just bought from Lowes. Ref.# 1490****.41123****

No customer service

Gdid they only have one csr person for the entire company . The website to non compliant and does not allow you to order or file warranty claim. Terrible experience but Andersen or Pella, this company has gone downhill.

Not shatter proof as advertised

I bought 3 of these doors. One completely shattered which make false advertising. I will be holding this company accountable for deceit and false advertisement. I would also never recommend this door company and will also be sharing to social media what has happened with my purchase.I will never purchase from this company again.

Door brokden at bottom

Hello our screen door was stuck whuch locked us in the house we could not open the door had to pry it open to get out. I havd pics of it this just happened at 240 pm centeal time canadian time

Can’t get ahold of anyone. When I did they didn’t send everything they said they would

I purchased a 600$ front entry storm door 36 80 door a 351/4 threshold was in the package with plastic filler. For the front entrance.

Need warranty information help

No Quality control and no effort to improve.

Purchased 5 storm doors all with the hidden closer. During the 1st year the hidden closers had to be replaced on two of the doors. Year 2, The door with the replacment closer also stopped working and was replacement + two other doors closers failed and were replaced at no charge. Recently two more door closers failed.I contacted Larson with three emails and its been 2 months without a response,. Each of the failures has been the same...the door will lock in place at mid-point and the only way to open the door is unhooking the arm from the door. The sad part is that they do not want to examine the faulty closers to determine the problem. Be smart and avoid Larson storm doors with the hidden closers.

Had a larson aluminum door for 3 1/2 years, the lock no longer latched properly. also the door had a huge inside crack. I contacted larson and all they did was give a % off a new door. no thank you.

contacted larson submitted pictures and filed a claim. their decision was a % off a purchase of a new door. poor quality in product after 3 years. to be falling apart. No more larson products for me. will look for better made product.

Bad product n taking 2 months to get replacement

Screen to storm door was badly warped. It is still taking over 2 months to get new screen. This is ashame.

No answer, it was an automated hang up because CS is busy?

(6/16/23) Got new storm door installed. After installation we noticed large white marks on top of frame. Not sure who to call, Larson or Lowe's about it. We just got this installed 2 days ago.

Did not receive a credit for a return

After talking to Larson Door Customer Service requesting a return of the product due to incorrect size, I was advised to ship the product back to Larson. It was order number 8756LD, Brisa Retractable Screen - Slide Bolt × 1 and risa Retractable Screen - Black Screen on Tube × 2. I have not received any return number, which I found to be strange. I shipped the product via UPS on 01/23/2023. Tracking# 1Z3758EF033213****. I paid for shipment the $78.91. I have a Proof of Deliver that shows the company received the product on 01/26/2023. I have not received the refund as of today. It has been almost 3 months. I have been calling Customer Service for days. Just receiving an automated message that due to a high call volume no-one is able to take a call at this time. I keep trying and trying unsuccessfully to get someone to talk to. I extremely disappointed with how the company deals with their customers

Larson took great care of my claim

My door, installed about 2 years ago, showed fading of the brass color on the outside plate and handle. I contacted Larson, and they accepted my claim, which I documented by sending photos, without any discussion. I will receive a replacement outer handle and plate, which is absolutely acceptable to me. I am happy about their excellent customer service. The agent who took care of my case was Marisa. Great job, thank you very much.
