Landon Paul Roofing - Love the beautiful work
I hired Landon Paul roofing - I was so pleased with the beautiful work I hired this company to do my 3 car garage . Mr Landon was easy to contact , I had my home re-roofed with a tear off , the first of the year ( rainy season ) plus they replaced some of the wood that had rotted . Mr Landon did need repairs without extra charge . Efficient, work and clean up . Beautiful protective trim and very reasonable prices . I would recommend this company to friends and family . Love their work , workers care about your property as well as kind and helpful . Thank you for a great job Wanda G

Unfortunately, despite what he says "is not true" these negative reviews are completely factual and accurate. Very unprofessional and literally every complaint here is validated. If you want to find out for yourself, go ahead and hire him. The bit about tearing off the roof sounds awfully familiar, I would say this is just the first time someone has actually taken the initiative to complain openly for everyone to see.

this is the owner of the home in Lakebay. The roof was fixed in the rain during terrible weather because this *** did not show up when he was ORIGINALLY supposed to do the job when the skies were clear. He then tore off the roof and never tarped it. The anonymous comment posted above is Landon himself making it because ALL of my neighbors know what a terrible job he did and were actually the ones who took pictures and told me he did not tarp it and left it uncovered in the rain for 2days. It resulted in extensive water damage to the ceiling and drywall. Furthermore, the brand new roof that he installed had leaks in numerous places. I have the text messages from this *** that match what my neighbors told me. Furthermore, I paid to get my roof inspected by pierce county and it DID NOT pass. He made me pay for all of the materials in advance so I was out the money he used to do the roof. In addition, he quoted more materials than were used and pocketed the difference. I did not pay him for his labor and I will not. Do not trust someone who makes you pay for materials in advance. I have asked numerous experienced roofing experts about his work and every single one agreed it was TERRIBLE. If he tries to sue I will counter sue for his terrible job as well as the amount I had to pay in excess of the quoted amount in our contract, as this was a direct result of his terrible work. My current tenants and neighbors will vouch for this and I have photographic and video evidence of his terrible work. This man is a piece of work. Do not trust him. I have been in contact with two other home owners he did horrible work on as well as People who used to work for him. In addition, he will try and sway you by offering a warranty. It's worthless as he never fixed any of the water damage he caused and actually insisted he did "quality work". My tenants literally showed him water dripping in a bucket from a leak after he got done roofing. And he told them it was not his responsibility. This man is a joke. He also threatened my female tenant telling her to stop telling me about his terrible quality of work or he would come later and tear off the roof and he could do a lot of damage before the police came. Please. Do not let someone mentally challennged do this kind of work. In addition, a quick Google search of this man will show up a criminal record. Do you really want a criminal to work in your home?

I hired Landon Paul Roofing to fix a mobile home rental i have in silverdale. Tgis manufactured homes roof was leaking for years and had now started to cave in towards the center of the home. When i hired Landon i was unsure if the home could even be fixed bit he said he could do it and didnt even ask for a deposit so i figured i would give him a shot. In three days he had repaired 65 % of the wood framing in the roof, put new plywood on it, used a hydrolic jack to raise the caved portion of and roof and repaired it and shingled it. I was amazed. Didnt think it could be done but Landon did what ue said he would do. He gave me a fair price, was fast and professional. I highly recommend this company.
