Kimberly in the parts department, and Mike were very helpful. However, I am not completely happy with the product the bathroom floor to hairline cracks and its never even been used. I also looked online and this faulty floor seems to be an issue. Although I am being sent a new replacement, however my cost is close to $200. One gentleman on craigslist stated he had to replace his twice again my bathroom, toilet, shower sink has never even been used. I dont see the reason why distress cracks appear without any substantial weight. So now I had to spend almost $200 for a replacement with the fair it will just crack again.

Lift options on a 2018 ****
I left a message on voicemail with the parts department and never heard back from them. I wanted information on an upgraded axle to replace mine with. The 1575 Sits Way too low to the ground and scrapes every time you hit a bump.

Still waiting on a response.t I called 5 days ago and I am still waiting to hear from them. I spent way too much money on their product to be ignored. I wish we would have waited to purchase. We are Very disappointed in their service and customer support. I guess you live and learn.

Love our Camper. Best we ever had
I have no complaints. We have owned 3 other brands of camper and this Lance 1985 is by far the best ever. The quality of the build, the design and convenience of the layout, the attention to detail. We purchased right after hurricane Florence hit the coast of NC and had a long wait, about 9 months I believe due to covid and supply issues. The sales manager for Lance personally called me to give me updates on delivery of the camper during our wait. Imagine my surprise when it arrived with no awning. I didn't know it was an option. Lance and the dealer took great care to take care of me. The old dealer had shut down and the new dealer was not up and running yet, but Lance emailed me a complete list of the awning needed and all the parts needed to install it for me to give to the dealer. I emailed it to the dealer along with the name of the person I spoke to at Lance, and they rushed one to him, at a much lower cost than usual, and they set the appt to install the awning and fix a couple of other minor problems that we had. Some screws that shook loose, a window framing that came loose, etc. All minor. The set the appt, I dropped it off that morning and it was ready to go that afternoon. Had it a little over a year now and absolutely love it. Quiet, sturdy, great to tow due to it being lower to the ground. Quality of the dining table and seats is miles above the Kodiak we had before. Stargazer window is what sold my wife on it, and it is amazing. Feels extremely roomy for a small camper. Tons of storage. And little touches like the built-in keyholder by the bed, the retractable steel cable to secure outdoor gear to the camper frame for security, the slide out folding table that stores in the bear cave, the dimmer switch on the dining table light, the reading lamps that are actually focused and able to be aimed so your partner can sleep while you read, the three sets of speakers that have volume controls for each area for the stereo and tv, lights everywhere, really comfortable couch, etc. We are planning on keeping this one for another three years and then can't wait to see what their latest flagship model is because that is what we will buy. Fabulous camper.

Lance is a FRAUD Company that will not Honor their Warranty
Buyer Beware!! This Company is a FRAUD!! Lance Campers will offer you a 10-year warranty with the sale of a new camper. Problem is - Lance will never honor any warranty claim on the failure of a factory installed item or equipment. NEVER!! The Warranty they offer is a JOKE and it will never be honored. No matter how egregious or blatant the failure may be. Customer service is a joke and has no interest in helping their customers. Once Lance makes the sale - they will be done caring about you or your new camper. I have seen firsthand both Adventurer and Norther Lite Campers deal with warranty issues - No Questions Asked - Lance on the other hand is all deflect and blame others. I highly recommend looking into another Brand of Camper if you actually want a warranty, you can believe in.

Terrible Customer Service and worse Accountability
This is a fraudulent company which claims to offer 10 yr warranty. Problem is - you will never get Lance to accept responsibility or deliver on the Warranty. Buyer Beware!! These campers are made on the cheap - will fall apart and Lance will not Warranty any of the Factory Installed Failures that you WILL encounter. I have seen firsthand Companies such as Adventurer & Northern Lite Campers provide warranty service and repair completely HASSLE FREE. Seeing first hand the excellent service my father received when he had issues with his Adventurer camper - I will now forever be an Adventurer lover and will hope to find some poor sucker to buy this piece of TRASH made by LANCE.

This is the worst trailer we ever brought from day one to present everything give us problem we have spent so much of our money to fix it lance cross their arms to them its our problem not theres.we wish we never brought it .it too long of a list to write everything.lance model 2375 in 2021 what apiece of crap.

Replacement parts
Is it possible to buy two push button handles matching the ones currently on the inside drawers under the dinette in my 2019 trailer model 1985? In addition the two lower through bolts from the outside of the slide out trim/support have broken. I understand it's possible to obtain a larger bolt to replace the original and would like to replace the lower two on each side if I can drill out the broken ones. Thanks

Bad quality
I have a Lance 1685. This trailer is absolutely cursed. I have had cabinet doors fall off, door hinges fell off, drawer pulls fell off, leaks in bathroom and skylight, and two different windows shattered in the wind. Lance makes absolute *** product.

Sent 2 requests to Lance Customer Service with no reply, none of the dealers in this area (Portland, Oregon) can answer a simple question. How to winterize new 2021 Lance 1195 Camper. New design does not have a winterizing valve to use antifreeze. How do I winterize. $60,000 spend with no help from Lance.

Factory caused damage
We have a new 2021 lance 2185 we purchased 10/2020. We have used a handful of times and before our last trip 2 weeks ago the slide out was out as I was putting things in the camper. My husband was checking tire pressure on the camper and happened to look up and see a large crack in the fiberglass on the bottom of the slide out about 2-3ft long through the fiberglass. You can see the frame on slide out and wheels that roll slide out out are not lined up therefore went through the bottom. Its causing drag with extension and putting in the slide out. I have sent 2 emails and 3 detailed phone messages to lance on California. Not a flipping word or email. Im so mad. We want them to resolve this. We love our lance and considered trading for a 2375 or 2465 but now not sure we want to even stay with the lance brand.

My 2019 lance 650 they installed a lead battery can I install a new Lithium battery lifePo 120 amp
I bought a new 2019 lance 650 they installed a solar 200 amp it will not keep the battery charged when there is no sun I use a generator to charge by morning it drops below 9 v everything goes off my truck is unable to charge back can we put a Lithium 120 amp in well it work and want needs to be done

Numerous issues no customer support or contact by Lance Camper MFG
I have tried contacting Lance camper Manufacturing several times with no success. Purchased Lance camper 1685 travel trailer in April 2014 since the purchase we have had multiple issues that have not been resolved or addressed by Lance Camper Manufacturing. Horrendous customer service, no contact after repeated emails and phone messages regarding warranty, and product failure and faults. Issues: Radio needed to be replaced right off of show room floor. (Defective radio) Bad wiring to TV. Wiring replaced. Shower base cracked 2nd use, weight of owner under 150lbs. Water pipes not hooked up no fittings Water pump replaced 3 x since 2014 Unrelated to winterization, Crack in outside shower water leak in black cover box of fresh water tank leak in sink spigot Leak in the 45 gallon fresh water tank 2020. Patched x 2 will need to be replaced again Rot in floor of slide out Laminate on bottom of slide out flaked off Electric jack keeps blowing fuse All this and only 18 uses B

Water Heater not working
The water heater on our brand new Lance 2465 would not heat water. The dealership wanted $150 to do a diagnosis. We contacted Lance Camper service instead. The Lance rep (Rick) was terrific. He talked us through a diagnosis and fix in about 10 minutes.
