She is UNBELIVABLY GREAT!!!!!!!!!
I have ordered numerous custom products from Jackie. Everything that I have ordered exceeded my expectations, and all has been highly complimented. I did a women’s ministry, and Jackie did name tags, flyers, hang tags, covers for programs. Anyone who complains is obviously the type of customer who can’t be satisfied and are retailer’s nightmares!

In a time where customer service is all but gone, Jackie at labelcreations.com delivers amazing customer service. She took care of us from beginning to end and her products and pricing are stellar! Everybody commented on how beautiful the Hershey Kiss labels looked at my daughter's wedding!

Terrible
I placed an order, I wanted to make sure I didn’t make a mistake so I sent an email to confirm and she responded quickly. I waited over 2 weeks and still didn’t receive my labels, I sent Jackie an email asking what’s going, she replied with Canadian mail being slow and to be patient. I waited a few more days and sent her another email saying I needed the labels for my sons first birthday for this Sunday and I was worried I wasn’t getting them, she then responded rudely telling me she did me a favor by even shipping the labels out and I should be greatful for that. And then told me she would no longer respond to my emails. As far as I’m concerned, she’s beyond rude and to be honest I don’t think this company is even legit. She gave me a tracking number but said she sent it by regular mail.... doesn’t make any sense. All I can say is she needs to work on her customer service and that’s even if this company is real. Suffice to say, my visa protection reimbursed me as they believed this is fraudulent.

My order wasnt correct and when i contacted her she got defensive and asked why didnt i call her first? Funny thing was i did, but i didnt receive an answer. I then got an e-mail saying they were shipped. I was comfortable with that only because i ordered from her before and i followed the same steps she gave me prior. When i received them i contacted her to tell her the color was wrong she got snippy and said what makes you think i can print in the color you want? I then said because you've done it for me before. That was only one thing wrong with the labels. To make a long story short. I wasnt mean or rude because i believe you catch more bees with honey but that lady does not pride herself in customer satisfaction. Finally i consider it a loss and will be shopping somewhere else from now on. To think i was handing out her business cards.

Very Unsatisfied Customer
Please do not order anything from Jackie at Labelcreations.com. She did not ship out my order and when I emailed her about it, she was very rude and told me that in order for me to get a refund, I would need to send her a nice email. I ordered labels on 2/4/16 and she claims she mailed them on 2/15/16. When I inquired, she said California takes a long time! It's almost 3 weeks now. She does not pride herself in Customer service at all! I will copy and paste her nasty email for all to read! Whoever reads this, please do not order from her, she's a ripoff!!!

This is Jackie, the owner of Label Creations - i have had this company for over 17 years and there certainly is nothing "shady" going on. Our prices are well below other website out there. We always ship for FREE, and we ship out the very next business day after the order is placed. I would respond to your complaint personally, but you did not supply any info.... just he complaint itself. I am also quite sure that shindigz.com and oriental trading company will NOT have the personalized items that labelcreations.com has, so not sure why you put that out there.

Hi Jackie hope you read this review. I almost didn't leave one because of the negative comment I read. I thought about the service I receive and I can only comment on that, I was very please with my order in spite of the fact that I made an error and Jackie corrected my error and I still received my labels as promised and the labels look great. Thanks so much and I look forward to business in the near future

This lady has no idea what customer service is she is extremely rude to deal with. Her prices are a little more than most, so I would definitely go with another label company. I have yet to receive my labels, she claimed they shipped out 4 days ago and I'm in the US and still have not received them, nor have I received any kind of shipment info. I'm starting to think this is a pretty shady online business, so just be aware and be careful. shindigz.com and oriental trading company has different kinds of labels as well, I would look around and use this place as a last resort if you had to.

I placed an order on Dec 15th that was a xmas present, as they advertized 5 day delivery. First "Jackie" emailed me how sorry she was that I was going to receive the wrong lables, then when I actually received no lables, I emailed her back and I got four or five emails from her where she typed "Wa, wa, wa" and told me, "Look, Lady, everyone makes mistakes", never did I receive an apology for not receiving my lables on time for xmas. She was rude, sent a bunch of rude emails and then blocked me so I couldn't even email her back.
