Paycheck stub

I did not get a copy of my last paycheck stub and the prior manager hung up on me. I really need it for my records please.

Problem with la Madeleine

I was at the la Madeleine on Preston and Forest this morning and I was treated incredibly rude by the management and beyond belief. She accused me of being rude to a customer and she asked me to leave the store right in the middle of my breakfast. I've never been rude to anyone in my life. If I don't get an apology from that store and that manager I will be forced to file suit

The quality of your Managing is very unprofessional… Ur GM is rude evil n non caring..

Unprofessional is 1 thing but your employees are just like the doors of a bank. I come and 3 leaves out that means that your management sucks It is sad but when the older manager left the class n professional management left with him.. Your company is going downward. U need a overhaul asap everyone isnt fit to be called a manager..

Unable to receive rewards Authorized 009655

Two clerks said that I could scan my rewards but they could not scan it. The third said that she knew nothing about it. My Latte was lukewarm with no foam. The store at 722N W Loop 410, 78216 was totally disorganized.

Worst service ever

I ordered 2 of the grilled cheese and tomato soup duo. 30 minutes later I go up to see where my food is, it was not done and the excuse was. There was a shift change!!! 40 minutes later my food is ready I ask for it to go because my lunch hour is about over. I did ask to cancel the order and a refund, but was told that I would need to wait for the supervisor. If I had more time to waste I would have waited, but $29 dollars later I was very disappointed. I will never go back.

Overpriced, commodity surcharges

I bought a bowl of soup to go and it came in like a cup. The price is already high and theres 50 cents commodity fee. Outrageous. With the $7 soup should come with a bread.

Lack of service

Group called first but on arrival reserved room had other diners and we were firmly told no reservations ever. The mgr who took reservation was conveniently not there. Surprise commodity fee at register and it was also taxed? Option to tip the person working register? Nope. Looking around and many dirty tables. Its not a restaurant. Its just fast food counter service and then diner is their own server. Picking restaurants and getting pickier. Opting out of places where Im serving myself when going out.

Why Commodity Surcharge??

Had lunch today at La Madeleine on 15th in Plano,Texas. This is s regular lunch place for me ( go here at least 2-3 times a month). Always order Salad Sampler. Price has increased AND a Commodity Charge of .50 per transaction. Why charge this fee? Seems like you are penalizing your customer. I won't be coming back. Very, very unhappy with this added MANDITORY fee!

Poor service and poor quality of food

I visited the La Madeleine in Grapevine and ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad. When the server brought it to me it looked like there was only a cup of salad with no chicken. The total was $13.29 including a commodity surcharge of .50 cents. There wasn't any chicken and like I said it was about a cup of lettuce. I asked if he was joking and where was the chicken. He said I didn't order the chicken and I said yes I did. So he said he would get me the chicken and I said while you are at it add some lettuce. So he rang me up for the chicken and added another .50 cents for the surcharge. I noticed that there was very little dressing so I asked for a side of Caesar dressing. All together my Chicken Caesar Salad was $16.63 for a cup of lettuce, some chicken and a drink. I regularly patronize the La Madeleine on Inwood in Uptown Dallas and pay 13.64 for the same order. I will never go back to the location in Grapevine.

Commodity fee

I will no longer dine at Le Madeleine because of the commodity fee charge. Increase the price of your food. Then the customer can decide whether or not to dine there. Dont just secretly add the charge on the receipt.

New Chicken

The balsamic chicken is not the same and its absolutely disgusting. You ruined a signature salad. Wont be back.

Ridiculous Commodity Surcharge...

Bought a 3.00 Linzer cookie, only to discover a .50 commodity surcharge. They have already increased the prices due to inflation I've been a loyal customer my whole adult life, but this is ridiculous. I returned the cookie for a refund on principle and will not spend money here anymore. It was fun while it lasted. NO way to treat customers.

Charged 8.96% sales tax for an exempt bakery item and charged 8.96% Commodity Surcharge explained as to help offset rising cost from inflation.

Weekly Saturday run to pick up (drive up) croissant and noticed the charge was higher than previously. Examining the receipt it reflected an 8.96% tax charge where in Texas pure bakery items are exempt per Texas Tax Code 151.314. Also reviewing the receipt I noticed a Commodity Surcharge of 8.96%! Talking with the drive up window server, she said she was getting a lot of questions related to that charge. I told her I come there often and never noticed that charge. She said they started it about 3 weeks ago. For this product I was over charged 17.92%. And the croissant was burnt and dry!
