Attorney Dennis Kurz Unethical and Breaches Fiduciary Duties

Attorney Dennis Kurz represented me in a Lemon Law / Breach of Warranty case that spanned a time period of over four years. During that time, Mr. Kurz was removed from the Federal Court (Judge Hughes) that my case was in, for failing to follow court procedures in which to practice in Texas Federal Courts. He then left the firm that he worked with without any notice to me, got subpoenaed to show up at the final hearing on my case for sanctions and a possible license suspension, and then leaked confidential and blatantly false information to the opposing counsel through an e-mail. He breached the Attorney / Client privilege as well as his fiduciary duties to me, not to mention behaving in a highly unethical manner, all in an effort, he explained in an e-mail to me personally, to keep the license suspension "off the table". He had no qualms compromising my case and possibly even my appeal to save himself from sanctions, fines and possible license suspension. Because of the false evidence entered from him, the proceeds that had been set up in the court escrow accounts to that had previously been awarded to me, were given over to the defense counsel, whom Mr. Kurz had previous dealings with (by his own admission) and contacted himself prior to the hearing. So I not only lost my case, I lost ALL of the settlement proceeds that were previously awarded PLUS four long years of my life, waiting for justice while my attorney stabbed me in the back.
