Cancel order
I place an order a week or so ago and it was cancelled for some reason but I could not get response as to why. Then I placed another order for a similar item and it was never shipped or notified that it would be shipped. I called (they only left msg to contact thru email) and emailed twice to cancel and never got response. Now today my pending charge has disappeared on my charge card so I assume it is cancelled.

Never received my purchase
I found a chain vise for a good price that was listed under ktool went bought it they took my money and it s been over week since their projected day I was to receive my order. Theres no phone number to contact them only some phony email to reach out mind you I have yet to hear from them on where my order is. So not only am I out my money but also what I bought. Not happy

Ordered product that was never delivered or credited back
Placed an order Dec 29 of 2022 for a total of $990.15. Items never arrived. emailed several times in Jan of 2023 and could not confirm a ship date. Finally cancelled order and as of today 4/19/2023 have not received a refund. Sent an email a couple weeks ago asking about a refund with absolutely no response. There is a reason they have no posted phone number!!!

Did not receive product or shipping information
Placed order after more than a week no shipping information or product, e mailed them they said would ship in 2-3 days. After 5 days e mailed again saying I would cancel if I did not receive shipping information or product. 2 days later they sent refund information. What a *** unreliable company!

Warn others.
Placed a very small order and waited for some acknowledgement after being charged immediately. No communication. Two weeks hence and I read about the reputation. I requested order cancellation and a refund was issued. A waste of my time to pad their accounts receivable? I genuinely hope they were not responsive due to illness or injury, but a reputation is what you survive by. Theirs is very poor.

Not in stock. Tried to keep money
Ordered a fan motor. 4 days later and two days after it was supposed to arrive, I contacted them. Was told part was not in stock and they would keep my payment in case they had one in the future. I asked for a refund, and they will not respond. This site is a scam.

I ordered and after a week I tried to contact them. Well you can only enail or leave a message. First they replied " will ship at end of the week " Nothing . Next reply were waiting to get the tools in or we can refund. I said please refund. that was Saturday They replied OK. Well I ordered from a different company on Sunday and on Tuesday I receive the tools from them.Now I have doubles and have to return one.So much for the refund and their waiting to get the item in. What was the truth ?

Concerned About Your Online Negative Reviews:
I did not check your online reviews until after my order was placed. Wow, what a mistake I may have made. My order # is 210310. It is a Fasco Draft Inducer Motor Assembly Replacement for a York Gas Furnace. My payment was deducted from my bank account but I don't see as to when my order was shipped, nor is there a tracking number.
