I was not able to select a state. I'm in Tennessee. Would love to hear a response from someone who could correct this issue. How many times do I have to contact someone? Krystal's used to fly off the counters. We couldn't wait to go to a store. Remember when bag full's were bought? I talked to a senior that has worked for Krystal for years. I asked why the burgers don't taste the same? She said it was the way they were being cooked now. Something about flipping the burgers one more time was how they were cooked in the past? Since the burgers were changed I would still come to the stores for French fries, but you change those to, so I don't come anymore!!! FIX THIS, SO I CAN BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN !!! I love Krystal's !!!

Refund

I was in the drive-thru line waiting for an order. After 15 min, the cashier told me to drive around and that she would bring my food around. I received my order; the Krystal burger was wet and falling apart and the fries were cold. I turned around and brought it back, and requested a refund. She went to the cash register and came back and handed me a receipt, and told me it would be returned to the original payment. I waited for it to show up in my account it never did. This was July 13, 2023. So today, I returned to Krystal and told the manager about not receiving my refund. He took my receipt and continued to do what he was doing. I asked him if he was going to look into it, and he said it was going to take some time. I told him that I had been standing there for a minute. He said first that I needed to be patient. I told him that I was being patient. He told me to get out of his store.

Rude went to Madisonville Tennessee crystals ordered food did not get the food that we expected the burgers had meat and bun only did not receive the prize called back and told employee and wrong food

Order Crystal burgers and hot wings french fries did not get the fries on the burgers there was nothing but meat and bun only called the manager the manager hangs up I called back and she would not answer.

Pissed Consumer

I spent almost $20.00 on Monday evening around 5:40pm and had to come home and throw the food in the trash can. I wouldnt give it to my dog and certainly couldnt eat it. The worst thing was the service-rude employee, no gloves when preparing food, and microwaving the food until the meat was crispy around the edges. The buns were too hard to eat. If you cant give the service we expect from your company and employees, you just need to close all your Krystal locations and be history.

Complaint on quality company wide

Food is terrible no where close to what it once was The hamburgers are nothing even close to what they once were neither is the chili yall need to go back to what worked in the past because what you are selling now Is garbage compared to what krystal once was I was suggest that you fix the problems with your organization or your organization is going to go out of business thats not a speculation that is a certainty. Your food is nugget is not anything close to what used to be I would not recommend it to anyone, and I will not purchase it myself. I keep trying occasionally, just to see if perhaps something else change only to find out that what you are selling, compared to what it used to be is garbage.

A employee by the name of John Spates exposed his genitalia to a minor and multiple women in his Krystals uniform also sent inappropriate pictures of his genitalia in uniform to this minor and multiple women. We love Krystals and have been eating there for years I quite sure your company would not be supportive of an employee representing Krystals in uniform exposing himself and doing other inappropriate behavior. He has been reported. We have evidence if you would like to see such disgustwe are hoping that you will support our complaint and take actionotherwise we will continue to make complaints until something is done with this employee. Thank you

Paid and an hour latervdid not get food

Went through drive through in Moultrie last night at 8:59. Was advised 20 minutes, okay no problem. Almost an hour later and 3 other cars pulled up got their food and left still no food. Asked for my money back and was advised they couldn't do that. Food was cooking only be a few more minutes advised an hour is enough. I drove 30 minutes to get this food and this us ridiculously bad customer service.

WENT TO 2 OF YOUR LOCATION THE 1ST ONE OVERHEARD THE EMPLOYEES SPEAK RUDE ABOUT MY WIFE WITH YOUR MANAGER STANDING RIGHT THERE SO I HAD HER TO REFUND MY ORDER WITCH WAS $48.00 & DIDN'T RECEIVE NOT ONE APOLOGY!!! AND AS I WAS WAITING ON MY REFUND EMPLOYEE WAS STILL MAKING COMMENTS... SO I WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND WAS PLACING MY ORDER AND YES THE ORDER WAS $48/50 AND I GUESS IT WAS TO MUCH OF AN ORDER FOR THE LADY WHO WAS TAKING MY ORDER SHE YELLS OUT "DAMN " SO I TOLD HER NEVER MIND I WILL GO TO A RESTAURANT THAT HAS BETTER CUSTOMERS SERVICE!! DON'T KNOW HOW STRONGLY THIS COMPANY BELEAVES IN "GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE " BECAUSE IT'S NOT SHOWING UP AT THE STORES IT'S SAD AND RUDE TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SUCH POOR BEHAVIOR AND TO HAVE MY KIDS WITNESS THE RUDENESS NOT JUST AT ONE BUT AT 2 LOCATION!!! Complaint on service

I am disappointed at the don't care attitude this company and the management of this Union store at the treatment a 71 year old man, or a man at any age for that matter has received not only from the employee of this Krystal location but from not to ever receive any kind of reply from anyone on the vulgar, screaming, disrespectful treatment I was given as a customer. I/We, my wife and myself have been to this Krystal 's on many, many, many occasions and there has been times we've had to wait over 15 minutes to even place an order, and at times some undesirable people around begging and the manager act as if it was okay, but NEVER, EVER had I been treated in such a DISRESPECTFUL manner and to not only report it to the assistant manager at the time, but this DON'T CARE ATTITUDE from corporate is appalling, I'm absolutely positive you wouldn't want or except this kind of DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE displayed by your employee and nobody even thought enough of you to address the situation. Thank You Very Much for Really Letting Me Know Who KRYSTAL'S Really Is. Respectfully Charles Brown

Ive noticed on Facebook a young lady placed a complaint about just trying to make an order and the young lady at the window waved her off because she is the only one working inside didnt like it so I think Im going to have a new station come out and do an article about crystals service What do you think?

Never received my order and need refund

I was overcharged twice! the amount was up to $134 per the sack meal(s). First amount was $72.53 and the other $66.92 and cold 12 krystals with cheese 12 krystals without cheese add eight more dollars for two fries and two drinks times two, got the return for only $98.39 still missing $40.06 as a return to my credit card, we can take off for the four drinks that I had but still missing some money that wasn't returned

There is an employee that works at the Titusville krystals off of US1 Washington Street and she has been harassed by managers by employees that she don't even work with not even on the same shift we are speaking about a shift leader you have Mark you have Miss Kim which is the GM you have Miss Debra you have Brittany story and you have Amanda Amanda is the main manager of this store Amanda have also wrote statements and fragile signed other employee names on two those statements these employees have no idea what's going on they can't even tell you what the statement says Angela McDonald was also a rehire she does a fine job at her job she cleans the store there never been any customer complaints she's wonderful I go and I sit in that dollar room from sometimes from morning to night today I have also heard these same people grouper names Mark Amanda an employee named Makayla have been talking about her calling her b*****the job need to be investigated like ASAP there new kids that's there that have came to Angela McDonald and have told her about the name calling to the point a white girl name Jessica call her little black *** I would like for someone to contact me or solve this issue someone that works hard as she do should have to be currency cuz I've seen a picture when she goes to work or when she's off of work she has spoke to all these managers and no one handled anything she also to the point she don't even speak to the employees anymore to one of the police had to ask her and her name is Maya Angela why you not talking to me and she said to be honest you wrote a statement on me and Maya said she did not know anything about this statement with that being said Amanda the GM it's doing what she wanted that she please do I feel as if this is a discrimination of racial and whatever else it might be yes I do you have employees that's on Amanda's side that don't even work the same hours as Angela McDonald but you got them writing statements what statements can they write if no one works with her I really need that store to be investigated it's too much BS going on in that store I have heard things myself just sitting in his dining room

FALSE ADVERTISING I HAVE A VIDEO OF WHOLE INCIDENT

The complaint is I have pulled up at the restaurant which is your trustful location in Birmingham, Alabama surrounding area which is Trussville Alabama I went to the window. There was a advertisement at the top that said 12 crystals plus arm two fries +2 drinks for $18. $18.99 and when I told the lady at the window that that was what I wanted to order she told me that that was not on the menu. I said yes maam its clearly on the menu and showed her she came out and seen it and told me that I couldnt order it that was wrong and I feel like that was wrong because it was advertised. I have the video on how it was advertised it had 1899 clearly stated on the menu +4 dollars for cheese. Thank you.

Food is always cold and people have such nasty attitudes

OK so this morning I went to Krystal to get breakfast as you know, the grits were salty is our running like water, sausage, greasy ask for extra butter, get one cup of butter the tea were supposed to be in a Almer Palmer, have sweet tea, half lemonade that is more like water, and it wasnt sweet tea I was expecting a spoon for silverware, but instead I got a fork for grits you cant get a fork and pick up grits when the grits in my water youre not gonna eat that I will not serve anything like that to my grandchildren or my parents anything else I am so so, so truly disappointed in the service that I have got Ive tried to call the crystal store cant get through to them to say hey my order was messed up my grits like water and salty. I cant have salt . I tried to reach out to anybody within the store. Ive called other store and couldnt get to nobody so they only left me with one choice thats to do what Im doing now. Yes I asked for money back because I spent $10 on a breakfast thats like crap, I might not even go back to Crystal again ever again because of this right here also I was doing a airport trip to where I was not able to come back to the store so I try to called them with a complaint and was not able to get through to them
