Wrong company.

We feel bad for the people who obviously have had bad experiences with a company called KRW Associates. However, the logo, address and phone number listed on this website is NOT correct. That logo is copyrighted for KRW-associates LLC, a Colorado Executive Search Firm. We have no affiliation with any lending institutions or credit firms. Please ensure this is posted and the use of the logo, address and phone number are removed. This misinformation and confusion is adding to the frustration and anger that a lot of people obviously are feeling. Our office also receives a substantial number of phone calls from individuals with questions and complaints about loans they have received from a source other than our company.

Fraud

I purchase furniture at a store and I was told that my balance was $1500.0 and I would own the furniture. After making 4 payments I received an email from KRW in reference to my account so, I gave them a. All to confirm the information in the email and I was PISTED OFF to find out that I was only leasing for 12 months and I will not own at the end of the 12 months and my Total is not $1500.00. To own my furniture I would have to pay additional money for 12 more months or in full. I am so D mad right now. I have call them multiple times and it only mad me madder. The furniture store act like they were surprised. I will be filling to BBB.

Yeah they finance you, but they do not report your payment history to credit bureaus, every mo th for over a year now i ask when theyre going to keep part of their obligatio. To report i get the same answer"we are in the process of reporting to them" well needless to say one reaso. I took the loan was to help build my credit , as far as im concerned theyve defaulted on their behalf of the loan obligation. I forwarded info to my lawyer as well.

Same name - different company - different COUNTRY

I am the owner and operator an Australian finance business called KRW Finance (aka KRW Partners). My business is NOT associated in any way with the USA based loan company KRW Associates, yet I receive an average of 1 enquiry a day via the form on my website (www.krw.com.au and www.krwfinance.com.au). KRW Associates - the USA based loan company - needs to provide it's customers with a clear contact information to stop their customers from wasting time contacting me. Many of the questions I get are from seemingly upset and angry customers of KRW Associates. Thank you Andrew Reilly KRW Finance Melbourne - Australia Commercial Finance Broker - established 1986

Krw Associates - Auto Leasing Review

i can only agree wih this prior cistumer of such scam, i currently have a account with krw associates finance. i saw this review sfter 4 months of using the motorcycle i bought in wholesale.com, the motorcycle was not deliver to my property first i had to meet the deliver man by a walmart to the put it in my truck and drove it to my house. second ad the same as him when i talk to the representative of whole sale they told me that their credict deparment that they choose form lease the motocycle and then make a last payment of the remain balance so if my motorcycle cost 1600 and i gave a down payment of 200 after 12 months my remain balance should of be 200 for the item to be my. well i read this review and i was last like he most be wrong and sure i called and yes is 12 months of leasing with no one payment made for the motorcycle and then my remain balance from the motorcycle is the whole ammount if it. it is a scam if i only knew. i wish i would of see this review i would of never bought or " lease this item" end result i if i wanted the motorcycle i will have to pay the same ammount twice. which is a total of almost 3000 dollars in total plead if you see these dont finance with them they will take your money.

Krw Associates - Customer Care Review

The same thing happen to me, I got a loan for a electric bike for 18 months and now they say it was for 36 months, I have an email from Yulia saying it was for 18 but she no longer works there, I don't think it is the original lender. After complaining and showing then the original email they said it was a mistake and then proceeded to forward a e sign agreement that was pieced together and said try would settle for 7 more payments. I'm not sure what to do as I made one of them I don't need any negative remarks on my credit score.

Mistaken Identity - Neutral Review

Ok i am a customer so I am not some bot or company employee. I was doing a little research about this company. Look I just bought a computer from Xidax a week ago. I just want to point out some things. First the sales rep I spoke to at Xidax (Julian) was very helpful in helping me get the system I needed. I went through Get Financing and chose KRW. Exactly what do you think financing is other than buying a big ticket item and then making payments over x amount of AGREED months. After I submitted my info I got 4 choice to choose from (from different financiers) each with the EXACT terms if I chose to click on the ACCEPT button. I say this because I took screen shot and the Terms of my purchase $$$ for XX number of months was spelled out in front of me BEFORE I hit the accept button. I chose the 24 month option knowing full well it was gonna cot me a lot over two year but it was the monthly payment I wanted to keep as low as posible. I expect to pay big interest and it did tell me how long I would be making the payments BEFORE I even clicked the ACCEPT button which actually is a legal binding agreement when you buy something online. o you actually did ACCEPT their terms when you hit the button. Im just oiinting this out for people who like me are looking for review. As far as I can see by doing the proce myself all of what you are aying (except the customer service attitude - which I dont know because I cant listen to you call) i not really a bad reflection on KRW or Xidax and it looks more like a case of not reading and knowing whaat you agreed to before clicking the button. Just my 1 1/2 cents worth.

KRW Associates - "Financing" Nightmare

Updated by user Dec 05, 2016
12/5/16 - Didn't hear from KRW all weekend, but received another phone call saying that the account was past due and telling me to call them. When I called the number they provided, it goes straight to voicemail.

Very aggravated right now... this is beyond ***

Original review Dec 03, 2016
11/27/16 - My computer finally died, so I decided to shop around for a new gaming rig. I came across Xidax computers and liked what I saw. Since it is Christmas and my wife and I are in the process of buying our son’s presents, I also liked Xidax’s financing options. I thought, finance it now and pay it off in a couple of months. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I was told I was approved for financing through Xidax’s finance partner, KRW Associates. I received a Truth-In-Lending from KRW stating the terms… $56.34 per month for 12 months with a 16% APR; first payment due on 12/28/16. I accepted the offer and assumed that all I needed to do now was wait for the computer to be built and shipped. 11/28/16 - I received a call requesting my bank account information. I expressed some concern over that but was assured, repeatedly, that it was JUST for verification purposes. I informed them that I was NOT interested in setting-up any sort of auto-debit and was promised that they weren’t. I really should’ve listened to my gut. 12/1/16 - I received a confirmation email. KRW was confirming that they have my first payment of $70.92 scheduled to be auto-debited from my account on 1/13/17 (they were even nice enough to provide the last four numbers of my account #). They were also confirming that, after 21 payments have been made, I will own the computer that I am LEASING. Uh.. what?!?! I called KRW and was informed, by a very rude gentleman, that the email I had just received was wrong. Ok… I already knew that. He proceeded to tell me that the actual terms that I agreed to, in writing, was a 12-month lease of $70.92/month… THEN 12-month financing of $56.34/month for an additional 12 months. Umm… no they weren’t. After a few choice words to the KRW rep, I told him where he could shove their financing. As soon as I hung up with KRW, I called Xidax and let them know that I wished to cancel the order. I explained what had just transpired with KRW and told the rep that, due to their seemingly shady practices, I had no interest in financing through them. The rep explained they had just started doing business with KRW, so he would have to do some digging to get to the bottom of it. He agreed to cancel the order and to inform KRW. I thought that would be the end of it…. 12/2/16 - Low and behold… I received a nice email from Mr. William Over, the collections assistant at KRW, with the heading DEMAND FOR PAYMENT. In the email, it states that I entered into a LEGALLY BINDING agreement and that my payment that was due on 12/2/16 had not been received and they were charging me a $25 late fee. They also threatened to take additional action should they not receive the payment within 30 days. When I try to call them back, it goes straight to voicemail. In less than an hour, I received 2 emails and 2 collection calls from this company… On financing that was never accepted for a computer that was never built. Good thing I have printed and saved the emails, and have answered the collection calls so that they show up on my cell phone bill… Long story short… Buyer Beware when financing anything through KRW Associates… be on the lookout for bait-and-switch tactics and unscrupulous business practices… and what may turn out to be illegal collection activity and bank fraud. Here’s wishing all (except for the crooked reps at KRW) a Happy Holiday!
